Experiencia fantástica: This place is so good! I feel safe and comfortable with everyone who works here. Their office manager is so helpful dealing with insurance. Tara and Sharon really listen to your physical health issues and then really TREAT those issues. It has made such a difference in my daily comfort. I didn’t know how much I needed pelvic floor PT until I started. I wish I had started when I was pregnant! I highly recommend getting on their schedule early because they have a long waitlist for new patients. It’s worth it though! Make time for this, it will make your daily life better!

I had a birthing injury 2 years ago and without their help I don't think I would be able to function daily. Tara is an amazing leader and you can tell she truly believes in pelvic floor health and therapy. Miranda's intuition and knowledge of the human body is amazing. She has continuously helped me manage my pain by looking at the entire picture of how this injury has affected me wholly. I highly recommend anyone who needs help in this genre of physical health.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience here. I’ve been to a lot of physical therapists for many issues, and this is probably one of my best experiences. Everyone from the front desk, back office, to the PT/PT aides was very kind. They even welcomed my kids coming to the appointments. Being that they are pelvic floor specialists - it can be very nerve wracking and uncomfortable for some, but the physical therapist and aide were very professional, knowledgeable, and explained well. I came here for my rectus diastasis and scar pain/sensitivity after my c section. Happy to say both issues were resolved, and now I have a much better understanding of my pelvic floor as well. Thank you Balanced PT!

Experiencia fantástica: I've done physical therapy before, but Balanced changed the way I think about my body entirely. From the way that I breathe, from the way that I stretch and walk will never be the same. For me, it was also the missing piece in figuring out some personal medical mysteries of my own which was invaluable. I worked mostly with Miranda and Terra and they are true gems. Some of the pelvic floor treatments are uncomfortable by nature but we would be chatting through it. The gym space is great and works for multiple patients doing different activities. I'm in love with their pilates reformer and the balance bar. Overall it was a great experience. Everybody is so friendly and the spaces are very clean. It's an easy environment to work on yourself. Would definitely recommend.

The office staff is friendly, efficient, warm and welcoming. And the therapists I worked with - Ashley and Miranda - are knowledgeable and professional, and most importantly, kind and generous in sharing their expertise. I worked with them for 12 weeks and, tho I've practiced yoga for nearly 50 years, learned something new and essential about my body at every visit. (The bio-feedback work was incredibly educational!) It was my first time working this way and I always felt well taken care of and in sure, sensitive hands - which is so crucial to deep pelvic work. I couldn't have asked for a better first experience! Experiencia fantástica: Balanced Balanced Physical Therapy changed my life! I had had a really bad mountain bike crash 4 years ago and was told that my urinary symptoms and pelvic pain were caused by chronic prostatitis and that I would just have to deal with them. My wife had been going to Balanced after the birth of our daughter and recommended that I go see if they could help. I did not know that I could go to pelvic floor therapy and after a little over a month of therapy I am pretty much 100% back to normal. I wish I would have known 4 years ago that this was an option, and I am so grateful to the team at Balanced. I was super embarrassed and scared of going to pelvic floor therapy but everyone that works there is extremely professional and make you feel comfortable and welcome. Thank you so much for helping both me and my wife with our pelvic floor issues. Everyone has a pelvic floor and I wish there was more awareness about this service for all genders.
