Experiencia fantástica: Honestly, I don't know where to begin. As a male in my mid-forties "45", this has been a great experience. Most males don't address certain issue's pertaining to their health due to being "weak or soft". This shouldn't be the case at all. Your health should be #1 priority regardless of your gender. Seriously. Molly made me feel extremely comfortable with this entire experience. She really addressed all of my issue's pertaining to my health, especially regarding my pelvic floor area. Molly genuinely cares about you and your health. I will continue seeing Molly in the very near future as needed. I strongly recommend anybody needing assistance with their health/pelvic floor area to see Molly, Seriously. The majority of the clientele are women. Men should really start feeling a little more comfortable with themselves and put the whole "bad boy/machismo" mentality aside for a minute and truly start taking care of themselves better. I had to learn this the hard way!!! Once again, Molly is great

Experiencia fantástica: Working with Delaney has genuinely been life changing for me. Over the last four years, I've been dealing with chronic pain (vulvodynia and interstitial cystitis). After countless doctors appointments and ineffective treatments, Delaney has finally helped me find relief I genuinely never believed could be possible. At first, I felt hesitant to try pelvic floor PT. I felt like it wasn't my place and I was scared to be vulnerable in this way due to past medical and personal experiences. Experiencia fantástica: Dr Chavez and Sabrina have changed my life! I am a retired physician with pelvic floor dysfunction who started seeing Dr Chavez several months ago. Within a few visits, she realized that a large part of my problem was severe TMJ. I have had it for decades, caused by bad orthodontic work during high school. With traditional medical treatment, I had been on medications, used the hot tub, and got intermittent massage. Sabrina started working with me, at the first visit she was able to stretch muscles in and around my mouth, that had been super tight. My face felt relaxed, I couldn't believe it. I went home and slept for 2 hours, after all that tension was released. Last week was the first time I was able to eat a tall hamburger in many years; I could never open my mouth that much. I really appreciated the holistic approach, the interaction of different body parts. My urinary symptoms have even started to improve, after letting my pelvic floor relax and treating the TMJ. The only draw back is that no insurance claims are filed, which I can certainly understand with the state of reimbursement and controlling insurance companies these days. I feel very honored, to have found these outstanding clinicians.

The knowledge and skills of Dr. Chavez have helped me improve significantly by 4 months post-partum. She is my 3rd pelvic PT I have seen in my life. This is the first time I've been able to work on strength and endurance because my body is responding well to treatment.

I’ve never been to a place that has helped me find the root causes to my body dynamics and how to help change them so my issues can improve. The treatments with Dr. Chavez or Sebrina are very specific and tailored to my acute needs at that time and continue to change as healing and regained muscle function is achieved.
