Experiencia fantástica: I go to Via Christi Therapy Center on Socora every Tuesday and Thursday. Jennifer Garcia is my physical therapist. I absolutely love and adore her. I look forward to my sessions with her. Don't get me wrong, she makes me work. Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. I strongly recommend going to Via Christi Therapy Center on Socora. Experiencia fantástica: I’m a 33 year old athlete that competes in competitive obstacle course racing. While training for my upcoming season, I overdid it and acquired a shoulder impingement and severe plantar fasciitis. This made it nearly impossible for me to train. I couldn’t run without pain, and I had virtually no range of motion in my right shoulder along with pain. I went to my family doctor, chiropractor, and massage therapist searching for relief, but there was no success. I was at a loss. I thought I was going to have to give up this sport that I loved so much. Then I was introduced to the team at Via Christi Physical Therapy at Socora. I worked with Melissa and Theresa for 6 weeks; they educated me on proper stretching, we worked on strength and mobility exercises, along with ASTYM, and the pain slowly began to just….disappear. Yesterday, I competed in a 15 mile race with 60 obstacles with NO PAIN! That’s right, NO PAIN! I cannot stress enough how important physical therapy is. There’s not one therapist at this clinic that I wouldn’t recommend. They are all so knowledgeable and you can truly see they’re all passionate about what they do. Do yourself a favor and call the team at Socora and see how they can make a difference in your life, because they sure did for me.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a total knee 6 weeks ago to the day. Joe Spencer was my therapist . I was completely satisfied with how he got me going. He pushes just enough but not to much. If I ever need a physical therapist again Joe will be the one.

Experiencia fantástica: Melissa and Kassie are top flight PT practitioners. Caring, easy to work with, flexible, open to patient ideas and feedback. They work to heal holistically and get to the root cause to help avoid recurrence. Both are very capable with ASTYM, manual manipulation, knowledgeable with mobility and strengthening exercises. Melissa and her dry needling were able to correct an injured tendon in my hip that 6 doctors, 3 steroid injections, and 3 MRIs could not solve. Cannot say enough positive things about both of these wonderful professionals. Truly go above and beyond to help their patients!

At 6 weeks, along with Joe and later Kelley's help I had full range of motion. The front desk staff are awesome as well. Thank you for working with me. I am so glad I went to the Socora location.

Both are so kind and go above and beyond to accommodate schedules. I have had therapy with Lesa for a broken wrist. She is so knowledgeable and caring. I have had extensive therapy with Melissa Warders for back pain. She took me from having no hope of leading a life without pain to being able to function without constant pain and feeling in control of my life. Experiencia fantástica: I wasn’t feeling very positive about physical therapy the day I met Anna Middleton. A really bad experience with another company’s physical therapist left me feeling defeated about my mobility. Anna, made me feel at ease for seeking her help and gave me hope. She’s easy to work with and has a great personality. At my first evaluation she told me, “she likes a challenge.” I’m 57 years old and my mobility is definitely challenging. Anna is always positive and I am seeing progress. I am so glad I gave PT another try because she never makes me feel defeated!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff was always very friendly and punctual with appointment times. They were flexible if a time needed to be reacheduled. Joe was super easy to work with and definitely knew what he was doing. He was also very encouraging every time.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff members at the Socora facility are friendly and professional, from the receptionists to the therapists. Kassie Gile DPT helped me recover range of motion in my shoulder, increase strength, and minimize pain. She was recommended by name by one of the top ortho surgeons in town, and allowed me to avoid surgery through a combination of ASTYM, passive stretching exercises, and homework. I would give my highest recommendation for Kassie to anyone needing physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Ascension Rehab for physical therapy. From my first appt the front desk was very friendly and helpful with filing paperwork and making my appointments. The physical therapist, Joe Spencer, was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about back, hip, leg and sciatic pain. He explained the physical therapy treatment plan and made sure progress was made each appointment. He also made sure to educate me about my condition and which exercises to continue after treatment to keep the injury from reoccurring. I would highly recommend physical therapy before considering injections or surgery. These physical therapy treatments have given me my mobility back.

Experiencia fantástica: My Physical Therapist Melissa was great! My doctor sent me in for arthritis in my neck (bone on bone) and my lower back. She helped me to successfully manage the pain. My range of motion has tremendously increased. She is very engaging, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and friendly. Though I didn’t go for arthritis in my knees, I was having problems with them and she helped me with that also. Very easy to work with. The receptionists and the overall atmosphere was friendly. They worked with my schedule. I have told many of this positive experience.

With a combination of ASTYM, dry needling and strengthening exercises, Kassie and Melissa fixed me up. They are both very personable, knowledgeable and committed to their patients. I highly recommend them!!

Experiencia fantástica: I came in with severe pain in my neck, back and left shoulder after a long motorcycle trip. I did not know it at the time but several muscles had spasms due to an injured axillary nerve which caused several muscle knots. These knots were very painful and prevented me from getting much sleep which compounded the already horrible situation. My PA Paula Brown had an assistant with her on one of my early visits and suggested dry needling for the muscular issues I was having. So I was scheduled for Physical Therapy with dry needling as the primary course of pain resolution which I must say has been a God send! Melissa Warders (physical therapist) has been working with me and administering the dry needling treatment and all I can say is that it works wonderfully! Melissa is very attentive to each patients ‘puzzle’ and definitely knows her stuff! I would highly recommend this process if you suffer from muscle cramps and knots and want a more aggressive treatment beyond soft tissue or A stim. Does it hurt? Sometimes you will feel a little discomfort but most of the time it’s very tolerable and well worth the alleviation of pain!!

My first was highly recommended and very knowledgeable at a location off of 13th Street. I learned a lot from him but felt anxious in his presence. So when my neurologist recommended therapy again I was reluctant. Then I met Anna Middleton and my perception changed completely. Anna was the whole package wrapped up with a kind and caring personality—knowledgeable, inquisitive, open to questions, easy to process and talk to and a gentle bedside manner. Experiencia fantástica: Since 2002 I’ve had issues with mobility from 4 back surgeries, fractured femur, all with rods, cages and screws and osteoporosis. I have been through many Physical Therapies(in and out patient) 1-1/2 year ago I was sent to Via Christi PT at Socora location. All the therapists and staff are very kind and caring. My therapist is Melissa W. . She is amazing! She is very consciences of individual needs and “thinks outside the box” Her determination and encouragement to never give up is enlightening and helps a person strive to do their very best, not to give up. Her attitude helps a person want to work daily toward their goals. This is the place to go to improve quality of health or recovery from surgery, strokes etc.

They adapt the treatment according to your needs, and the scheduling is easy. I feel almost at home there and would not seek any other treatment place. I recommended it in the past to my coworkers and they were happy with the service and the results.

The employees are so professional, kind, and caring. I can not say enough good thing about my therapist Melissa W. She has helped me through some really rough times with her caring attitude and determination. She really tries so hard to help you though your issues & not giving up on you. Always going the extra mile trying new things to make you better. The encouragement that is always given when it is needed to keep you continuing with your recovery.
