Experiencia positiva: I am here now. This place isn't as bad as you would think. There are some very kind people here. Yes sometimes they are busy and can't get to us right away. But they are always attentive and ask if we need anything. I have to be here for a month and haven't had any problems. Good job to those nurses and CNAS. You know who you are ladies and gentlemen. Thank you.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm very thankful with this facility. I love how we were able to work together to help my mom get better and reached the goals we had put . One of the many goals we had put for my mom was to get off the ventilador and then trache . It was met and my mom was eventually able to breathe on her own and moved out of the subacute section . The staff were amazing to us and my mom very communicated with us and understandable.

Experiencia positiva: Place is very clean and well stocked to take care of your old ones!! Staff are very welcoming. They did not hesitate to contact us about our aunties needs. But they are a business and like all California business this place cuts corners sometimes!! Make sure you label anything you drop off for your loved ones, ESPECIALLY ELECTRONICS............................. AND maybe have a lawyer handle them just to make sure your loved ones have the 100%. Other than that they do the best they can!

Yet, from those seven months I can tell many nice stories about what is team work means, how is family environment look like, and the kindnes and the acceptance you can get from the residents. Also they work with your schedule.Its very good place to work at

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional staff. If you have any problems or questions always go to the nurse not to the CNA because the nurse can answer your question better. If you are still not satisfied go to the supervisor then DON. Work your way up the chain.
