Experiencia fantástica: Sarah Wilcox is a great physical therapist. She listened and did a thorough assessment ensuring she understood the issue and my concerns. Then, using diagrams and excellent communication skills, she ensured that I understood the anatomy and functionality of the issue. The educational piece of physical therapy is highly important for successful physical therapy so I really appreciate this! Often physical therapy movements have various parts that have to be put together. Sarah has a nack for layering each bit in one at a time to ensure that each part is mastered. At the end I could do the new moves correctly. Sarah is a pleasure to work with and both considerate and respectful. I highly recommend her.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Sarah Wilcox at Novacare for pelvic floor physical therapy while pregnant with my 4th baby. I'm so happy to have had the opportunity to work with Sarah, she is full of information that was useful for during pregnancy, prepping for labor and post pregnancy care. She gives practical ways to incorporate the exercises through out the day which is helpful because I don't have alot of extra time. I would recommend Sarah to women of all stages of life because preventative care is sometimes the best care, and just knowing how to care for our pelvic floor muscles is important.
