Experiencia fantástica: I have LOVED my experience here. I had what I consider a pretty complex knee problem and after 3 surgeries I started PT three times a week. Everyone was so upbeat and knowledgeable, personable and encouraging. I've worked with Haniel, Chris, Kelly, and Cara, Kaya and Opal as well, and it always feels like we're all a part of a team it's grueling for sure but I really look forward to it, and it has transformed my knee/life.

Experiencia fantástica: I was dealing with lower back pain from a surgery this past August. Cara and Haniel were great. I was in physical therapy for 6 weeks and with there help was able to great progress.

Very understanding because they actually listen to my concerns. Very comforting when I know I'm being cared for by someone with a heart and good personalities. Keep up the good work.

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you so much Dr. Cameron Clowser! The chiropractic sessions really made a huge change in my life. I remember walking into sentara limping and in severe pain and left walking normally after that first session. After the third session i felt that my back problem was already gone. I feel that my back is becoming normal and I become so much happy working and dealing with what I do. Please continue to help the patients that suffer with spine and back problems. Experiencia fantástica: I just had my second TKR (Total Knee Replacement). My first knee was done 2-1/2 months ago. For that one I had gone to another Sentara PT facility. But this time I decided to come closer to home for this knee PT. I've only had about 3 sessions so far, but I can tell you this group of young PTs are fantastic! They all seem to care and are knowledgeable. They already have me doing things that I didn't start until at least 2 weeks in at my first PT facility. This facility also seems to have better equipment available to use. If you require any kind of PT and you have an option to use Sentara PT on Glenn Mitchell Dr in Virginia Beach, I highly recommend it.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the team here they all work together they keep changing around the different positions I’m here quite often and it’s nice when you go into the procedure that you get to see the ones you didn’t see last time in a different way. I believe it’s all girls that work here right now ladies and they are also courteous and both Dr. Lynn’s Or just the very best at what they do if you have pain and you don’t like drugs narcotics this is the place you need to be!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Cara for a neck issue for the past three weeks and the results are amazing! my neck is not just healing but is getting stronger than it was before I was injured. She is also recommending exercises and self treatment for me to use when her role in my healing is over! I would like to thank her and the other staff for their assistance and guidance!

Experiencia fantástica: I was unsure if physical therapy was going to help my neck and shoulder pain, but was proven wrong. Haniel took me through a good exercise program which greatly improved my shoulder and neck to where I no longer am feeling stiffness, tightness, and pain. Marc worked with me on the Saturday and followed Haniel's plan as well as a few of his own suggestions. I am truly grateful to Haniel and Marc for getting me back to doing the things I enjoy most. The staff here at Sentara Princess Anne Therapy are truly amazing, not to mention kind, considerate, respectful....The BEST

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone is so nice and so professional. JOEY ABBOTT is my PT person and he is very professional and detailed. He takes his time to assure you understand the exercise. His recommendations are always on point and he is very gentle to make sure he is not hurting you or you are not hurting. I feel very accomplished when I leave. I will always recommend Joey. He's great!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a partial torn ACL injury in my knee, and my therapist was Bri (and Casey)! I highly recommend this iconic duo and they were very helpful in giving me exercises to expedite the recovery process, and because of them, I was able to avoid surgery! He doesn’t just do his job, but he talks to you and he remembers his patients and our conversations. I was involved in a horrible car accident and he definitely relieved a lot of my severe pain issues. He referred me to specialists who can offer additional support. He is definitely a Dr. who cares for his patients and their well being. I would recommend his services to anyone needing chiropractic services.

Patrick, Kenny & Ryan) were knowledgeable, polite, professional and all had a fantastic "bedside manner". The therapy vastly improved my injury and I cannot recommend the staff enough.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place for Physical therapy. The therapists work well together and treat patients well. They are very busy but not chaotic. The desk staff is also very nice and acknowledge you even if you have to wait a minute or two to check in. Parking could be better. I've always found a spot but did have to walk a ways.

Experiencia fantástica: We went to the Sentara Therapy Center to see a chiropractor and do physical therapy. Dr. Cameron Clowser is excellent. He was very professional, caring, and knowledgeable. All of the physical therapists we worked with were also very good. Even the front office staff are wonderful as well. I would sincerely recommend anyone who is in need of these services to come here!

Experiencia fantástica: When I arrived at Sentara Therapy in February, I was stricken with two "frozen" shoulders. For those unaware of this temperature themed condition, imagine one of those inflatable wavy arm wavy guys at the used car dealership (or, for those of us of a certain level a nerd-ery, the Family Guy episode). Got that image? Cool. Total opposite. Couldn't raise my hands above my shoulders, had a lot of fun putting on coats, button up shirts, lab coats, hazmat suits, you get the picture. I wasn't selling used cars, spinning my insurance sign on the street corner, or, gasp, playing the coveted role of Lady Liberty in this year's neighborhood Independence Day Celebration. Best I could promise anyone was a few hip level Bob Fosse-esque jazz hands, but no spinning and flipping of the black fedora for me...fast forward to today, when I swam 1200 meters of freestyle (albeit slightly off of my desired world record pace) without any shoulder pain or even any unanticipated discomfort (thank you, thank you. I know, it's a pretty inspiring tale, I think Spielberg is likely going to option it, see you on Oscar night). How was I able to, in 6 short months (although they weren't actually short months, they were the same length as they always are, in any non-leap year)? Well I am glad you asked....it was with the great help, care, and encouragement of my Physical Therapists Casey and Joey and their staff of CESs and PTAs (thank you Kaitlyn, Katherine, Capri, and the other non-alliterative members of the staff). All kidding aside (for now, don't worry, the sarcasm will be returning), the staff here, from the crew at the front desk and appointment setting through the gym was supportive, fun, tolerant (if you couldn't tell already, I can be a bit much) and encouraging. It was a long and sometimes frustrating road, but they were there, twice a week to listen to me ramble, force my body into positions that, at the time, seemed to defy the laws of physics and simply mechanics, but without them, I would not be able to have returned to pretty much full use of both of my shoulders. To those who would say "I don't need physical therapy, I can do it myself", I say, meet me at the pool and we can talk about it. Yes, this is long. Yes this is rambling. But I promised a 5 star review that they would remember. So a 5 star review they got. To every single one of you, including Julie the door swinging fast walker, thank you, thank you, thank you. Chiropractic visits, massages, and PT have been great. Dr. Cam works magic! Katherine always provides great energy. Make sure you get them when you book.

Experiencia fantástica: I have never been to a chiropractor before but was referred to by my doctor to fix some pelvic pain. I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect but Dr Clowser was very professional, knowledgable, kind and made me feel very comfortable. I have felt so much better and all my discomfort has been relieved. I even want to continue going for regular routine care. -CJ

Experiencia fantástica: Cam is amazing! I was dealing with daily, excruciating pain that was driving me crazy and keeping me from what I wanted and needed to do. After working with Cam for a while, I can tell you that he has made a radical difference in my life. My symptoms over all are drastically reduced and I’m becoming more confident in my abilities to start regaining strength and improving my health. 10/10 would recommend Cam to anyone needing a great chiropractor!

Experiencia fantástica: So thankful I found Dr. Clowser for chiropractic care! After a move and not having regular chiro care for a couple of years I started seeing Dr. Clowser for post-partum care and he is wonderful! He uses a variety of techniques and changes it up as your needs change. After the first visit I felt like a new person! On top of being good at what he does he is incredibly friendly and you can tell he has a genuine interest in his patients. I would recommend him to anyone!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been receiving treatment at this Therapy Center for the past 3 weeks. I could not walk or out any pressure on my right leg on my first visit. All from a severely bulging disc in my S1. The Main Therapist treating me, Bryant’s optimism, wisdom and level of care has been exemplary. His bedside manner and Understanding of my needs during this healing process have been nothing short of amazing. It’s as if he identifies with what his patient is feeling and offers levels of care to truly see improvement in each session. The entire team there from warm welcoming receptionist to the therapists I see on weekends, Joshua and Lexi have also been awesome and encouraging, all great at what they do to help you heal. I’m thankful that while I initially had to choose my therapist by who accepted my insurance. This was the location I selected and I have been more than pleased with the entire team, environment and progress they have helped me reach. To now walking again and managing my pain, pain med free. I know my healing is a process, but I’m encouraged by who is taking good care of me each day!

Experiencia fantástica: I was very fortunate during my time here. I was one of Casey's patients when she was at another location and I continued with her when she arrived at Glenn Mitchell. She was always amazing during my time as her patient!!! However, the staff made it even more amazing to be there!! They are courteous and fun and they even though you're there to rehab, they make the work easier. From the front desk to the team in the back, they're amazing!!

Experiencia fantástica: I'd not ever needed PT before so I wasn't sure what to expect. From the very beginning my Physical Therapist, Joey Abbott, made me feel very comfortable. He made sure my expectations on recovery time were realistic, was very reassuring and answered my questions in an easy manner. I like the camaraderie between the staff there, they seem to truly like each other, which makes the atmosphere relaxed. If I ever need to go to PT again I would absolutely go back to Princess Anne and ask for Joey.

Experiencia fantástica: I visit Sentara Therapy Center for chiro care and massage therapy. Dr Kim is absolutely wonderful and really helps me feel so much better, not only in the clinic, but best practices at home so that I don't have to keep coming in. Nikki is the massage therapist and she is great as well! I didn't even tell her my trouble spots, she was able to find them and work them out and even educated me on other spots I had and how to alleviate them. The front desk staff Nicole and Christina are always pleasant to work with.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to one or two other physical therapy centers. This one is by far the most life changing! My therapists were Bryant, Lexi, and Katie. They are amazing! All the therapists there are so kind, patient, and really love what they do. The front desk staff always greeted me with a smile. I would recommend anyone to give this center a try. It has truly changed my life for the better :)!

Experiencia fantástica: This was my first time using the Princess Anne office and by far the best staff and equipment. I have been through PT before and other places they give you whoever is available that day. Princess Anne office worked with me and had me see the same Therapist every time throughout my recovery. Polite and professional and was never rushed out the door. They valued my request for 4 more weeks of therapy and made sure they did not release me too soon. Alexis was my therapist and when I need PT again, I will make sure to go back to her and Princess Anne.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is wonderful. The people are great. From the front desk with Nicole and Christina to the therapists themselves, I've had them all, Capri, Bre, Mary, Josh, Bryant and of course Teri are magnificent (Anybody I forgot forgive me). I, unfortunately, have had to be treated for different reasons over the past 3-5 years and the care has been consistent. I always hope I don't have to go to therapy but when I do, I tell them check my charts and set me up at the SPA therapy center, cause I know they will bet me better.

It has been an uphill battle but with people like Joey for PT and Nikki for medical massage on your side it has been bearable, even on the unbearable days. Everyone at the facility is friendly and the office staff, Becca, Christina and Nicole are very helpful and pleasant, always. Experiencia fantástica: Nikkie is such an amazing Massage Therapist! I've had many massages, but she is by far the best. Her new opened schedule makes it so much easier to schedule, and her bubbling personality gives you something else to look forward to with your massage. If you're looking for a massage therapist who's going to listen to every complaint and help you get to where you want to be, I highly recommend Nikkie.

Experiencia fantástica: Over the years I have gone to many therapy centers but none can top this facility. In February 2020 I had rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder and in September 2020 I had rotator cuff surgery on my left shoulder. On both occasions I came to Princess Anne and had Joey and Kait as my therapists. they have both been outstanding in treating me. They respect your injury and have a plan of action in your treatment. I have never felt this comfortable going to a therapy center as I do at Princess Anne

They push when needed and they listen when you hit your wall. I enjoyed my time there and would highly recommend. They explain everything as you go and assess throughout the process. Lexi, Katherine, Jason, the ladies at the desk and honestly the whole team kept me going with smiles, compassion and encouragement.

Experiencia fantástica: I had to start going to physical therapy about 2 months after knee replacement surgery. I was so glad I chose here at 1975 Glenn Mitchell! Everyone I encountered here was very sweet and knowledgeable! When I started going, my doctor had mentioned manipulation procedure due to the lack of range of motion due to swelling and stiffness. Now, I no longer need it! The staff here is amazing! Kind, friendly and always concerned about my pain or discomfort. I had Kari the majority of the time and I must say she is amazing! Really seemed to know just what to do to improve my knee. I had to work very hard at therapy and I made sure to,do my at home exercises as well. The other staff I got to know that were also great, Grace and Jessica (other physical therapists) were also very helpful to my recovery! They are assisted by a couple of amazing young ladies, Bre and Capri! Although the therapy at times was somewhat grueling, they were always there cheering me on. When I get my 2nd one done, they are my go to place!
