Experiencia fantástica: My experience was great! My physical therapist, Susan, taught me a multitude of exercises to strengthen my hips, legs and back as well as balance exercises. She explained and showed how to do each exercise and how each worked to strengthen a certain area. I have osteopenia and my doctor referred me for strengthening exercises to ward off osteoporosis. Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience working with Kevin to regain mobility in my shoulder. He took time to help me understand what was going on with my shoulder joint and muscles and listened to my experience to better understand what was needed for improvement as we worked through different issues preventing mobility. He also provided helpful suggestions for home exercises and I saw great progress. Everyone in the office is very friendly and made me feel like they cared about me as a person and cared about my experience and progress. Highly recommended!

She was very accommodating to my time constraints- offering me a later appointment time so I did not have to miss work. Everyone in the office is super friendly which made it a fun experience as well! They also have an app where you can keep track of your at home exercises and message your therapist - I found this really helpful for my success in the program.

It was very quick for me to get my first appointment for PT, getting seen within a week from my doctor requesting PT. It was also very easy to schedule, and even cancel, upcoming PT appointments and they where able to easily accommodate to my schedule.

Experiencia fantástica: Amy is a great PT. She's the 4th PT I've seen for recurring back pain and the first one to try releasing the psoas muscle. That resulted in instant relief and since then I've been able to keep up with the strengthening exercise she prescribed without pain.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently when I hurt my back, I was introduced to David at a different location. He started off by telling me that he would moving to the southwest location the following week and asked if I wanted to continue working with him. Even though the drive was a little bit further for me, I said that I would continue working with him. I feel that I made a good decision. David quickly created a program to help strengthen my muscles and made sure that I did the exercises right. He listen to what kind work I did and next thing you know, he recreated makeshift work environment so I could practice proper lifting techniques. I feel he apart in my recovery.

Although I was skeptical at first of holistic methodologies, I can confidently say that it is the ONLY thing that has markedly improved my pain. Chris and Olivia are the best!

I actually looked forward to going every week and working with Amy - she really knew where to find the issues related to my knee problems, dig in for some immediate relief, and prescribe the right exercises to get long-term results that wouldn’t take me all day to do. She and Chris were a pleasure to visit with as well, gave me hope I could actually improve my knee function, then delivered!

Experiencia fantástica: Abigail is a great OT. Made my hand brace the 1st visit. And the gentle massage on my forearm to relax tendons and muscles tightened from.compensating for the joint pain in thumbs and wrists was very effective in.releving my pain.

David got me back on my feet in no time and even gave me many recommendations and exercises to help my posture and hip health. It was a fantastic recovery and I would definitely come here again.

Having had other PTs at other places over the years for different issues, I learned not all PTs are as competent, aware & helpful as she is. Chris helped resolve knee pain, regain walking & hiking with ease years ago. The exercises & posture awareness she taught were very empowering to use when I overextended later on. She’s so worth driving further to new SW location now for a back problem exacerbated by long hours sitting at work! I’m very, very grateful again to have decreasing pain, making excellent progress already thanks to Chris’s expertise..

I came in with back pain and she was able to pinpoint the cause so easily, and develop great plans. Olivia at the desk was also great! She kept it all running smoothly and worked really hard to make our appts when we wanted/ needed them. Keep laughing that wonderful laugh. Chris and Light also were just as nice and everyone kept the clients laughing. Of course couldn't forget Ambassador Enyo, he greeted us and kept us all calm and smiling too. Gonna miss these guys

After a journey with Light and Chris, I slowly began increasing my activities without pain or swelling. They gave me the encouragement I needed when I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel. Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Chris Thompson is absolutely incredible. When I was searching who I wanted to see, I knew her 27 years of experience would be helpful for the issue I was having. I didn't know that I would create a genuine rapport and love for going to PT every week. I had a Gluteous Median injury so my hip and lower back on the left side were constantly in pain. Walking, sitting, exercising - all were noticably painful. Dr. Chris was so thorough in our first visit, asking great questions and adjusted me. Truthfully, I felt better after that initial visit because I was so uneven! We worked through stretching, at home exercises, adjustments, she even took the time to watch me do all my lifting exercises to ensure I was doing them correctly or changed them. She is so personable, understanding, respectful and warm in nature. I graduated today so I will no longer see her or the team and I am so sad! This is what you want with PT- to eventually stop going but I will miss the whole Endeavor Southwest team! I could not recommend this team more! I saw Dr. Chris for 9 sessions, the middle of the care I was going twice a week and I am 100% better! Thank you Dr. Chris, Olivia and team for taking such good care of me! Truly the best PT group out there.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been to many physical therapy joints over the last two decades, from large dedicated floors in hospitals to small clinics. Each has their pros and cons. This small clinic is perfect for me at this stage of my life. Personal attention, laid back friendly staff, clean and comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety going to new places where I have to interact with strangers, but there were no strangers here :) 3 therapists, one front office staff, calm and peaceful. I had a talk with one of the therapists before I booked my first session and that helped put me at ease. I get dry needling, soft tissue therapy and heat therapy to ease pain and spasticity along with targeted exercises to improve balance, strength and fatigue. I feel so good about this clinic I’m bringing my teenage son here too. He loves the way everything is explained to him. I know with my condition physical therapy will be a part of my life for many moons. If I get to keep coming here, I’m okay with that!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife had a painful shoulder problem from her Covid booster. She had gone to another provider without making much progress. After reading a review for Endeavor Southwest, we decided to give them a try. The difference was great from Day One. From Olivia at the front desk to therapists David, Chris and Amy, everyone was friendly, supportive and experts in their field. They took a team-based approach to my wife's treatment with David providing physical therapy and Chris dry needling. The improvement in my wife's mobility and her degree of pain relief was stunning. She's around 98% of normal at this point and looking forward to "graduation" in a couple of weeks. Thanks Endeavor!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful to the folks at Endeavor PT South West. Amy was my PT and she was always ready with a positive attitude and plan of exercises and massages for the day for my foot after bunion and hammertoe surgery. In addition to the work done in my many sessions, she lined up a great set of exercises for my feet, toes, and legs to complete at home and report in their app. The app is quite good: there are videos and explanations for all of the exercises and it reports back to the PT upon completion. According to PT Amy's evaluations of my progress pre and post, along with my own judgment, she helped me to progress an amazing amount in flexibility, stability and strength in my feet and legs, all of which I was lacking after not walking for about 8 weeks. The admin up front was always very helpful and friendly, be it with appointments or insurance information. The other PT (I believe she is la jefa), was always thoughtful and kind towards her fellow workers as well as patients. The facility was bright and clean. I got a clear sense of teamwork, cohesion and a general shared, important goal of helping their patients/clients to recover. I always looked forward to my sessions and I already miss these folks. I've been to at least 10 PTs in my lifetime for various issues and I would have to rank these folks at the very top. Thank you, Endeavor!

Experiencia fantástica: Chris is amazing. After three years of having back pain when hiking, I can now finally hike pain-free. Her diagnostic skills are amazing. I had seen chiropractors and orthopedists to no avail. Chris discovered the muscular cause, worked to resolve it and within 8 weeks I was back to hiking again. Dry needling sounds scary, but it works! Chris also shared with me the information on the exercises and stretches I need to keep myself pain-free. I will always be grateful. From Olivia at the front desk, to the therapists in the back, they all work to make the experience good.
