RPI Physical Therapy

Experiencia fantástica: I am very pleased and impressed with the excellent physical therapy services I have received in the last few weeks. The RPI-Creve Coeur facility is pleasant and efficient in the way it is run. My physical therapist, Katie Fleming, is very professional in her approach to my shoulder problem, communicates well and is extremely personable as well. The only negative for me is the location but once there I remind myself that this is a jewel of a rehabilitation program that might be less effective in a more commercial or traditional medical office space.

Experiencia fantástica: have used rpi in the past, and as a resident of said facility, the nicest part of their services is that they are on the lower level and it is very fortunate for me. they relate to your pain in such a manner, that they make it easy as well as comforable for the patient. currently am a patient due to a foot problem, and believe it or not, but the pain is gone and at least i can walk in a normal manner. hopefully by the end of the first week of the new year, 2013, i will be given a clean bill of health.

Experiencia fantástica: My recent experiences at RPI have confirmed that the staff adhere to the adage of, "Making the Best Better". I had not thought that possible after the superior treatment and miraculous relief I experienced several years ago while under owner Jonty, and his staff's, expertise. But my current sessions have again raised the bar for the competition. The friendly, team approach by all the employees, with the goal of client convenience and improvement, make weekly sessions, while strenuous, remarkably pleasant. The attention to detail, technique, and "whole patient" health are reassuring. From the ease of appointment scheduling to the difficult work of the various therapies, the staff at RPI have made this client's experiences second-to-none.

Experiencia fantástica: The RPI group is outstanding and very knowledgeable. I have been to many doctors and therapy groups for help with my pain. Everyone told me the pain was from my back and nothing they did helped. I heard about RPI and made an appointment for an evaluation. Jonty asked when I last had a hip x-ray, and suggested I have a new one. The new x-ray showed a problem with my hip. I am now scheduled for hip replacement surgery. I am extremely confident that if I had not found Jonty and the RPI group, I would still be trying to find (and manage) the source of my pain. I am now in water therapy with RPI to keep my muscles strong until my surgery. I am very grateful to Jonty, Scott and the entire crew in Creve Coeur for their care and kindnesses.

Experiencia fantástica: RPI Therapy Services in Creve Coeur, MO. was one of the best facilities for rehab that I have visited. The staff and admin were the top! I was reluctant initially, but the staff really made be feel welcomed. The place is clean, organized and most of all a welcomed place for therapy. Adam B. was attending school at the time and his knowledge level was proficient. He explained to me why one piece of equipment was used instead of another. Lisa, was awesome and funny while at the same time if you are looking for a therapist that knows their trade, Lisa was most knowledgeable. RPI rehab facility WILL certainly, assist you in returning to "normal" life RPI Therapy is the place I would recommend for my family and others. My leg and ankle was professionally cared for by a team of therapist that were truly at the peak of their profession. Thank you all for being there for me when I most needed you.... Experiencia fantástica: RPI is a Physical Therapy service unlike any other I've ever experienced. They meticulously interview and evaluate the patient to ascertain where the patient is, what her goals are, and how to achieve those goals. They are hands on, and do far more than hand the patient a list of exercises to do at home. There is massage, heat, exercise evaluation and recommendations, doing the exercises with the patient. With each step, the outcome is evaluated. It is a privately owned organization that I will return to with any PT needs I ever need. I had no idea there were PT organizations that went to these lengths. I have no connection with the company. I'm just a very satisfied patient.

Experiencia fantástica: Very helpful for my plantar fasciitis. I had many dry needling sessions, I was shown proper stretches, and they directed me to better footwear. Kind, caring, and very knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I was a hot mess when I went in there, what I would imagine a PT nightmare is like. But they took me on and gave me amazing care both before and after surgery! The PT's and staff are wonderful!!! I wouldn't be where I am today if it wasn't for them, I'm forever grateful :) Highly recommend RPI!!

Experiencia fantástica: If you want results, go to RPI. I started somewhere else and thought I would be walking with a limp the rest of my life due to an ankle break. They were able to address the issue and my mobility is great. I also have come here for my trigger finger and had really good results. The bonus is the staff cares and really knows what they are doing.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to several Physically Therapy locations for ACL and shoulder tears and have never had a company care so much about my recovery and wellbeing. I 100% recommend RPI to anyone who needs PT in St. Louis. They pushed me to not only recover from my surgery, but to be better than I was before surgery. I was given special exercises based on my needs and goals that really helped excel my recovery. I will definitely be back next year when I have my next shoulder surgery. Thank you RPI! I can’t wait to now be able to play ball with my sons!

Experiencia fantástica: I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome and I have seen so many physical therapists that have been unhelpful and made things worse. I've been working with Scott for over a year now and have made significant improvements in strength and am in less pain. Scott always listens and believes me when we need to modify exercises. He is incredibly helpful. I HIGHLY recommend RPI to anybody needing physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I have gone to several physical therapy providers during our 23 years in St. Louis, and RPI is much the best of them. They are better than most doctors at diagnosing our conditions, which have included back, shoulder, knee, balance, and other problems. We particularly recommend Jonty Felsher, the owner and manager, and Scott Uelsmann.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at RPI has been a vital part of my ongoing rehabilitation. For several reasons I do better with water therapy. But Covid prevented the use of the pool. Land/ office therapy is more challenging, but the staff provides motivation and encourages me to try and not give up. Before I started with RPI I had been seen by several therapy facilities over the years and I could not wait for that last visit. RPI has changed the way I feel about physical therapy. I know it may sound crazy and for me it's a lot of pain with the process, but I really look forward to going and I am so thankful for the service that his provided. Thank you RPI.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a medically trained Personal Trainer, and have worked in some very good PT offices. Now it's my turn to receive PT after my hip replacement. I've been super impressed. Typical PT involves a therapist showing you some exercise. Then they say to do some number of reps. Then they move on to do the same with another patient. They might be close by, but their attention is divided with several other patients, to maximize profit. The result is rather poor follow through, at best. Unfortunately, I've seen RPI do a little bit of this practice, too. I'm convinced that our health insurance system makes it nearly impossible for PT to be financially feasible without such a short-cut. Nevertheless, to RPI's credit, they seem to keep this to a bare minimum. I mean, most of the time a therapist is solely with you most of the time. Refreshing, and it speaks to the strong commitment RPI has to providing quality care. In addition, the skill of every therapist and assistant I've dealt with has been far above the norm, yet they are all warm and friendly, too. All too often, I've seen PT offices equipped like a chaotic basement home gym. In contrast, RPI is clean, organized, and stocked with some of the best rehab equipment I've seen. Occasionally, a therapist will work with more than a single patient simultaneously. But understand, the only times I've seen PT truly done one-on-one exclusively, has been in PT offices where medical insurance is not accepted whatsoever.
