Experiencia fantástica: I started my PT with a different physical therapy practice and switched to PT Solutions because my sports medicine physician recommended dry needling to accompany my PRP. I wish I had started with PT Solutions! What a difference in the quality of evaluation, approach, expertise and ability to think outside the box. It is certainly not cookie cutter physical therapy- definitely an approach that is patient focused and personalized to my needs and goals. I have witness the care and concern the therapists give to each patient. The staff is wonderful and they try to accommodate my scheduling needs. I was singing the praises of PT Solutions to my sports medicine doctor and his staff over and above the physical therapy practice that’s under their same roof. PT Solutions is awesome:)

Experiencia fantástica: OUTSTANDING! WHERE DO I EVEN BEGIN?!?!? The expertise, friendliness/caring, and motivation by the PT Solutions staff are second to none. The team helped me recover from my Grade 2 Quadricep Strain/Tear not only faster than my surgeon ever expected, but I’m now stronger, more agile, and have greater endurance than BEFORE I got injured thanks to PT Solutions! Now that I’ve graduated from physical training patient to personal training client at the gym, my personal trainer has HUGE shoes to fill. I cannot recommend PT Solutions enough and no doubt would work with them again.

Experiencia fantástica: I went here after I had a long lasting wrist injury from a car accident 7 months prior; I couldn’t go about daily activities without severe pain. Other PT places gave me no relief, but Garrison and Jordan worked with me and got me back to 100%. Now I can do my daily activities normally again and continue progressing in the gym with heavy weight bearing exercises with ease. The front counter staff is excellent as well and extremely polite! Highly recommend coming to this location and seeing how the staff can help you!

Experiencia fantástica: PT solutions Dale Mabry saved me after my MPFL replacement surgery! I worked with both physical therapists Garrison and Jordan and they were friendly and knowledgeable. I was given exercises and bands to work with at home. When I was down and thinking my life and knee would never be normal again they reassured me that it would. They cheered me on and milestones were celebrated. I even enjoyed the students they were training and Mark at the front desk. Each one of them made a difference in my recovery. I am now working out again at Orange Theory, CAMP Tampa, Cycle Bar, and Crunch. Today I officially said goodbye to PT solutions fam and hello to my new normal. Can't recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I love PT Solutions! Physical therapy isn’t anyone’s favorite thing to do, and if you’re in PT it isn’t going to be anything great, but the people here make it actually fun. I tore my ACL and it’s been a painful process but the people here make it tolerable. So thankful to them! So if you’re looking for a place to help you, I would definitely recommend this PT Solutions.

Had double knee surgery (including ACL), fast forward to now 7 weeks later and I’m already walking without a limp and have been off crutches and brace since week 2-3. We’ll on my way to a full recovery in much less time than I was anticipating. Jordan and Garrison are the best!

I switched to PT Solutions of South Tampa after having a poor experience elsewhere. My experience working with Garrison was fantastic - sport specific exercises that were tailored to my progress and goals. The entire staff is pleasant and seem to truly care about their clients. I would highly recommend this facility if you’re an athlete looking to return to sport.

Experiencia fantástica: PT Garrison has been instrumental in getting me back to doing what I love. After suffering my knee injury late last year, requiring a very invasive surgery last December, I had a long road to recovery. I felt defeated, as if I could never get back to doing what I love, or even walk normally. Garrison has been there from the beginning, from day to day and week to week guidance, conquering every little milestone, he's given back my confidence that I can come back from this. Words cannot describe how good it feels to walk normal again, to be able to run, and furthermore, learn so much from Garrison on how to take care of myself physically, and always setting boundaries with my profession (I am a professional boxer) to limit the risk of injuries again. What has been amazing about this journey is that even when Garrison was not available, he has an amazing staff that he has guides, and trust any and all of them. Jordan has also been instrumental in my recovery this year, pushing me past my limits to ensure I get back to doing what I love! The team here really cares about their patients. I am beyond happy to be well taken care of by Garrison, Jordan, and the amazing staff at this location, I would always recommend this place as the place to go for all your recovery needs!

Experiencia fantástica: I was given a referral to PT from my primary care provider after I experienced pain in my shoulder from swimming. I chose PT Solutions South Tampa based on many of the positive reviews I read online. Rachel quickly recognized the problem and formulated a great treatment plan to get me back in the pool. I left the office dripping in sweat many times, but Rachel pushing me was exactly what I needed. My shoulder is healthier than it has been in over 2 years and I am back to swimming without pain. I was a little sad after my final visit because I enjoyed my sessions so much. I can’t recommend Rachel enough for any and all of your physical therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent, caring, and compassionate physical therapy. Garrison and Josh worked with my 89 year old father following a hip replacement. They knew how hard to push, when to ease up and dad grew much stronger, more mobile, and confident under their watchful care. I’ve been involved with several PT providers over the years and this whole team (both staff and therapists) are true pros. Pleasure to work with from the first day of therapy to the last.

Rachel explained what we were trying to accomplish and demonstrated every exercise and stretch and watched and corrected me if there were any errors. My back is in much better shape now that I’ve completed my therapy and recommend this facility on S. Dale Mabry in Tampa to anyone seeking relief.

My treatment started with a nagging shoulder injury from the days of being a baseball player that got worse over the years to the point of not being able to throw a ball anymore. Not only am I back to throwing now, but my shoulder feels better than it did prior to injury. Fast forward a few months, and I hurt my lower back in the gym. I contacted Jordan, Garrison, and the rest of the PT Solutions team, and they took me in immediately and got my back, back to full strength, quickly. I can’t recommend this branch enough and am so grateful that I crossed paths with them! I’m feeling better and healthier than ever.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a labrum surgery about 3 months ago. As a wrestler, I wanted to find a place that cared as much about my recovery as I did so I could get back to training as soon as possible. I worked with Garrison, and I have no doubt that he is the best possible person to have had for my recovery so far. He has tailored every single session to my needs and ability so I was always challenged and pushing myself without risking hurting myself. I could tell he and everyone else I worked and interacted with really cared about my recovery and my well-being. By far the best experience I’ve ever had with physical therapy and I’m eternally grateful to Garrison and the rest of the team.

Experiencia fantástica: Having started my physical therapy on July 21 2022, I’ve been under the primary care of Dr. Garrison Matthews at the South Tampa location of PT Solutions after having reconstructive surgery on my left elbow for a complete UCL tear as well as a complete tear of the common flexor tendon caused by a weightlifting accident at the FWF Florida State Championships. Through his expertise and outstanding overall hands-on care using a wide variety of exercises to regain my strength, mobility, stabilization, and range of motion - not only am I back to complete normal function, we are well under way to getting me back to peak athletic performance, already being able to perform complex movements such as the snatch, clean & jerk, and overhead press with well over 100lbs completely pain free, all being just over 4 months post-op. I’ve also been able to witness Garrison providing top quality treatment to a wide variety of clientele and also give excellent instruction to PT students, as he is also a clinical instructor. I’ve also had the privilege of being treated by Dr. Jordan Noga at the South Tampa location. Her knowledge and talented care have been critical in my rehabilitation as well, and her enthusiasm and ability to provide a positive atmosphere for all clients is truly admirable. I’ve been a competitive weightlifter for almost 15 years. Being a Florida State Champion, having consistently competed at the highest national level, and being fortunate to be ranked 4th in the United States in my weight class in 2011 & 2012, weightlifting has been a huge part of my life since I was 18 years old. Having an injury like this at 33 years of age and being so deep into my athletic career was a difficult challenge mentally, not having the focus that I’ve centered almost half of my life around. That being said, I found that going to PT with Garrison and Jordan and achieving each milestone with them during recovery has given me the same enjoyment and fulfillment the last several months that weightlifting has provided me throughout my career. I’m very confident that, due to their excellent care for my rehab, I will be back at the same level of national competition soon. Ending my PT will be bittersweet. Words cannot do justice to my level of gratitude for Garrison and Jordan’s treatment. I’m thrilled to be so healthy again, but I will truly miss being with them several times a week. Their positive impact on me, as well as seeing their positive impact on so many other peoples lives, has been a very inspiring thing to be around. Rachel & Garrison are AWESOME & very knowledgeable and I trusted them with my plan, and they were right on!! They are friendly, welcoming and were always flexible with me and accommodated to my busy schedule! Everyone there is very nice, including Gaby in the front desk. Great energy, great people, and most importantly I’m very happy with the results. When I came I could barely walk. And now although still not fully recovered I’m walking again. Again extremely recommended !!

I also appreciated his appraisal of my form, as this likely was the source of some of my back pain. I would absolutely return if I needed more PT in the future (but hope I won’t)!

Experiencia fantástica: PT Solutions of South Tampa provides an excellent experience for anyone seeking physical therapy help. I came in with significant lower back issues that prevented me from conducting simple daily tasks, enjoying recreational activities, and was at times quite debilitating My physical therapist, Jack, was prepared from the start with a clear plan on how to attack my ailments. Throughout the process, he made sure to keep me informed of my progress and never let me feel as though there wasn’t a purpose to the exercises I was doing. Jack was extremely knowledgeable and able to answer any and all questions I had as it pertained to my injuries and/or treatment. He was also able to quickly pivot and adapt my therapy to the various unforeseen changes that would arise throughout the course of my treatment. By the final day of my therapy I had seen significant improvement in my lower back. I no longer had difficulty performing routine movements and was able to finally enjoy participating in physically activities again. Overall, the entire staff was warm and personable. Everyone was easy to talk to and always made me feel comfortable and at ease the moment I walked through the door each morning. I am grateful I was put in the capable hands of Jack and the rest of the PT Solutions staff of South Tampa.

I am an active person who really wanted to be able to resume my usual physical activities in the safest most efficient way. Garrison was AMAZING at giving me safe ways to slowly build my strength back up while also treating all the underlying aggravation happening from the injury. If you want a PT with great knowledge about the body but also the specialized skills to work with an athlete this is the place to go!

She was very understanding and helpful when first seeing me, and is very persistent on pushing you to do only what you are comfortable doing.
