Experiencia fantástica: Neil is a very skilled and exceptionally kind and dedicated physical therapist who will drop everything if you're in pain and need to figure out what's going on before it gets worse. I can't speak highly enough of the staff as well, Rachel and Sarah have gone out of their way to help schedule me and work with my busy life. So grateful that they're just 5 minutes away from us. Neil is a runner so he gets wanting to stay active and will get you back in motion!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a patient of Pivot in Red Mill four times. I told the great staff that I am their "frequent flyer." You receive very personalized and individual care. All the threapists can and do provide guidance even though you are generally assigned to one. It is a pleasant, almost family atmosphere. I suspect I will need physical therapy in the future and will continue to return there.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been using Pivot PT since November 2021. My therapists have been Alex, Riley and Neal. They have all done amazing work taking care of me. I especially like the friendly and fun atmosphere that they create. I'm always greeted by first name and have never felt pressured or neglected in any way. All my questions have been answered with different views from multiple therapists. They always make sure I do my exercises correctly so I don't hurt myself or miss out on the benefit of the exercise. I love every visit I've had up to this point.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Pivot PT after several years of middle back pain having been to several back specialists who eventually all said the pain I was experiencing was something i had to live with. But then I met Bruce Brewer. Bruce was recommended by a local spine and pain specialist who said if anyone can help me, it would be Bruce. Bruce is an outstanding physical therapist who carefully listened to me about my history, gave me a thorough exam and after just a few sessions put the pieces of the complicated puzzle together and set me on a relatively brief treatment plan to help me get my life back. I have full confidence in Bruce - a true professional. And the support staff at Pivot PT are courteous, professional and friendly. All good!

I always felt that Michael had my best interest at heart and he wanted me to be the best I could be after shoulder replacement surgery. I felt welcome and always felt like the folks at Pivot in Salem VA really cared about me. It has been a great experience and I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: This review is long past due but I still want to submit it. I had rotator cuff surgery a year ago. Kate Case was my primary therapist. I can’t imagine anyone else being as compassionate yet tough. The first few sessions were difficult but with Kate continuing to help me relax we made great progress. I regained my range of motion and strength thanks to Kate. I would highly recommend Her. The other staff and Manager, Ken Morris, were also excellent and very professional.

Experiencia fantástica: I saw Neal at the Red Mill / Sandbridge location. From the time I arrived to the time I left I was treated wonderfully by the entire staff. Hannah at the front desk was friendly and got me all set up pre visit. During my treatment with Neal he explained everything he was doing and made me feel very comfortable. I thought this experience was great. I would absolutely go back to Pivot for my PT needs

Experiencia fantástica: The Professionals at the Kempsville location understood how to return me to the state of being necessary to function as I did prior to the event that necessitated my being there, which was an issue related to my lower back and hip area. During the therapy period, and on my last day, I was also provided with printed instructions to assist in and continue my restoration, enabling me to maintain my progress. I was reeducated as to preferable body movements. A conducive environment for collaboration about my restoration plan, contributing to a sense of emotional comfort. As a senior citizen whose primary cohorts are the same, I hear conversations related to the current generation of health care professionals who, in summary, lack emotional intelligence. The professionals at the Kempsville location are very respectful, they listen, respond, and explain in a way that includes the patient as part of the restoration team.

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Pivot Therapy in Springfield for problems with my neck and back. Kirsten Yarwood, the therapist, was great. She worked with me for several weeks, gave me printed instructions for each exercise that we did, went through those exercises with me, and was always very upbeat. The administrative staff was also very nice, very friendly. I definitely would recommend Kirsten to anyone who needs therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Pivot Physical Therapy on Commerce Street in Springfield, VA. I had a great experience working with Kirsten Yarwood. I went there after I had foot surgery, and she knew just what to do to get my foot working better for me. It is a small place, but has everything you need. I have been to this location before and once again give it a five star rating.

Experiencia fantástica: Pivot Physical Therapy Denbigh Blvd is AWESOME! I will recommend this place to anyone who needs therapy. When I entered the door, I was always greeted with a smile. Very friendly atmosphere. I never had to wait over 2 to 3 minutes to start my therapy. The team is well-trained and they worked in unity. They take time to get to know you as a patient and as a person. I looked forward to every appointment. Angela was fantastic knowing the exercises and the hands on therapy I needed. I had lower back pain and pain down my left leg. My pain was an eight (8) when I started. With Angela's expertise my pain level is zero and my movement, strength and flexibility is great. I would trust Pivot Physical Therapy Denbigh Blvd with my health care anytime.

I went in barely able to walk, and after 6 weeks, I am almost back to where I was before the injury. I cannot thank him and the rest of the staff for everything they did to get me back on track.
