Experiencia fantástica: Advanced Health Care Center is trying to turn the corner. Under new management, it is trying to positively impact the culture to provide excellent care to the population it serves. I have had three family members utilize the services provided over the last two years. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. The rehabilitation program is effective in helping residents reach their desired goals. I would and will continue to choose this facility as my first choice if the time came to assist another family member with their continuum of care.

It is a pleasure to be working in an environment where staff is treated very well with monthly lunches and give aways and a place that is "Resident centered" where every resident is treated like family and feels like home

Experiencia fantástica: Our mom received consistent, compassionate care during her short stay here. There was staff available 24/7, the meals were home cooked and our needs were met with each request. You can trust your loved one to get the care you would expect from a nursing facility.

Experiencia positiva: I love working at this facility. Changes continue to be made to improve the environment and providing the best care for residents. Staff is friendly and the new Chef works diligently to accommodate resident wishes. I couldn't be more proud to be a part of this team.

Experiencia positiva: Despite the other reviews, my grandmother has been in this facility for 2 years now and I have nothing but great things to share. Communication with us as a family has always been great, anytime theirs a concern or update on her medical status we are contacted. Each time I visit the facility I'm welcomed to the facility & I really really really love nurse Carol who works the 300 wing. She's always upbeat, joyful and has such a great personality everytime she interacts with us. Thanks Carol and all the rest of the staff here....

Experiencia fantástica: I am glad I made the decision to bring my mom here for rehab following her recent surgery. From admissions, to therapy, to the new Executive Director, nursing to dietary, everyone was welcoming and truly cared about my mom personally and her recovery . They went above and beyond to address our needs. They kept in constant communication with myself and my family, which was refreshing. They are doing it right here!!

Experiencia fantástica: My mother in law went for rehab. We had a great stay. The nurses and therapists were great and helped her get home. Couldn’t have asked for better care even as a nurse myself. We felt at ease once she get there and weren’t stressing out about her care. Best staff around.

Experiencia positiva: It was good overall nice nurses kitchen has a hard time getting food out on time but that is understandable given the fact that every department in this place is drastically under staffed, especially the aids (1 AID TO 80 PTS IS UNACCEPTABLE ). I HAD A BREATHING ISSUE AND ACTIVATED NURSE LIGHT IT WAS ALMOST 3 HRS BEFORE THEY GOT TO ME! This was not there fault,she was alone and had several lights on while dealing with a. Mentaly I'll PT.. The hospital next door uses a intercom system that would help in treaging the calls for help
