Being placed in Rachael's, Iris's, and Becky's competent hands was very reassuring. They took the time to answer my questions and explain the procedures they were utilizing to resolve my issues. I was particularly pleased with Becky's in-depth physiological explanation of what was happening with my muscles and why I was experiencing my pain. In summary, the team of therapists I worked with were matter-of-fact, superbly competent, and non-judgmental. Thank you,all! Considering my numerous joint and muscle issues, I look forward to returning to your clinic for future relief❣️

Experiencia fantástica: EDIT: Dr. Blanchard was great and really seems to care about his patients. My lower back is feeling much better thanks to him! Side note: If they can't tell you how much your visit will cost up front because they need to contact your insurance first, don't forget to follow up with both them and your insurance company. I ended up paying $100 at the clinic (the max they will charge you up front) but then later had to pay an extra $40 after insurance (I hadn't met my deductible yet). Overall: The way they explain payment can be improved, but the PT provided by Dr. Blanchard was great!

Experiencia fantástica: Results Physiotherapy delivers just that Results! I was in severe knee pain and could not get into see my knee doctor. Shawn Blanchard was able to relieve me of most of my pain and get me back to walking until I can get back into see the doctor. They are very professional, and they do excellent work. This is the first time I’ve had good results with therapy on my knee. I highly recommend them. Sydney is also awesome with the scheduling!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently completed rehab of a shoulder impingement that I’ve had for nearly one year. My Physical Therapist, Shawn Blanchard, is regarded as the best in Austin for a reason. Over the course of several/many weeks, he provided direct, hands-on therapy and carefully guided exercises that incrementally increased in weight or range of motion to keep my shoulder challenged and progressing. He also fully explained what he was looking for and, more importantly, what I need to do to prevent the same injury from reoccurring in the future. The personalized approach of Shawn and his team makes this the best place to be, bar none. If I could give more stars, I would. From Sydney at the front desk to Sean, Becky and the other therapists, they all make you feel very comfortable and appreciated. I’ve been to the pretenders. This is the real deal.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had problems with both my rotator cuffs since the early 90s, but I was able to rehab them in college and they healed up pretty well. In the past 10 years though my shoulder pains became more frequent and acute and over the last 5 it had gotten significantly worse and my right rotator cuff began hurting me in particular when doing exercises such as bicep curls. It felt like it was being pinched in my shoulder socket. Looking back at it, I think that it was due to poor posture when using the computer mouse and the muscles tightened around it in time and cantered my right shoulder forward causing the impingement. The pain got to the point that I’d wake up every few hours and have to readjust my sleeping position. MRIs revealed that I had SLAP tears in both of my shoulders. The rehab time for SLAP tear surgery is about 6 months and the first 6 weeks of it your arm is placed into a sling and you’re not even supposed to drive. So, I was looking at a year in total to have the both of them taken care of. When I met with the doctor he informed me that he knew of a physical therapist that they had a lot of success with, Shawn Blanchard of Results Physiotherapy, and asked if I’d be interested in seeing him before opting for surgery. I didn’t have much faith that physical therapy would actually remedy my pain because all the rotator cuff exercises I used to do when my shoulder hurt no longer worked, but I told the doctor I’d go. After 15 minutes of meeting with Shawn on my initial visit he had me convinced that I’d be able to get my shoulders back into a satisfactory condition if I followed his program though. And he was right. During the very first week with Shawn, the impingement pain in my shoulder subsided to the extent that I was able to sleep all night without waking up, which had a huge positive impact on my mental health. And after a total of about 4 months of rehab, meeting 3x a week for most of it, my shoulders are now in good enough shape that I’m able to go back to my full workouts with some minor adaptions that he recommended to prevent unnecessary stress on my shoulder joints. All in all, I went to Results Physiotherapy around 50 times and got a good opportunity to see how the staff interacts with patients. There were usually about 3 to 5 patients every time I went. Shawn and the rest of the staff were always positive, supportive, and patient with them. One of the keys to the staff’s success, in my view, and also one of the most important ways that they respect patients is that they truly listen to them. That’s crucial I’d imagine because most people’s rehabs aren’t going to follow the same course as each other. The first question I was always asked by Shawn or any of the other therapists I worked with was if I experienced any pain since my last visit. If so, where was the pain? What kind of pain was it? What motions produced the pain? Sometimes they would then dig into my shoulder to locate precisely where the pain was coming from. They then tailored the rehab session to the condition of my shoulder. Another key to the success of my rehab was that the sessions were never stale because each one was different in some ways to the ones prior to them. So, it never got monotonous and I found myself looking forward to the challenge of the rehab sessions instead of dreading them. I reckon that going there saved me two surgeries and a year of only having the full use of one shoulder so I really can’t say enough good things about Results Physiotherapy, the staff there, and the positive results I experienced. Everyone who worked there was amiable and easy to deal with from the receptionist, Sydney, to Shawn, who I primarily worked with, to Kalin, who I worked with about a half a dozen times, to all the other therapists I saw working with patients. If you're experiencing problems that physical rehab can potentially help, I highly recommend Shawn and the folks at Results Physiotherapy.

I was concerned I was not going to benefit from it since I had only heard from others close to me that when they had PT it was a waste of time. This was not the case for me at Results Physiotherapy!! I looked forward to going to my appointments. Marina was so professional, kind and caring! She helped me with my neck/back pain after I was in a car accident. She has taught me exercises on how to manage my pain on bad days that actually work! She was also so flexible in rescheduling appointments with me during the time I had to be out of town due to my mother being hospitalized. The entire atmosphere is a welcoming place and you can tell ALL the therapists care about their patients!!

My doctor highly recommended Results Physiotherapy in Southpark Meadows but I went with little hope I'd get back to a condition I was before. Shawn took my case and I have steadily gotten better, causing me to regain my hope. Shawn is absolutely amazing - professional, knowledgeable, and caring. I never get the feeling he's using a cookie-cutter approach, but genuinely listening and modifying my therapy as necessary. Even more, I almost feel like "family" when I go because the whole staff is so welcoming. You can see people working harder to get better because it matters to the staff, and their professional approach instills confidence. This is the kind of PT I hoped I'd never need, but so glad Results Physiotherapy in Southpark Meadows was recommended to me. I'd like to pass that favor along and highly recommend them myself.

However, when I walked in my first time, I was greeted with a warm smile from Sydney and was taught more about my injury by Shawn, my PT there. Experiencia fantástica: This was my first visit at this location I have previously used results in TN. I have often needed the results team to sort out issues I have with my back and neck. I was very grateful to Blaise and his team to sort me out and get me back on the road again. I appreciated how Blaise explained in detail what was happening with my back. He further set me up with exercises for a later stage which he explained in detail. Both Colin and Blaise are extremely focused on making sure you do the exercise correctly and understand how it impacts your body. Ashley is fantastic in the front. My experience at Results - Southpark Meadows was exceptional. The care at this facility is superior. This is more than a facility of excellent physical therapists. It is a community of people who care about your progress and your understanding of the process to get better. They are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Blaise, Colin & Donelle exceeded all my expectations. They create an environment that allows you feel comfortable to ask questions and be honest about your progress. I can't thank them enough for helping me improve my quality of life. If you can pick a location for physical therapy, Results – Southpark Meadows is the way to go! Experiencia fantástica: I had never been to any physical therapist prior to my experience with Blaise and Colin at Results PT. I was a little skeptical at first but I appreciated the thorough interview Blaise conducted to learn the details of my case. He suggested that it would take about 6 weeks of treatments to resolve my mobility issues. When I began treatments 5 weeks ago I needed two crutches to get around. Now I can once again walk unassisted. Blaise and Colin are both good listeners wha really know their stuff. One benefit of the SP Meadows store is that you can get a parking place literally 15 feet from their front door which is very convenient for someone with mobility issues. The store is always clean and organized and the staff is friendly. I hope I don't need their services again but if I do, I won't hesitate to use them again.

After your first consultation, you completely trust you're in good hands. I improved greatly and have the confidence I needed after my ankle surgery. I timed the my surgery so I could go on 60 miles backpacking trip and thanks to Results PT, my ankle was stronger than ever (as they promised me it would be.) Experiencia fantástica: Came here due to a “frozen shoulder” which medically is capsulitis and tendonosis. I had already received six weeks of PT from another provider and didn’t see any improvement on movement or pain. Requested my primary care physician recommend a different provider. He recommended RESULTS PHYSIOTHERAPY. It was the best recommendation I could have received. A thorough evaluation was done, my concerns and issues were listened to, but most importantly a plan was developed together to ensure I got the results I wanted. I’m at the start of my third week and have already seen significant improvement. Between the standard PT exercises, the mobility and stretch movements and the dry needling (which I’m looking forward to), my movement continues to improve. Even I’m amazed. More work needs to be done BUT none of this wouldn’t be possible without the guidance, direction and care of Blaise and Collin. Both have helped to ensure the progress I’ve made while explaining the “what and why”. I highly recommend Results Physiotherapy. Wished I had come here first.

Experiencia fantástica: I must say when I first went to Result Physiotherpay I thought is would be like any other therapy I've had in the past years. Blaise was very thorough in his evaluation of me day one. He explained exactly what my course of therapy would be and how it should effect my overall condition. It hurt like hell but it eased up as the sessions went on. I have better function and mobility from when I started. I still have pain but it is not as acute. Colin and Blaise work as a team to insure you get quality care and they both keep your course of treatment consistent and update as your body needs it. I can't forget Ashely. She is the receptionist. She makes you feel welcomed and insures that she takes your temperature as to keep you safe as she can during this pandemic. The clinic is sanitzed and keep it clean so you don't need to worry Covid-19. If you need phyical therapy, Results Physiotherapy is the place for you. Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend ResultsPT in South Park Meadows for your physical therapy needs. Very convenient location, plenty of parking and easy to schedule appointments with therapists. My doctor recommended this clinic and specifically Blaise to help alleviate the pain I was experiencing from lifting my 25 lbs granddaughter. I was hesitant because of covid but my dr assured me they were taking all the necessary precautions . After my second steroid shot I realized I needed to get to the root of the problem and begin physical therapy. After a few weeks of therapy I am much improved and pain free. Highly recommend this clinic and specifically Blaise.
