Experiencia fantástica: Andy is really good at his job. I have had so many things to ask him. He has answered every question. I never had to talk to a doctor. I am making good progress. Alot of that is due to Andy. He is very careful when he handles my leg. Ashley is so nice and does her job very well. Calls EVERYONE by name. Mike is also very nice. I am going to have the other knee done and I want Andy to also be the PT on that knee. Can't say enough good things about Nova Care. I will recommend them to my friends.

Experiencia fantástica: NovaCare in west Wichita is conveniently located and has plenty of parking. The facility is clean and bright, with some natural light. I appreciate that individual rooms are available. Ashley, at the front desk, is very friendly and helpful and Brad, the PT, is awesome!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been with Andy, Marc and Ashley for several months for therapy for arthritis and other health issues. I looked forward to my visits. I am greeted by Ashley with a smile and "how ya doin Ann" I could have been hurting, sad, having a pity party but Ashley made me feel like I was the most important person like she did with every client. Andy is so amazing. He is kind, patient, and understanding. I started with Andy in late Oct of 2017, twice a week until the first of the year. I have arthritis and being in pain every day and working part time can be very challenging. Andy started me on different exercises and stretches to loosen my muscles and helped with the every day pain. He printed off exercises for me at home. I didn't want my time at Nova Care to end. Early April I had health issues that landed me in the hospital. I asked my Cardiologist if he would refer me back to Andy and Marc at Nova Care. It was a definite yes. The therapy this time was different from the first session with arthritis. The pain was excruciating this time from stress that caused constant severe numbing headache and pain of the shoulder, neck, arm, everything on my left side including chest pains and heart spasms. On a couple of occasions, Marc filled in for Andy. Marc is also amazing. I love the sense of humor that the guys have and how they keep their clients smiling, and laughing. They both are kind hearted when they need to be and have the kind words and Kleenex available for the frequent tears. My last day was last Friday. It was hard to say good bye to them. Experiencia fantástica: I would highly recommend Nova Care West at 21st and Ridge Rd. for therapy. I have been going there for around two months now. I had rotary cuff surgery. Novacare Wests Staff is very caring, knowledgeable and patient. I look forward to going to each appointment. I notice improvement after each session. I am so happy with the staff! Andy, Marc, and Ashley the receptionist are all wonderful! I've never had therapy before and I was kind of afraid of having therapy. The Staff made me feel so at ease and comfortable. There was no reason for me to feel afraid or uneasy! I am so happy I chose Novacare West and their awesome caring Staff for my therapy!

Experiencia fantástica: I have used Nova Care for Physical Therapy for Knee replacements and am currently going for Rotator Cuff Therapy. The facilities are very nice and conveniently located around town. The Physical Therapists are great at assessing your needs and customizing your therapy for a successful outcome.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Ashley who is very friendly and helpful. My therapist Andy is extremely impressive. The evaluation/assessment was thorough and I truly felt comforted by his professionalism and experience. Each time I arrive for my therapy, I know that I’m in good hands.
