Experiencia fantástica: Barbara is a truly outstanding physical therapist. I began seeing her for a misalignment in my pelvis and ribcage, which caused me a great deal of pain and dysfunction. I saw numerous practitioners over the years in an attempt to resolve this problem, including osteopathic physicians, chiropractors, acupuncturists, massage therapists, etc. Barbara was by far the most helpful person I’ve seen in helping me improve this condition. She is the only person who gave me exercises to do on my own that were effective in improving my alignment, and gentle enough that I could do without experiencing worse pain. Her hands-on work is also excellent as she is exceptionally knowledgeable in her field, as well as intuitive and observant regarding restrictions in the body. Barbara is kind, compassionate, and a pleasure to work with. As a bonus, she has a great sense of humor and I always end up laughing during our visits. If you are in pain, give her a try! I would recommend her to anyone! (She can be helpful virtually as well as in person.)

Experiencia fantástica: I have had extreme shoulder pain with little ease of motion due to arthritis. Additionally I have arthritis in my knees. I had previously had traditional PT and my provider wanted me to go for shoulder replacement without delay. I was lucky to find Barbara who, after only three sessions, has given me relief. She also gives strategic exercises to do on a daily basis. So grateful for her expertise and positive approach!

Not only does she check my alignment, the myofascial work feels great, and she gets me back to do what I love as pain free as possible. Experiencia fantástica: Barbara is a knowledgeable, caring and gifted physical therapist. I began seeing her last year for a serious mix of problems involving a spinal condition, nerve damage and loss of muscle strength. She gave me hope that full recovery was possible when many other practitioners I'd seen had been negative and discouraging. She answered my many questions in ways that made sense to me, and helped me focus my attention on changing the way my body was working. Her hands-on approach gradually lessened my pain, helped restore lost mobility and improved my alignment. Barbara also guided me as I revamped my entire rehab program, steering me towards other professionals and activities that have been beneficial. I am continuing to make good progress under Barbara's care. I am now about 90% recovered and I have confidence that if I keep working I can get very close to 100%. I highly recommend Barbara without reservation.
