Experiencia fantástica: Working with Rebecca was nothing short of life changing. She was thoughtfully in-sync with my emotional and physical experience throughout our session. We started by talking about my priorities - our work together started and ended with my needs and my goals, rather than any sort of "cookie-cutter" physical therapy. Rebecca then took photographs of me sitting and standing at different angles, and ha me walk, bend over, and squat. She quickly diagnosed weak ankles and knees and an inward rotation in my shins. From there we moved to working on a massage table, where she tested muscle activations throughout my body and went onto a session that was physically and emotionally challenging and rewarding. I was lucky enough to see Rebecca in Vienna, Austria during her travels in October 2016. I would recommend her to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had the pleasure of being able to work with Rebecca for the past few months. I have had numerous physical therapists in the past that run you through the same stabilization exercises. Once those don't work the therapists give up on you, assuming that's the only fix and it just didn't work. Rebecca has completely transformed the way I view my body. Your body is a continuous being, one central nervous system. Instead of fighting my body and pushing through pain she has taught me to listen to it as the means to connect my mind and body. As an elite athlete perusing my Olympic dreams I have had an extremely difficult time accepting having to take time off for injury. I trust Rebecca completely because she understands, she knows exactly what she's doing and it shows immediately. You simply just feel better. I remember the first time I walked in there she knew immediately where and why I was feeling my pain and how it was connected. I thought what I was thinking and the way I was approaching things were fine. Rebecca really understands and cares for me as a person and wants to help me completely with my goals. I’ve had scoliosis and knee issues for 5 years, trying everything under the sun, and Rebecca is the only person who’s made a genuine difference and gave me hope. She created a pair of orthotics that changed my life. I was able to exercise and live my life with much less discomfort. Since that time, she has helped me recover from 3 more ankle surgeries. As a side sleeper, I had a lot of shoulder and neck pain so I started sleeping with the pillows tucked between my knees, under my shoulder, and propping up my arm. Experiencia fantástica: I want to express my immense gratitude for the care and guidance Rebecca and team gave me last week! It is not an exaggeration to say that I was feeling extremely frustrated and hopeless for months, in addition to the intense physical pain I was experiencing. While I have known and been treated by Rebecca for over 20 years because of chronic muscle and nerve issues, I had been pretty stable for several years until I caught COVID last November and got the J&J vaccine in April. The combination set of a reaction in my body and nervous system that sent me on a downward spiral of pain, namely in my shoulders and feet. I tried PT locally, but unfortunately, I ended up feeling worse than when I started. I believe the Physical Therapists I saw were very sympathetic to my situation and tried their best to help me, but I was just beyond what they knew how to treat. So when my spouse asked me what she could do to help, I said “I want to fly to Austin to see Rebecca”. Rebecca’s depth of knowledge of the human body alone is amazing but when combined with her intuition and ability to sense energy, she becomes a healer like no other I’ve experienced. She treats the body holistically which is crucial for people like me who experience chronic pain. She is also gentle and respects where you’re at. To her, it’s more important that you move forward at your own pace. Her only agenda is to bring you back to wellness. I left Austin feeling better than when I arrived, and today, I walked around the block for the first time since April! I know I have a ways to go before I’m feeling like myself again but I am feeling hopeful again which is priceless! Experiencia fantástica: I went to New Dimensions for help with shoulder troubles I had from swimming. Not only was Rebecca was extremely supportive and helpful in providing exercises to help me activate and strengthen new muscle groups, she was also able to take into account the limited time frame I had and make the most of the sessions we had together so that I would be able to apply them to other workouts after I moved away. Edit: One year update: I have been swimming collegiately for the past for about a season and a half without having any pain. I have been able to apply Rebecca's advice and rethink the way I engage my muscles (and finished my last season with all personal bests!)

She was able to assess what was going on and gave me stretches and exercises to continue to do on my own. She followed up with several emails of exercise videos to guide me and to see how I was doing. After two or three days of doing my exercises my back was back to normal!

Experiencia fantástica: Five months after my hip replacement I still had pain and a significant limp. I traveled from Dallas and Rebecca spent four and a half hours working on me. Her magic tools include myofascial release, spinal manipulation, and somatic experiencing. By the end of my session I was jogging and jumping on a mini-trampoline. The next day I awakened without pain and my gait was markedly improved. As a physician I am sending her patients prior to any surgery in hopes that they can avoid the operating room.

During my evaluation, Rebecca was methodical in assessing my entire body and found muscles that were not firing. Rebecca spent the next four hours working to get my muscles firing properly and teaching me to use my muscular system more efficiently. Rebecca used a variety of techniques during my treatment and the end result is that I can now run without pain. I found it two days ago, desperately seeking a new idea to try; your demonstration and explanations were immensely helpful, making it easy to recreate. I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and I was hit by a car at age 7, resulting in rotoscoliosis. I couldn't get comfortable in bed thereafter, always waking up exhausted & in pain for the next 55 years. I'd often wake up horizontal, at the foot of the bed, with the blankets every which way. Since watching your video, for the first time ever, I wake up feeling completely rested & completely free of pain! I even wake up now in the same position that I started, with the blankets where they started. Wow. I've tried countless approaches and protocols over the years, but nothing nailed it until your video with all those golden details. I'm so glad it was still up all these years later. She has been a key pillar of support and success for me for years while I work to bring my body back after an accident resulting in 15 breaks. Upon first working with her I just wanted to not be in pain and maybe have hips that were level and arms the same length. Now, I am pain free, my hips look level and my once shattered arm extends fully. I know now that I can go beyond pain free and into optimal function and performance. Experiencia fantástica: Just want to commend Courtney Rolnick at New Dimensions Physical Therapy which is owned by Rebecca Steiner. Ms. Steiner's practice was recommended to us three years ago. My husband is a stroke survivor. Ongoing , continuous therapy helps him cope with activities of daily living that most of us take for granted. His stroke was 4 years ago and we have worked with many physical therapists. He has benefited from all that he has encountered, but Courtney brings a new level of enthusiasm and individual attention that surpasses all. Her commitment to my husband continues with all of the gusto that she had 3 years ago when we first used her services. We had noticed that previous therapists seem to get frustrated at some point with the slow progress. Courtney still believes in his ability to improve. We love her for that.

Experiencia fantástica: I am a 60 year old woman who has had back problems for 30 years. I’ve seen many doctors and more than ½ dozen physical therapists. But, in last 10 years, things only got worse. My back ‘episodes’ became more frequent, spasms lasted longer, my posture worsened, and I began developing knee and feet problems too. The back problems caused me to move less, use my body less and as you know ‘use it or lose it’ means at my age, I had a sad looking future facing me. Enter Courtney Rolnick. I had heard great things about New Dimensions and from the first session was assigned to Courtney as it was determined the best way to help me initially was to focus on my movement issues. Rebecca and Charee played their part, which was instrumental in producing a 3D solution to a 30 year problem. But, I would have improved miraculously had I only worked with Courtney on movement. She has an unbelievable knowledge of the way the body should move. With a glance she was able to pinpoint what I was doing wrong. For many years therapists have said what I’m doing wrong, but Courtney was able to explain and build a solution that was manageable. For example…. Lots of therapists have said ‘strengthen your core’ and given me core-strengthening exercises. But Courtney was able to see how I was doing those exercises incorrectly – nearly imperceptibly incorrectly. She was able to give me very basic moves (and explain them) that built up my strength and confidence to empower me so that eventually I was able to do core-strengthening exercises that had at best eluded me or at worst set off a back spasm. Further, she was able to explain the interconnectedness of various problems in sitting, walking, standing, picking up things off the floor, getting down and up off the floor, getting out of bed, moving up and down stairs, moving from standing to sitting and back up in ways that have never been explained. She even used her cell phone to capture photos and videos to show me which helped dramatically in my understanding of my issues. When you are a child you move naturally and no one has to tell you how to move. But, as a long-term back sufferer I had made many subconscious tweaks and compromises in movement over many years that led to further problems. Courtney is like a magician. Simple easy to incorporate changes led to big dramatic changes in my life. I now have no back pain and if I have a spasm I know why and I can fix it myself in 10 minutes to 1 hour. Courtney didn’t have a goal of making me dependent on her but making me self-reliant. I now am back to exercise, traveling the world, hiking in Banff, Sedona and Norway…. Courtney gave me back my life. The metaphor I use is that my life was like a big bowl of tangled up spaghetti noodles. Courtney gently pulled out one strand at a time until the whole was unraveled. I couldn’t get there on my own and frankly had no hope of getting there on conventional insurance companies programs. Finally, let me say that spending time with her in therapy was awesome too. She is gentle, kind, upbeat, funny and smart. Today I consider her a friend. Even though I don’t need to go to therapy anymore, Courtney is in my head everyday; reminding me of my movement and keeping me going right. What a gift.

I worked with Rebecca, Chere, and Courtney, and can't say enough good things about their insight and skills. It took follow through on my part and it wasn't cheap, but they resolved all my problems AND fixed my chronic neck pain of over a decade. Their orthotics were totally different than my custom orthotics from my chiropractor and they made a world of difference. I've learned a tremendous amount about how to move effectively without injury and now am swimming, backpacking, and doing whatever I want. I was living with chronic pain in my ankle and Courtney was able to trace it back to the way that I was standing. She taught me how to walk properly and went through all the movement patterns that were aggravating my ankle. She also fitted me for custom orthotics. I learned so much working with her and I am still on my journey to develop more body awareness. Courtney has a background in dance, so I definitely recommend making the investment in seeing her if you have a dance injury. This practice does not take insurance, so it is an investment in your present and future health to work with Rebecca and Courtney. I think it was absolutely worth the money.

Rebecca has a unique and comprehensive approach that is thorough and investigative. We worked as a team to find the best solution. We finally made the decision to proceed with orthotics, and it has been awesome and life-changing. She could have dismissed me or not listened, but that was certainly not the case. Experiencia fantástica: Before I started going to new dimensions I had undergone months of treatment for a sports related injury at several different physical therapy clinics and seen very limited results. In the few months that I've been receiving treatment from the physical therapists at new dimensions however, I've seen marked improvement not only in the injured area, but in my body as a whole. This is only possible because Rebecca and her team are excellent at finding underlying mechanical problems that are limiting the body's ability to move safely and efficiently. They squeeze every possible minute out of each session and are great at communicating the problems, and more importantly fixing them. I would recommend New Dimensions Physical Therapy to anyone, especially someone who has become frustrated with a nagging injury that other PT's can't seem to fix. The PT's at New Dimensions not only focus on helping you get stronger and recover from injuries, but also focus on getting your body healthy so it will work for your whole life.

Experiencia fantástica: After slipping on ice several years ago, I have been battling an issue with walking...my gait especially. I really didn't have any pain, but my left leg just didn't seem to fully extend when walking at a faster pace. I went to a chiropractor several times and even went through weeks of PT here in Nebraska....all to no avail. I heard about New Dimensions and during a recent visit to Austin decided to make an appointment with Rebecca Steiner. What a great decision! After an extensive evaluation and muscle testing...she knew exactly how to treat my issue. After realigning my pelvis (which in itself made a huge difference) she sent me home with several exercises to do daily as well as personal videos which focused on hip alignment.
