Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend doing pre surgical rehab for knee replacement surgery, it not only helped build strength prior to they showed me how to do exercises for immediately after surgery, it also helped with questions I had on if I fell, they showed me how to get up after surgery! Shay was amazing!! She really knows her stuff. I hope to get her for post rehab!

You’re not just a number, you’re a cared for patient with specific needs. I have worked primarily with Jeff now for a few years and he has been integral to me learning how to walk again and gaining better balance since my spinal injury. He’s extremely knowledgeable and pushes me every time to new goals. I’ve also worked with Michelle and she’s also very knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously.

Experiencia fantástica: For around nine months I was given Physical Therapy care after a peri-prosthetic fracture of my left femur. When I began my treatment, I was 76 years old. At the outset I had a mix of therapists helping me but once I was assigned to Michelle Carter, I wanted to work with nobody else. Michelle was head and shoulders above all the others. She rarely repeated an exercise and had an endless source of ingenious movements for me to try and practice. Each PT session she pushed me just a little farther in my recovery and saw that not only was I eager and desperate to walk again but that I wanted to be challenged and to regain a sense of physical empowerment. She asked me to stretch my abilities yet everything she asked of me was clearly to help me either directly or indirectly. She also used "dry needling" on my leg as it was part of her systematic approach to my recovery. Michelle is kind and considerate, full of humor when the occasion demands it, and a most thoughtful and ethical professional woman. To me she appears to embody all that is positive and productive in the role of a professional Physical Therapist. I cannot say enough to praise her for teaching me how to walk again, and so changing my life for the better.

Experiencia fantástica: Michelle is the most highly trained pelvic floor therapist in Tulsa. HMC is VERY lucky to have such a highly skilled PT. Michelle is patient and kind helping me with cues, new ideas, etc to do exercises correctly which is a bit tricky. I’ve found her techniques very helpful. Thank you!
