Experiencia fantástica: Just had my mother here at this place after falling and breaking a few bones and needed skilled nursing care and rehabilitation. And I would recommend coming here to this one. All the nurses and physical therapists were great!! I was really impressed with how much therapy they offer. Even on the weekends!!! The food was okay, but they did offer substitutions for if you didn't like what was on the menu. Thanks for taking good care of my mom ❤️

Experiencia fantástica: I just want to say the food could be a lil better by having a different variety instead of the same menu every day. Meat needs to be more softer and juicy to eat due to a lot of senior have no teeth to chew hard meat.

Experiencia fantástica: These folks did an excellent job providing quality rehab. for my father following his recent surgery at St. Joseph's Hospital. Staff is attentive & caring, the living quarters and work areas are well maintained & clean... this is the 2nd time he's been to L.S. Post-Acute care & both have been very positive experiences.... you can trust they will properly care for your (or your loved one's) needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm was just a visitor today. Although, I have been there before. Everytime it was clean, friendly, helpful , and the food looked great! Very comfortable leaving a loved one to be looked after.

Experiencia fantástica: I was very impressed when I saw the facility. The landscaping is beautiful. Everyone seemed very nice. I believe it was the marketing director took me on a tour of the facility.

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean, nice atmosphere. Would be helpful if nurses got pain meds on time without asking. While visiting my Sister who had open heart surgery, she asked for something for her stomach, the nurse never came back to help her. So as much as I admire the facility, I feel the nurses could be more attentive and follow up on patients needs.

Experiencia fantástica: It's so hard to find quality care these day. My 95 yr old father in law has been in a few care facilities. The care he received from Lincoln Square was over and above. He complained one day that his head was cold and not sure who did it, but went out and bought him a beanie. Monies spent from his own pocket, Dad insisted on paying him back he refused. The support we received from the staff, updates and little things we asked to be done were followed up promptly. Jeremy, Laura and Jocelyn are just a few he was sure to write their names down.

Experiencia fantástica: I spent a month here, and it is a great place. The staff is very caring and cheerful, which means so much when you are sick. The physical and occupational therapists are excellent. I can’t say enough good things about this terrific place!

Experiencia fantástica: My mom has been there twice. It is an amazing place. There are goals set for each patient and much care is given to their needs by a very friendly staff. Some people have rated this 5 star place incorrectly. Do you want to see overworked and unappreciated poor nurses? Just go to,St. Joseph's!! This facility even has a library for reading when patients get better and a super nice staff! Push the red button and within 3 minutes three people come in,and say You need help? It's amazing to me!!
