Experiencia fantástica: The care my mom is receiving is PHENOMENAL. Thankful for all the staff but I'd like to spotlight Nurses Julie & Lisa. Case Manager Raquel, Aid Jam & the therapy team.

Experiencia fantástica: They are really helpful and work with you to get home. The staff is great and they keep inform about your progress and how you are doing. I would recommend anybody to this place for rehab.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my husband's 3rd visit. I don't want to take him to another place. Everyone is great, it's clean,therapy is awesome and foods not half bad. HIS MEDICAL needs are always ment. Best place in Toledo

Experiencia fantástica: My husband was a patient there for 2 weeks and he had e cell entertainment care The staff is very caring and friendly. The building is clean and comfortable and I would recommend the facility for anyone.

Experiencia positiva: My sister is mentally handicapped , and the therapy was excellent! Concern was when she was discharged, as all her belongings were lost??? Victoria, the social worker go to, did not seem very concerned or helpful. Staff and cleanliness was very good.

Experiencia fantástica: This was such a positive experience,I have shared it with several friends. There were other options that had good reputations, but I wanted to stay close to home. I am so glad we decided on Encompass. The case manager spoke with me on the first day and told me after OT, ST,and PT made their evaluations she would contact me with the plan and estimated discharge date. And she did! On therapy days, there was 3 hrs of therapy each day, as they promised. I was updated by each therapist and or the nurse about daily progress. I went daily after work, everyone was very kind and respectful. When a new pt.is admitted, they announce a welcome over the intercom. One of the staff told me anyone that is available will go by and welcome them. Patients are given a notebook with information for their progress, questions, recovery exercises, medication lists etc. The pharmacist put her phone number so you can call yourself with any questions. While I was there over the 10 days, a respiratory therapist, and a pharmacist both answered his call light just because they were walking by. Everyone helps, even if they are not assigned to your loved one.They even arranged for transport to a f/u doctors appt. This was very helpful b/c I could not be there during the day. The facility is beautiful, it is brand new, state of the art equipment . The building is secure, they will buz you in. The discharge date was met, and by that time he was walking without any assist devices! I highly recommend Encompass in Toledo, and have shared that with all of his doctors.

Experiencia positiva: I can't say enough good things about this place the therapy staff is amazing they clean before and after you use any machines or other equipment they make you feel comfortable and do an amazing job everyone from the case managers to the aides and nurses and doctors are great the minute you need anything they help you right away I would recommend this place to anyone that needs to be inpatient for therapy
