Experiencia fantástica: I went here and saw “L” (Michele) a few years ago and had such a wonderful experience. I’d been to a different PT and had a really awful experience so I was skeptical, but L was so caring and knowledgeable and really took the time and energy to make me feel like she had a personal investment and desire to go above and beyond to heal me. My priority problem was in my lower back but somehow right away she tuned in to a problem in my lower back (not as dire at the moment, but had been my problem area for almost all of my life) and had the insight to conclude that the middle back was also affecting the low back. She was looking for the real long term solution, not just the quick easy answer. I wish more medical practitioners were as thorough and caring as she is.

Experiencia positiva: The actual practitioners are fantastic here-- no complaints there! The front desk admin however is difficult to work with and unfriendly. She has been impolite when I didn't fill my paper work out correctly, when I tried to reschedule an appointment, and when I came in 5 minutes late once. But again, the people doing the actual work are extremely good and friendly, and that is what counts.

Experiencia fantástica: Having spent the majority of the last year and a half in and out of doctors offices and medical facilities, I now believe I am highly qualified to speak to quality of care and customer service, and I can't rate this group highly enough. Each person I encountered in the 6 weeks I visited this office treated me with respect and kindness, and they handled the new year reset beautifully, which speaks volumes to their professionalism and administrative competency. Specifically, I would like to address Adrienne Gobe, pelvic floor PT extraordinaire. Following treatment for Stage III rectal cancer, I understandably had some pelvic floor issues that were affecting my sex life. As a PT myself, I was aware of pelvic floor PT and had even recommended it for friends, so while this wasn't new to me, it was definitely foreign. Adrienne made it seem like the most normal treatment in the world. She was incredibly knowledgable, funny, supportive, and in tune with what my needs were. In a situation that is truly intimidating, she made me comfortable, and that is no small task. I can't recommend this group with enough enthusiasm!

Experiencia fantástica: It it such a small and welcoming place! I just love all of the friendly staff and the therapist I have is wonderful! It's on the right side of the small office center just next to the Whataburger, so take the first entrance into the parking lot (being careful to not turn into the lot right next door). Parking lot is small and sometimes crowded, but I've never had an issue finding a spot even at 1 p.m..
