Here at Athletic I have received one on one for all of my visits. All of my questions are answered and the Staff is terrific ! If you are in need of PT this is the BEST !! :)

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Pacific Rehabilitation and Sports Therapy as a Pre-habilitation patient looking to build strength and coordination before having a total hip replacement. Dr. Nicole Palermo designed a training program that improved my muscle strength, my balance and allowed me to have a speedy recovery following surgery. Dr. Palermo helped me stay focused on my goals by providing training exercises that could be done at home or at the gym. I found all of the doctors and staff to be committed to helping the patients achieve their best outcomes. Today, I am pain free, medication free, and feel stronger than I have felt in years.

Experiencia fantástica: My provider Dr. Nicole Medina Palmero is awesome!! I had lost hope and thought trying to be fit was never going to be the same due to my pelvic floor prolapse. Because of her, I am falling in love with working out again. She has taught me the proper ways to stretch and workout on my pace. Thank you so much for your patience and passion for what you do! Plus later after my rehab for my post surgical rehab , I want to go through the Pelvic Floor PT with Dr Palermo - I appreciate everyone there.

Experiencia fantástica: Today was my last day of many sessions since last August for physical therapy I needed for back pain that's been causing me hardship for a few years and for the first time in a long time I can say that I benefited from this experience, the team of therapists under the direction of Dr. Nicole Medina Palermo, were all terrific and very effective in their instructions and rigid workout, right down to the receptionist & scheduler, it was truly a heartwarming experience. What a great team of people! Getting older sucks but if I have to have PT (for a careless injury) this is the place to be. My appt is always on time and the staff is very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very tough recovery from a difficult knee surgery. 4 weeks after surgery I was stiff and still struggling with pain. After being on crutches 4months, I wanted nothing more to walk on my own. Dr Palermo was very welcoming and reassuring I would return to walk normal again. With a lot of ups and a couple downs I got back on my feet thanks to the whole team at Pacific rehab. Thank you all for being so encouraging along my journey! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: If you need a massage to help with aches or injuries book an apt with Jose. He is dedicated to what he does and pays attention to detail. He is professional and personable, go ahead and book that massage, you won’t regret it. Staff here are friendly as well and the facility is always clean. I’ve come here for physical therapy in the past and they provide great physical therapy as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Full disclosure, ignoring pride: After my slightly-torn meniscus flared up, again--right in the middle of harvest, of course--I literally woke up in tears night after night. I've dealt with plenty of broken bones and ripped-off scalp and whatnot, but I've never experienced pain like that. So, after unsuccessful self-medication borne of desperation (super-doses of Advil and red wine failed me), I turned to physical therapy. I'll make this brief: 1. They met my needs and goals (see "2."), and were able to work with my farming schedule and strange mix of physical limitations. 2. I was able to go through an entire ski season with no issues! Worth the price of admission, right there. My greatest fear was that I was going to have to limit my physical activities due to decades of injuries, and that is definitely not the case. TLDR: I was able to do things I didn't think I'd be able to do, again, because I went here for physical therapy. Would recommend without hesitation.

Experiencia fantástica: I love Pacific Rehab and all their staff! I went in to get physical therapy for my shoulder in 2022 and had no idea what to expect. Michele is amazing and worked with me to strengthen the muscles that I had no idea were so weak! The shoulder massages, cupping, and ice compression were icing on the cake and always made my shoulder felt so much better. I really appreciate the compassion and attention to detail that everyone here showed me in my journey to getting my shoulder back to "normal." I would highly recommend Pacific Rehab to anyone who is in need of physical therapy! Can't say enough great things about them! :)

Experiencia fantástica: Only by meeting the staff and having one appointment for my daughter that is a young stroke victim they are wonderful. My daughter was not having a good day but they handled everything perfect and were very patient . I’m very anxious to continue her care there with her therapy and therapist Michele. Will be a start on a great road to recovery!

Experiencia fantástica: Great staff, friendly service. The therapists’ listen and diagnose and make a plan of action to help you recover from your injury. I’ve had a few mishaps and a a car accident. Each time I’ve gone to this office for help they’ve been able to help me recover and get back in motion and back to my regular activities. I’ve even recommended them to my own family.

Clean after each patient thoroughly, explain and show each exercise to their patients and explain why they are doing that particular exercise and for the amount of time. Experiencia fantástica: Have had physical therapy at three other large physical therapy clinics and I cannot say enough positives about the Pacific Rehabilitation Sports clinic. They are polite, friendly but what is more important to me is that they actually listen to what your concerns and explains in-depth what they are doing and why. You are assigned one therapist which I find more conducive to the therapy given. All other places in Stockton you never knew who you were going to get and most were assistants. I recently had hip surgery and the home physical therapist recommended Pacific Rehab so I decided to try it and am so pleased that I did. I hope that they keep up the good work and special thanks to Michele my therapist. J. Arioto
