Experiencia fantástica: I have been to several physical therapy centers in Tampa but the staff at Cora Rehabilitation South Tampa is best. I cannot say enough about how great they are. Laura, Mimi, Mike, and Kristen will take care of you! I had major shoulder surgery and they are helping me get through the pain and get my mobility back.

Experiencia fantástica: Went to this location for 3 weeks after my total knee replacement. Jada, the scheduler/admin was very friendly and helpful. Had Christina most of the time and she was outstanding. Very knowledgeable in her profession. Had Carlos twice and he was very good, also. Had Maddie once and she was good as well. Only negative I could say is that I think Cora has them working with 3 patients at one time and it keeps them hopping. In my opinion, I think 2 would be enough. Would definitely use this location again.

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished 2 months of PT there post surgery and I found all of their staff to be very attentive to me and all of the other patients. I personally got a lot of help from Carlos, I felt that he understood what was challenging me and really helped me get on a path to recovery and resuming a more active lifestyle. Experiencia fantástica: I am writing this review for CORA Physical Therapy, located at 3416 S Dale Mabry Hwy in Tampa Fl. I have worked with this group 2 to 3 times a week for several years. I continue to be amazed and impressed at their service, their courtesy, their welcoming attitudes and expertise. Most especially, I want to acknowledge the expertise and interpersonal skills of Christina DeCoveny, PT, and DPT. For decades I have been enrolled in physical therapy programs in several of the finest medical facilities in the country. Christina DeCoveny of CORA ranks as THE very best physical therapist with whom I have ever worked. She is cheerful, pleasant, incredibly encouraging, strong, VERY knowledgeable & extremely effective! Oh, and did I mention beautiful? She makes me happy to be there and I feel good when I leave. She carefully tracks my progress and makes meaningful recommendations for things I can do outside the clinic setting to promote healing and physical recovery. They listened to my concerns, accurately diagnosed the problem, developed a physical therapy plan accordingly, provided exceptional care during the treatment, and I'm back to normal with my endurance training for more Ironman races this summer. Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient at the South Tampa facility for some time for various different issues. I cannot speak highly enough about the efficiency and caring treatments I have received. Each of the physical therapist are outstanding. However I am compelled to give a special shout out to Laurie whose knowledge and compassion goes above and beyond! She listens to her patients, and makes each one feel immediately comfortable. She has helped resolve my issues in a timely manner, and I thank her for all she has done to assist in helping me help myself. I would Highly recommend this facility.

The staff has always been friendly, professional, willing to answer any questions of concern and very flexible with my crazy work schedule. Sessions were hard at times, but it made me stronger and healthier, leaving me with better habits for my body. Experiencia fantástica: I went to Cora Physical Therapy after having knee replacement surgery. I started with them the third week after surgery and by my eighth week, I was almost back to my old self. The therapists listened to my PT goals and developed a regimen specifically to help me achieve those goals. I saw my surgeon for my post-op appointment at my eighth week and he was very impressed on how well I was doing. He cleared me to go back to playing golf and I couldn't be happier! Thanks Cora!

The staff is very courteous and professional and actually listens. I am very happy and had no idea that physical therapy was so important. Experiencia fantástica: Been working with CORA PT staff for going on 7 months from an Injury. Exercises are goal oriented and reasonable. Took me from daily pain and limited mobility to less pain and probably double the mobility I used to have. Staff is great, always pleasant to work with and converse with.

Lori was my PT and OMG she is awesome! She's so knowledgeable and personable. You feel like you are talking to a dear friend who really wants to see you get well and help you get there. I will only go to Cora for any future PT needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Having never needing physical therapy before, I was not sure if it would help my shoulder issue (bursitis). The South Tampa staff was great! I was greeted by name and asked how I was feeling with every session and all sessions started on time. It was a very positive and friendly atmosphere. The whole office, including Lori, Jacob, and Dee seemed to truly enjoy working together. My primary therapists, Josh and Christina, were awesome and were able to increase my mobility greatly. I’ll be able to continue this at home now that my sessions are done. I would highly recommend the South Tampa team for your PT needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely loved my experience at Cora South Dale! The front desk staff was easy to contact and accommodated my needs. I loved working with Christina! She is a library of exercises and accommodated my personal overall health goals while working on my shoulder (posture, core). She was fun to hang out with eventhough we were working the whole time. She really helped me get through covid quarantine lol. I really appreciated how Christina cleaned all equipment in front of me because I am a bit OCD as well as immunocompromised. I felt safe there. She gives a great massage, too (don't be fooled by her tiny frame, the girl does some serious deep tissue massages). I worked with other therapists here and there and enjoyed them as well as they all obviously have a passion for what they do and bring something different to the workout. They all seemed happy to be there which made me happy to see them. Although you aren't lucky to have an injury, you are lucky to have Cora as an option for PT. Thank you Cora South Dale!

Experiencia fantástica: Having never experienced physical therapy and not hearing much about it, I Was not expecting much. I was extremely happy and impressed with this facility and their staff. I went from not being able to move my arm to having almost full range of motion and got my strength back. The people that work there, especially josh, Jake, Jacob and Laurie, are amazing at what they do. Reception is super friendly and helpful as well. With my therapy coming to a close, it is sad I will not see these people multiple times a week.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Cora after having frozen shoulder for a year. I arrived in March 2020 after my surgery unable to do simple things like comb my hair. By June 2020 I was fully caring for myself. I had many physical therapy treatments throughout my life but nothing like Cora! The customer service Is phenomenal I’m appreciative of the knowledge of my care from Dee at the front to every therapist Lori, Christina, Jake, Jacob, and Josh. I can’t say thank you enough to Lori “mama bear” aka fingers of death. Yes you will hurt, but I promise you whatever’s not working properly after Lori touch you it will. I’m not saying she’s a miracle worker but she’s pretty dang close . And might I add this was during the COVID-19 shut down and this Cora location didn’t compromise my care, not even a little bit.

Experiencia fantástica: 2 years ago last time I was here for shoulder issues and staff was wonderful. This time major back issues and recovering from 3 surgeries in 5 months. From leader of the pack Lorie to Rabena very good at scheduling to insurance issues. Last but not least Christina, Courtney ,Jacob and Josh the very knowledgeable and helpful staff that helped me progress through 2 months physical therapy and 6 months fitness Therapy to lose 30lbs in 6 months and pulse oxygen from 93% now up to 97%. They have an amazing team (Lori, Josh, and Jacob) who are extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and dedicated to your personal needs. Each member of the team coordinates for a comprehensive approach to the patient’s rehabilitation. They are all extremely skilled flexible enough to adjust treatment as needed based on the patient’s current status. And the support staff is also superb. Rabina and Courtney are extremely helpful and will work with you in every circumstance to assist with scheduling, billing, and any other needs you may have.

From the moment you’re greeted at the front desk to the very professional and friendly therapists and techs who make you want to come back for more. What I love most is that you have a main therapist for your hour but if you need a question answered or advice on your technique anyone is able to and will step in to help you. Equipment is well cared for and clean. I highly recommend having these be the people to get you to your next “step”. No pun intended.

They took the time to verify my diagnosis, made sure I understood what was going on with my body, and explained it even better than my doctor did. My leg has proved at an incredible rate since visiting the Cora in South Tampa and I can finally get back on the track now. Experiencia fantástica: As a PTA student I couldn't have asked for a better place than CORA - South Tampa to gain valuable experience through my observation hours. Rabena was exceptional and really responsive to all of my emails and questions, Jacob was a great example of a motivated and outgoing PTA, and Lori was a pillar of knowledge to lean on. Experiencia fantástica: Lori does a fantastic job at the S Dale Mabry location. I was in a car accident and had trauma to my shoulder. I tried another PT place with limited success. This was my last opportunity to avoid surgery. My shoulder is much better after working with Lori. The difference in PT was that Lori really focused on the issue with my shoulder and developed a protocol to help loosen it up and build strength. When I had too much pain doing one type of exercise, she would come up with a solution such as an alternative stretching exercise. I am thrilled how much she has been able to help me. She is best PT I have been to. It's also easy to get appointments at this location.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff has done an amazing job! My back was in pain for over a year and after four weeks of therapy I can definitely feel the difference. Lori and Ryan have done an amazing job helping me understand the stretches and exercise necessary to repair my muscles that were damaged. Experiencia fantástica: Janelle knows patients when they walk through the doors. Lorie really takes the time to listen to you, but be prepared to really work and push yourself. Every time I went in for PT, I left feeling like I was pushed to get better. Every session was different from the last, which keeps you from getting bored and in routine with the exercises. But Cora has done the best job. Deanna was very compassionate and knowledgeable about my condition. Lorie the manager is all about customer service and an awesome physical therapist. Jenelle is always a smiling face at the front desk. She is very efficient and always keeps you up to date with your appointments and insurance stuff. All in all this is a wonderful place to come and get fixed.

I have enjoyed working with both Lorie and Deanna, who challenge me at every appointment. They have done a great job stretching and strengthening my shoulder before and after my MUA. I can't thank them enough for helping me actually reach for the sky. Janelle has also been a joy - with her greeting smile and scheduling of all my appointments.
