My physical therapist listened to my concerns and helped me to not only heal, but figure out long term goals for my injury. The environment was always clean and welcoming. Shout out to Faisal and Jenn for the best care ever!

Experiencia fantástica: Tina and Torey are amazing!! Tina made me a fabulous custom splint unlike anything I’ve ever seen, and worked with me to get everything just right. Torey fought with insurance as long as it took to get authorization for what I need. They are the best!!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the best physical therapy centers in Hampton Roads. The front desk answers the phone and is always willing to work with your schedule. Kelly is awesome and great for TMJ/TMD. She does Phonophoresis, Dry Needling, Manual Therapy, you name it!

Experiencia positiva: I have nothing but positive things to say about the hand therapist, Nancy, that treated me. The billing and payments system on the other hand is a complete scam. They set up a billing account for me for each month, left a credit balance on some and then started the collections process on the 'unpaid' months without applying over $600 in credits from prior months billings. They only send itemized statements if you ask for them. It took me two phone calls just to get all of my statements despite my request for a full accounting of my services on the first call. I then had to review all of my appointment dates and payments against the bills to uncover the unapplied credit. When I asked why the credit wasn't automatically applied to the next month, since the total bill was less than the credit, they said they just don't do that. What they WILL do is send you to collections for monies you really don't owe if you don't stay on top of them. Even with all of the excellent care I received there, I wouldn't recommend them due to shady billings practices.
