Experiencia fantástica: I am very happy I chose this Athletico location 2000 N Clybourn Ave to have my Pelvic therapy Sarah R. went above and beyond her duties as a therapist she figured out the things that were impairing my recovery and worked through them with me, I learned so many things that I did not know about my physical situation, she also made sure that my emotional stability was on point she listened to me when I needed someone to be there and that made my recovery possible, she did everything in her power as a therapist and I am Very happy Thank you Sarah Rice thank you for being an AWESOME Therapist and a WONDERFUL person 10+ Truly Senaida Estrada

Experiencia fantástica: Athletico LP South is awesome. I worked with Matt V for the past few weeks to work on wrist and elbow pain from golf. Not only did he accurately assess the problem and eliminate the pain, but he also helped improve my swing and form. If you have any problems, golf-related or otherwise, don’t hesitate to contact him! 10/10 would recommend.

Even with a million moving pieces (inevitable in a PT office), she seems to make everyone feel like they are the most important client in the room. Experiencia fantástica: I arrived to Athletico with severe jaw pain, lock jaw, where it was extremely painful to eat and headaches woke me up throughout the night and persisted throughout the day. Sarah Rice skillfully treated my TMD with care. She is a star! She also put me in touch with Eliza Drobny, an extremely talented oral Maxillofacial surgeon, who addressed my pain without surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: I started PT in November 2021 after a rear end car accident. I sustained a concussion and a whiplash injury. I worked with Sarah Rice as my Physical Therapist. After just one appointment Sarah had helped relieve all of my dizziness and concussion symptoms! We had PT sessions twice a week for about two months. Sarah really made my experience quick and painless. For the first time, I actually looked forward to my PT appointments. Thank you to Sarah and the Athletico Team at Lincoln Park south for supporting my recovery. I was discharged today with no pain! I will always come back to this location for my PT needs if ever needed in the future!

Experiencia fantástica: Sarah was my PT and absolutely incredible. She was so knowledgeable about my condition, and as she too experienced the same injury it was great that she could relate and share her personal recovery experience. Within one week of PT I saw DRASTIC improvements and my pain went down significantly. Each appointment Sarah worked with me and customized my plan, helping me get better faster and to move to an out patient program quicker. My only regret is not going to PT and seeing Sarah sooner--she's fantastic!!

Experiencia fantástica: Hands down, Atheltico has the best PTs. I mainly worked with Sarah and she was amazing. Whenever I had a question, she would take her time to explain it to me or get down and show me how to do something. Sarah's not the only exceptional worker there. I'm grateful that I ended up where I did, and even though I'm done with my visits, Sarah has made a home program and I'm getting better and better every day. Thanks Sarah!!

Experiencia fantástica: Athletico Lincoln Park is amazing! I had a full knee replacement and Molly got me back on my feet again! I couldn’t have done it without all of her support, advice, encouragement and exercises. She answered all of my questions and explained what I should expect during this challenging recovery. Ric at the front desk was always welcoming and keeps the facility on schedule including making sure my Ubers were on time. All the employees are helpful and engaged with the clients. I highly recommend!

Katie is an excellent PT; she listened to my concerns and helped me reach my goals as I recovered. As an added bonus, she made each session fly by with easy conversation. I really enjoyed working with Colleen, and she did a great job of targeting the areas of my discomfort and working to relieve the soreness and strengthen the surrounding areas. I felt informed as to what we were doing to help the recovery and why it would be helpful. Experiencia fantástica: I have worked with Colleen and others for multiple injuries at this location and it's former location on North and Clybourn. They are AWESOME at helping you get back to form, push appropriately, are accommodating, and adapt to the clientele. I have observed Colleen challenge and bring along an array of clients with customized approaches that are effective. I know they are moving soon but I am very big fans of Colleen and pretty much all of the providers and support staff I have come across at these locations! They will never make you a number and just take your money...they are all focused on diagnosing what is wrong and getting you on your way. If it can be done without them, they will tell you up front.

Experiencia fantástica: I was treated for recovery from back surgery for a few months, first by telemedicine and then in person. Katie, my therapist, was thoughtful and knowledgeable. She provided excellent care. She listened and modified my treatments and exercises based on my needs. She followed up with me after our scheduled sessions ended. Everyone there were thoughtful, friendly and courteous. I could not have asked for more.

Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure of working with Sarah Rice at the Lincoln Park South location. I could barely walk due to a nerve injury in my foot before working with Sarah, now I can walk normally and have begun to run and work out as I did before. Not only can I credit my speedy recovery to Sarah going above and beyond, but she checks in frequently regarding my at-home exercises. Overall excellent facility, wonderful staff, and friendly one-on-one care. I'd recommend Athletico to anyone who asks: best friends, worst enemies, and everyone in between.

They take their time to get to know your injuries and find ways to treat them. My therapist Sarah was amazing, she got to the root cause of my injury and even assist me with other unrelated injuries. She also follow up with me even after completion of treatment. I fully recommend her, and any of the other PT staff.

Experiencia fantástica: Started coming here after surgery to repair a torn bicep. Everyone that works here is very helpful and friendly. From Rick at the front desk to Mike who assisted with therapy to my therapist Malvika. Malvika was great with communicating what the goals were and each therapy session was challenging but not exhausting. The facility was very clean and there was free parking. I would go back to this location if I ever need PT again.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Athletico by my orthopedist, and I'm glad I was. After a few weeks of physical therapy my leg felt much better. Malvika did an excellent job with my exercises during physical therapy and with explaining my exercises to do at home. Scheduling and managing insurance was also a breeze.

Experiencia fantástica: I enjoyed working with Malvika and, in fact, came back to Athletico Lincoln Park South twice. First, I came because of my knee. It responded so well to PT that I thought I would come back again for my neck/shoulder areas too. I appreciated that Malvika made the most of our limited time together, always seeing if I was done and then getting me on to the next exercise. Plus, she was great about accommodating my complicated schedule. She came up with a great plan for strengthening my knee and stretching my neck. Those areas are feeling and functioning better all the time as a result. Excellent location and service!

Experiencia fantástica: On Super Bowl Sunday I hurt my back removing ice and later running that same day--two days later I was in so much pain I could barely walk (it turned out to be a glute issue). Having never done PT before, I really didn't know what to expect. My therapist, Malvika, was supportive every step of the way. She was very knowledgeable and really cared about my progress. I'm now able to do the physical activities I did before my injury, like running and golfing, without any pain. I'd recommend this location, Athletico, and Malvika to anybody who needs this type of help!

She was compassionate, professional, and all around great to work at. The entire staff at this location really goes out of their way to help their patients in any way they can--I was so impressed!

This is my second round of PT at this location and thoroughly enjoy the team that works here. Experiencia fantástica: Very happy with the progress made after starting my physical therapy. Had issues with my hip and lower spine. Prior to starting my therapy with Katie, I was put on inflammation prescriptions as my naproxen was not providing relief anymore. After my sessions, I am off the inflammation medication and haven't used my naproxen. Very happy with the entire staff. And thanks to Katie.

Experiencia fantástica: I have just successfully completed several months of expert therapy (a "ten") for a hip problem, with Colleen Burke Wood, PT, DPT at the new Lincoln Park S. Athletico, ( corner of Webster and Clybourn, a center that has the Webster Theater. Parking for Athletico is free. ) Colleen is so professional, thorough and caring, as is the rest of the staff. I'm in good shape but had fallen hard on my side on high marble stairs. After reading my doctor's notes, she tested my hip strength and flexibility.(not much then) and started me off with targeted massage, strengthening exercises,--which she e-mailed to me-- complete with photos--and even a video of them to use! As we progressed she increased massaging and re-gaining flexibility.l I've just had a final session, where she reviewed that I maintain correct alignment and discipline for the exercises. Outstanding.
