Experiencia fantástica: I went to PT cares for over a year. During that year I have bonded so much with Dr. Wu. And Royce. I still need PT but got a job outta state, but I will never forget the kindness and the accommodations they provided. They are by far the Best PT team I have ever worked with.

Experiencia fantástica: The next step after choosing the best Ortho surgeon for hip replacement is to choose the best physical therapy practice for post-op therapy. PTcares is that one! I initially chose PTcares because of the online reviews and went there for a few sessions of pre-op therapy before hip replacement to learn simple exercises to prepare my body for surgery. After hip replacement, Dr. Wu’s therapy practice was the only post-op option I considered. He has gathered a terrific professional staff that gets positive results. Jalessa manages the front desk with friendly competence and was the first indication that as a patient, I mattered in the practice. Dr. Wu asked questions, listened, and performed evaluations to develop my customized treatment plan. His extensive medical expertise gave me confidence that by following his care plan I could make a full recovery. The therapists were all super. Each therapy session with Royce was successful as he guided me with patience and positive encouragement, using his knowledge of physiology and body mechanics to help me regain mobility and strength. It was evident that Royce chose the perfect profession. PTcares is the best.

All of the therapists (Megan, Royce and Dr Wu) were great at working with me…and addressed my problems thoughtfully and keeping my needs in mind. My shoulder is much better with their help. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Sheng Wu and his staff at PT Cares were incredible. I came to see him for rehab after a recent knee surgery. Based on previous PT experiences at other clinics, I was expecting to just be given a set of standard, one size fits all, exercises to perform, gain a little strength and mobility, and to be sent on my way. What I received was far from that. Dr. Wu, as a former medical doctor, and a current DPT, looks at you as a whole person and creates treatment plans tailored to the individual. He looks at the body as a system and concentrates on movement patterns as they should be. I went there for rehab. My knee not only feels great, but PT Cares was able to assess and correct associated hip, gait, and back issues I have had for decades. Thank you Dr. Wu and Pt Cares.

Experiencia fantástica: My doctor recommended some physical therapy for my lower back pain... my insurance paid for 12 sessions over the last couple of months. My final session was today. PTcares did excellent with me... over the past couple of months I've strengthened my core muscles, and they taught me to be more mindful of how I use those abdominal core muscles in my everyday life. I have not had a pain flair in my lower back for weeks, and I now have simple exercises I can use daily to keep myself more healthy. I'll be using those lessons to continue training myself to use my core abdominal muscles until those behaviors become automatic muscle memory. In 12 sessions, PTcares not only removed my frequent back pain, but taught me how use and exersize my core muscles to avoid similar pain in the future, and properly and mindfully engage those muscles when doing daily tasks. It was an enlightening experience learning about core muscles I didn't previously notice or use properly... PTcares is highly recommended from my experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I came to see Dr. Wu after a rotator cuff surgery due to a car accident. I spent nearly a year at PT Cares, twice a week. I came to see everyone at PT cares as a family, Dr. Wu and all of his assistants, especially Royce. Everyone is so caring and attentive, and very accommodating to you're scheduling needs. I chose Dr. Wu initially because of the good reviews he received and I wasn't disappointed. If I ever have any reason to go back to physical therapy, I'll be going to Dr. Wu at PT Cares.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in to see Dr. Sheng Wu soon after my c-section this spring. I had severe nerve pain in my hip after my son was born. Dr. Wu was so knowledgeable about the potential causes and the plan going forward. He took the time to help me understand the issues. I felt I was in especially good hands given his past experience as a trauma surgeon and the fact that he’s actually performed c-sections in the past! What a unique combination of experience! I felt so much better in just a couple weeks and am back to light running already now that I completed my course of physical therapy with Dr. Sheng Wu.

Experiencia fantástica: I was contemplating surgery to help relieve the pain and sleepless nights of old injuries when I was referred to Sheng Wu. We first learned about Sheng Wu by attending one of his free educational events. I did not expect to find such a knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. First a thorough interview, second a physical examination to locate and carefully pinpoint the source of your pain to help create a plan for relief. He demonstrates exercises and educates you on the correct way to perform them. He may use adjustments or dry needling when needed. After I learned how to perform these new exercises, stretches, and correct posture, the results were less back and neck pain with more mobility and more energy. The illustrations he provided helped me to remember the specific exercises and the way to preform them correctly. I highly recommend Sheng Wu to anyone who is in need of a physical therapist. He provided me with a wide variety of exercises (and an app to manage them), explained the mechanical issues I was having in terms I could understand, and tracked my progress diligently - and he did all of this on his Saturdays, for my convenience (!) I could not have asked for a better physical therapist, and if I have any issues requiring PT in the future I will be giving him a call. I highly recommend him.
