Experiencia fantástica: Lauren & Debbie are wonder! Very caring towards their clients and also positive. Debbie, as soon as you walk in the door, a nice friendly hello is what you will hear! Lauren is a very good therapist. She makes sure you are comfortable in all your positions. She is very caring and is always trying to make others in the building laugh. Great environment. Really am glad I am here for recovery!

A million thanks to Lauren, my assigned therapist for her care, vast knowledge of her craft and decades of experience to back it up!! She is the greatest along with the rest of the Paseo care team!! Experiencia positiva: I am very disappointed in the staff at this clinic. Their posted hours run from 8-5. From the beginning I told the staff that I work until 4:15 and they told me that they would see me from 4:30 to 5:00. When I arrived the first time at 4:30 I was told that I was late and I explained my work hours and was again assured that I could be seen until 4:55. She stated that she was going to leave by 4:55 because she did not get paid after that so we would have to hurry. I did like the PT and I would have continued to rush from Rio Rancho to the clinic to make my appointment at 4:30, but today when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, the therapist was pulling out of the driveway at 4:30. No one called to cancel the appointment, or later today to say that there was an emergency and that is why they left a half an hour early and skipped my appointment. The clinic is just not run professionally.

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked with Paseo Physical Therapy for months, they have been the treatment provider I have had in a long time. With their comprehensive assessment and the consistent designed therapy in 11 visits I went from being barely able to walk to being able to jog. Each person there is amazing at their job. They are accommodating, kind and work hard to make sure we do not need them anymore. Deb always treated me as if I was the most valuable client. Lauren understood my physical infirmity and was able to design my program around my needs and my abilities every visit.

Experiencia fantástica: I am very impressed by this facility. From the first time I entered their facility, they greeted me like I was welcomed, I felt at ease right away. The therapists are top notch, best I have ever seen. They are personable and actually listen to your needs and provide the best service possible. The facility is clean and they do not overbook so you get the attention you need. Glad I found them. Definitely recommend them!

Experiencia positiva: I paid out of pocket because I hadn't met my insurance deductible yet. But by the time my insurance was actually billed for my visits, my deductible was met. Many, many calls and six months later I finally got reimbursed (after posting this review) for what Paseo Physical Therapy, a.k.a. Desert States Physical Therapy, a.k.a. Cibola Sports Physical Therapy was paid twice (and one of those was for twice as much because it seems they are allowed to charge the insurance significantly more than they charge out of pocket payers). It's also worth mentioning that it was me that found the discrepancy and had to reach out to them and conversation seemed as if they had also realized but perhaps wouldn't have done anything about if I hadn't caught it.

Experiencia fantástica: This office is an amazing place if you’re in search or need of physical therapy! Deb is so warm and friendly as you walk in the door. She makes the intake process easy each and every time. Lauren is so uplifting with her infectious personality. She’s always willing to listen and address any concerns. She goes above and beyond to get you on track with your rehabilitation. Mike is very knowledgeable as he has several years as a physical therapist and an athletic trainer. He is so easy going and makes you very comfortable when talking to him. By far the best experience we’ve had going into any therapy office. The staff is absolutely incredible, knowledgeable, and welcoming.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming to this physical therapy for about two months now. I feel so much better. Came in with a siatica issue and mainly on right side. I find this place to be very helpful and professional and especially clean. The staff are awesome very good and pleasant to work with. They are caring and very knowledgeable in there work. I would highly recommend. Thank you Lauren & Mike I’m finally seeing such great improvement. Love ya Debbie !
