Experiencia fantástica: As a 74 year old man I came to Results Physical therapy with the expressed purpose of acquiring strategies to relieve decades of pain. Over a bi-weekly period of 12 weeks Dr. Yung Ling Tsai, PT, DPT developed and followed through on a treatment plan that taught me targeted forms, erasing decades of pain and giving me the strategy for years of future mobility. I would recommend Results Physical Therapy with the MedBridge GO iOS app for anyone. MedBridge Go is kept personally relevant by being updated weekly with those specific incremental stretching exercises, their reps and timings just learned. Together with a consummate professional and my own dedicated work ethic, targeted goals have been achieved. My results may be atypical but I would nonetheless recommend Results Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful that my orthopedist’s office recommended Results Physiotherapy. They were easy to schedule with, and everyone in the clinic was so nice. Brandon Park was wonderful to work with. He is knowledgeable, efficient, funny, respects my time, and understands my difficulties and challenges. Brandon adjusted my program as my situation changed. He also encouraged me when I struggled. One of the pieces of equipment he had me work on was hard for me. I stated that I didn’t like that thing. He said “ but that is the Helps You Get Better Machine”! Even more importantly, the work he did with me helped me improve my balance, stability, and confidence. I am grateful for Brandon and Annie and Corey, and the entire gang at Results PT.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been working with my physical therapist Hector for a couple of months and have seen a significant change in my upper back pain! He has taught me various stretches, proper workout techniques, and relieved pain I was feeling in my back. I also started to do Needling, which has helped manage my muscle flare ups near my back/neck. Highly recommend coming to Results!

Experiencia fantástica: I started physical therapy here a few months ago because this place specifically was recommended to me and I am so glad it was. This is my third time doing physical therapy for my back and neck, due to a car accident I was in a couple years ago. The other two places I went did not teach me anything about my body or how to treat it. It was very discouraging. Hector was my “therapist” and I can’t say enough good things about him. He worked me hard but I’m glad he pushed me because I wouldn’t have had the success I have had if he hadn’t. I can tell he really cares about me and his other patients. He is very educated in this area and knows what he is doing, which is super refreshing! I know I can ask him anything and depend on his answer being correct and always in my best interest. He has given me the tools to continue my treatment at home by myself. I will never go anywhere else for physical therapy. This is the best place in Austin for sure. I can’t speak to their other locations but I know for sure Hector is THE BEST of the best! I feel so lucky to have found this place. Thank you results and Hector!!! -Alex

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking for a PT I would highly recommend this place. All of the staff are great and they’ve created an environment that promotes getting better and having fun at the same time. I started seeing Hector for some issues with my neck and back. I wasn’t able to lift weights with out my neck going into spasms. It took a couple of months but he was able to help me get back to the gym. While I was rehabbing my neck I sprained my ankle and I knew Hector was who I wanted to help me get back to running. The ankle is still in progress but I know Hector will get me back to where I was or better. He’s very knowledgeable, listens to you and makes rehab fun (not easy), and I always look forward to our seasons.

Experiencia fantástica: I tore my meniscus in my left knee and had around 10 therapy sessions over a two-month period with Hector. I felt that he had a genuine commitment to my recovery and patiently showed me different stretching and strengthening exercises to speed up my healing. He also provided easy-to-understand advice on how to reduce the chance of a recurring injury. Highly recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: I started my physical therapy with Hector Tricas towards the end of May after sustaining a tear in my left meniscus. He always brought an approachable/positive atmosphere to the sessions and made me comfortable asking questions pertaining to my therapy. Our sessions consisted of exercises that progressively got more difficult as my therapy came along and I felt Hector's regimen helped me understand my body/injury a lot more. Hector's encouraging attitude really helped me push through the initial difficulties/pains of starting therapy and allowed me to adhere to what was being done during our sessions. Hector was a key contributor to my recovery progress so far and would 100% recommend him to incoming patients.

I appreciate that the atmosphere is light and fun as it seems that the whole team gets along and enjoy each other's company and have FUN doing their job! I thoroughly appreciate that. When you're living with pain the last thing you want is a place that will make you feel awkward on top of it all. This place is the opposite. I feel relaxed, comfortable and able to focus on my recovery. There are closer locations to home, but I choose to make the drive here. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred by a physician to Hector Tricas-Vincent at Results Physiotherapy in the Jefferson Building. I can imagine no one better to have worked with for neck and shoulder problems. Hector is a noticeably talented and fast diagnostician...able to zero-in quickly on just what to work on, both with exercises and hands-on therapy. He is extremely personable and you will never be bored during your time with him! Hector clearly cares about his patients and wants us to do well. He is a kind, good-humored and highly capable professional, as well as a good guy!

Experiencia fantástica: This is my second shoulder replacement therapy. After the first, I knew I wanted Hector for this one ,as well. I do appreciate his overall approach to my health, as well as the shoulder recovery. He is committed, focused on getting his patients back to complete recovery. He listens and does not forget what I tell him, pushes me to do my best, but not beyond my capacity at the time. And, he is fun and makes going to PT enjoyable. I definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a physical therapist.

Experiencia fantástica: My orthopedist referred me to Results Physiotherapy to treat significant lower back structural problems that have worsened over time. Hector Tricas was assigned as my physical therapist and has done an amazing job of treating my physical problems. Initially he focused on thoroughly understanding my medical condition, rigorously reviewed my current muscular skeletal state and laid out a treatment plan to treat my lower back conditions. Over the past several months, he has introduced new exercises to strengthen my weak core spots and stretch and relax my overly tight backside muscle regions. His sessions have been challenging but done in an encouraging, relaxed and fun manner. He has explained each new step as we progressed through the plan and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. I enthusiastically recommend Hector Tricas and Results Physiotherapy for your physical therapy needs.

Experiencia fantástica: Results is a great place with a great positive psychology. They push you to be more real world and athletics focused. They do regular check in and pain management only when it is needed, else they push you to get physical results. I moved here after another more popular but less results oriented clinic. Hector, Stephanie, and Lindsey are the best. They switch PT based on your recovery journey.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot recommend Results PT Central Austin enough, but specifically Lindsey Ventura. I came in with very rare, ambiguous symptoms and she listened intently, did her own research outside of our appointments, and helped me get to the doctors I needed to diagnosed with my condition. Lindsey (and at times Ray) both helped me rehab my arm and leg after two surgeries. They always encouraged me to live my life and taught me the skills to adapt to my everyday movement and manage my pain and discomfort. Words cannot begin to describe how much it meant to me that my pain was heard and how much they aided in my healing especially given the peak pandemic situation. Thank you so much to Lindsey and Ray for helping me get to where I am now.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome, this is my first time having to go through physical therapy and it has a been a great experience. I know most people dread this type of activities but the Results Physiotherapy team here is so interactive with everyone and makes it…dare I say fun. Hector Tricas has been my physical therapist for my journey here and he does not only push me everyday but he is extremely informational on each exercise we do. He gives an overview on why a particular exercise is necessary for recovery, what muscles need to be isolated, and why it is important to know the science behind each exercise we do. I have loved working with Hector it has made coming into physical therapy much easier and enjoyable.

Hector is very knowledgeable and professional and has a great attitude toward his patients. He lets you know that he cares and he really does! I have been struggling with chronic back and neck pain over the last 2 year and have been on and off disability. Experiencia fantástica: I’m seeing Hector at the Central Austin location for rehabilitation after surgery to fix my broken foot and highly, highly recommend him. He’s kind, fun, and really works to tailor my treatment plan based on my goals. I had another major surgery, unrelated to my foot, halfway through my treatment with Hector and he was wonderful at readjusting our work to accommodate my recovery from the second surgery. I leave our appointments feeling stronger, in a better mood, and more inspired about recovery. You can’t go wrong with Hector as your physical therapist. He knows his stuff!

But for now, I just want to say how satisfied I am with Results at Tech Ridge here in Austin. First of all everyone is so friendly yet professional. Nikki is fabulous. She listens to what I tell her and works with me on everything. Right now a student Rachel is also working there and once again, they are very friendly but also helping me to get better. I have been through a lot of PT in my life due to surgery and I have to say that this is the absolute BEST. Thank you Nikki, Rachel, Calista and all the others. You are a 10 out 0f 10.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had physical therapy in the past and my experience was always the same: boring and not really that helpful. After recent rotator cuff surgery, my surgeon directed my to Results Physiotherapy, his first choice. I approached it with trepidation, based on my past experience. But this time around, I could not be more pleased. I’m sure it was just good luck that I got assigned to Hector Tricas at the 38th Street location, but I will take it. The facility itself, and the other people who work there are great, but Hector has made all the difference. He combines great professional insight with good humor and compassion. Everything is meticulously explained and monitored. He truly cares and is present every step of the way. As a result, my recovery and outcome is excellent. From the very first week, I notice more and more of my capabilities returning. The really amazing thing is that I am finding the experience of attending very pleasant, and I actually look forward to my visits. No one is more surprised than I am. And I could not be more grateful for the results we are achieving.

He doesn't just sit at a computer, he watches to be sure that I am performing the exercises properly. He doesn't settle for "good enough" he asks me to challenge myself and keep passing those milestones. I appreciate the fact that Hector takes the time to explain the body mechanics - why I have soreness and aches and what we need to do to move past that. I know by the time I have completed my therapy program with Hector and Results, I will have had the best support to achieve my maximum ability and recovery.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been having my physical therapy sessions here for a few weeks now, and the staff members are all very talented and knowledgeable. Hector is fantastic--he always encourages me to do more and to be stronger! He came up with a personal training routine/workout list so that I can work on them at my own time in my apartment gym. That is helping me out a lot. My knee pain has improved greatly since I have worked with him.

He has literally helped me from being in a rolling desk chair unable to walk at all to moving well with strength in my legs. My surgeon botched my leg ablation for veinous insufficiency and edema by completely burning the inside of my leg, and Hector has resolved my leg issues including scar tissue reduction in a few visits. He is a true professional and has a wonderful bedside manner encouraging me at every turn. I highly recommend this business, and everyone who works there is happy and welcomes us. I am blessed that my pain management doctor sent in a referral for me to get help there. The therapists are truly caring people.

Experiencia fantástica: I haven’t been able to walk in years. I started to wonder if I had ever walked right in my life or was going to. I had crushed my knee and had an ankle injury about 12 years ago. I developed plantar fasciitis about 5 years ago. I’ve tried everything I mean everything. Plantar just doesn’t give in. This was my last stand before I gave up.Went to a couple PT places and they treated me like I was an elderly crippled. It was a joke!! I’m still in my 40s. I came to Results with the mindset that it wasn’t going to work. Nothing works. Hector changed the game and within a month I was slowly getting better. Then it turned into something rapid. Just a few kinks left and I believe I’ll recover my life. Hector listens to my opinion to what I believe are issues that I’m experiencing. He approaches the issues and determines techniques to correct it. He doesn’t set a timer and have me do some stretches. It not an insurance grab. This place actually wants to get you better. Hector and his dry needling techniques have brought me to the level I thought I’d never know again. Thank you! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: Results is really an excellent place! The moment I walked in I felt welcome, which as an LGBT person, was an awesome feeling and not something I always experience. Hector is my main physical therapist and he is outstanding. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and he creates useful and challenging routines. He also does dry needling, which has helped reset so much bunched up muscle and brought me a lot of relief. Definitely worthwhile coming here.

Zack at Results PT Central Austin figured out what was causing my hip bursitis, and their plan to heal it really did work. They helped me stick with it over the 4 months I saw them. And now I continue to do the exercises they taught me to keep from having the same problem again. They are very professional, well-trained and fun! I enjoyed my sessions even though the exercises were hard! I recommend Results Central Austin to anyone needing Physical Therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I've only had great experiences here. No one wants to have to go to physical therapy, but if it's ever needed, make the drive from wherever you are to this office. I've worked with many different staff members, and they are all exceptional. They are focused on addressing your problem/s in a very supportive, kind, non-judgmental way. They have a variety of types of equipment to use for your rehabilitation, including a stationary bicycle, bands, balls, balance boards, etc. You will end your sessions, typically will some ice or heat on your treated area (which is greatly appreciated!) Big plus: all therapists wear N-95 masks!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Results. I came in for a shoulder injury that had already been healing for some time, but I wanted to make sure it was healing correctly. Zach enacted an excellent treatment plan that gradually became more challenging as the exercises worked to bring my shoulder back up to full strength. He was knowledgeable about my specific injury, and open to questions. He listened each week to what sort of motions were still causing me problems, and tailored the PT work around those motions. Everyone in the office is really nice and inviting, and I would absolutely visit again when needed!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently went to Results Physiotherapy for a fractured patella. I was so impressed with what Lindsay was able to accomplish with me in a few weeks. I actually miss my sessions (although not enough to wish for a reason to go back. :) She and her assistant, Sydney were both great. They were knowledgeable, professional and fun. They kept me challenged without overdoing it. The atmosphere at Results was so much better than another place in town where I went for PT a few years ago.
