Experiencia fantástica: Seven (7) months after receiving surgery for an upper tibial plateau fracture and feeling like I had not regained enough leg/knee/foot strength, I scheduled to work with NovaCare at Merritt Clubs/Boston St. My Physical Therapist, Tom evaluated, observed, listened and zeroed in on all the root causes for my leg weakness, which went far beyond what I imagined. He is truly an expert, very knowledgeable and caring. I trust him implicitly and plan to continue working with him until I've fully regained my leg strength and confidence. Thanks Tom & NovaCare!

Experiencia fantástica: NovaCare is great! I've had numerous out patient PTs and this is by far THE BEST I've been two over the past three years. Thank you, NovaCare. Only drawback is accessibility in Merritt Athletic Club. See below for details. BUT, NovaCare WILL help you out to get to their office with a wheelchair and assistance if you call ahead. Tom is a great PT, knowledgeable, personable and attentive. He listens and I'm making great progress. I have specific medical conditions and he is aware and accommodates to ensure I get the best session to be safe and still challenging and yields results. Very pleased. Melissa, receptionist, is very kind, great communicator. Facility office is private, clean and well maintained. Only drawback is that it's in the Merritt Gym Club which its not fully handicap accessible or mobility-impaired friendly. 1. The double set of doors to get inside the club (one to get into the vestibule, second set to enter the club) are not automatic nor do they have a push button to open and are VERY heavy and swing shut very fast (no hold delay on the piston), so you need help if you have a wheelchair, walker or cane. 2. They don't have an inside elevator, so there is a steep, long incline to the second floor in the back where NovaCare is located. ****HOWEVER, Novacare DOES come down with a wheelchair, if you ask and phone ahead, which I took advantage of the first session. AND, they are happy to help you in the building when you call when you get there. 3. Merritt "Handicap" parking is in the garage only, not in front of the building, which does increase the travel distance. The Merritt Parking lot elevator takes you down to the first floor club entry only, and does not have a second floor access. I wish there was second floor entry to Club and PT office to reduce distance to travel up the incline and exposure to others in the gym. It's just sad that the gym doesn't seem to care about the disabled to accommodate us or be up to code with accessibility standards.

Experiencia fantástica: NovaCare in Merritt Canton is amazing. The front desk staff are super friendly and always manage to fit me in despite my hectic last minute scheduling. The therapy is top notch. Tom, the physical therapist, is an expert and has done wonders for my back. He’s caring and takes time to listen. He explains plans really well and has even walked me through the club taking time to show me exercises I can do on my own to keep my back healthy and the pain at bay. Because of him I can still go skiing and hiking. I can’t recommend this office enough. If you have an injury or recurrent musculoskeletal pain, this is the place to go!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I went to NovaCare Rehab because I go to Merritt Gym and they are located right within the same building. With a partial tear in my right rotor cuff I thought I'd need surgery but chose physical therapy instead. After only two visits I feel that the range of motion that I didn't have is getting better already. I'm confident that after I get more visits in that the pain I've had in my shoulder will eventually go away. Tom's expertise is essential to this occur. Worth the visits
