Experiencia negativa: I wouldn’t recommend this place. Some of the staff that are there, don’t know what they’re doing. They’re just hiring people to work there.

Experiencia negativa: I called the office to schedule a same day follow up after leaving the ED in the morning, and I explained that clearly over the phone. The appointment was scheduled without any mention of issues. However, when I arrived, I was told that insurance would not cover it. I explained that I also work in healthcare and know that same day ED follow ups are typically handled without issue, but the front desk staff was dismissive. One staff member even asked me where I work, which was irrelevant and told me the doctor does not see same day follow ups. This information should have been provided when the appointment was booked, rather than after I had already arrived. The front desk staff member was unprofessional, rude, and lacked basic courtesy. As I was leaving, I overheard her speaking negatively about me, which was extremely unprofessional and degrading. Patients come to a doctor’s office for help, not to be treated with disrespect. I hope the office can address these issues so other patients do not have the same experience.

Experiencia negativa: Waited for 3 months for an appointment, and then last minute they call to cancel, and the receptionist was rude. Hartford Healthcare absolutely does not care about their patients and this was my 3rd time trying with them. I’m done with Hartford Healthcare. Well it seems that getting access to health care in CT is absolutely absurd.

Experiencia negativa: Some of the staff in this place are horrible and rude. These certain people feel they can speak down and treat people like trash. My heart goes out to the people that can not defend themselves. Here is an example, I heard a nurse say loudly that The homeless man that Dr Kaplan saw tested for cocaine again. Why did she have to announce this man’s business to everyone in the clinic? That wasn’t right!!! Homeless or not they should respect everyone’s privacy. This place is a joke!! If you value your privacy go somewhere else!!!

Experiencia positiva: Most of the staff is good and professional. They are helpful except Erica came off as a little bothered as if she was bored and angry today. I felt rushed and she didn't say who she was before barking orders. She came off a little entitled and arrogant.

Experiencia negativa: Ratchet,ratchet,ratchet…very unprofessional/unfriendly & I felt like I was being judged by the nurse & primary care doctor.. I’ve been going to St.V’s for 10+ years then they changed over to Hartford Healthcare I know this is a part of the new staff.. St.V’s staff would never treat me the way I was treated..1 of the most horrible experiences I’ve ever had avoid @ all costs… I felt like I was getting treated like I wasn’t even a human being… the primary care doctor sent me to get blood work up the block I get there wait 30 minutes & tech tells me I needed to fast for 8 hours. The doctor never told me that so I basically wasted my time. I work full time 10/11 hours a day 5 days sometimes 6 so now I have to figure out when I can do the fasting & bloodwork when I had an appointment for about 2 weeks. Would of been nice to be informed. I called to inform staff of how unprofessional my 1st experience was as a new patient & woman on the phone acted unconcerned. She just wanted to get me off the phone.

Experiencia negativa: I think That A Chambers is not a great doctor ever since I've been coming up facility, she is a terrible listener as far as I'm concerned when you walk into the facility all the staff at ghetto you have to be argumentative with them they don't know how to act professional at all times. Had to file a complaint against her with the state for her not doing what I asked her to do with the things that I'm telling her is going wrong with my body I had to be go to the emergency room of listening skills, and I have been through this before,this clinic is ghetto if you want to get better go somewhere else.i rate her in the facility zero stars

Experiencia negativa: Be warned these people are Scammers! WORST walk in clinic ever. DO NOT go. I paid my total bill the exact day of my visit, came in the next day for a Doctors note for school! The lady st the counter looked at me confused and told me they do not do doctors notes. I explained I need it for an excuse absence for school. Finally the doctor who saw me the day before gave me one. 1 week later I look in the mail to see a bill for $130! Are you joking? These people are con artists and dont give a rubber duck about you, only your money. Disgusting. DO NOT GO, do not make the same mistake as me, there are better option in bridgeport.

Experiencia positiva: I had an appointment for 3pm. I arrived at 2:40pm signed in and sat down. The receptionist was busy. At 3:45pm I was called by reception and she explained i was supposed to let them know I had an appointment although I did write it on the specific column when I signed in. There is a sign that says let them know if you have an appointment at their window. I didn't want to hover at the window when I came in since there was a patient being registered so I will take the blame however 4pm I was called to a room. The nurse practitioner came in at 4:25pm and I was out by 4:40. While I was uncomfortable with the wait since I went in with back spasms, I will return for a second visit. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and competent.
