Experiencia fantástica: I was referred to Excellcare Western for physical therapy after a car accident and could not be happier about the service and level of professionalism. Kristen, Semjoy and the rest of their staff are extremely knowlegable and friendly. Being my first time going through something like this, they really took their time with me and explained everything that was going on during every session. They took great care of me and i highly recommend them to everyone!

My injury has had me coming here for over a year now. The level of commitment and compassion that the therapist have shown me is absolutely phenomenal. They listen to your goals and set a plan to help your work toward them. They are very hands on and give you the special treatment you deserve to reach your goal of healing. After years of battling injuries sustained while in the military I have finally found therapy that is helping immensely. Experiencia fantástica: I broke my tibia and fibula completely in half 6 months ago. Due to osteoporosis the plates and screws came loose and I had 3 surgeries to fix my leg. I never thought I’d walk again. Kristin and Maraya have been working with me, teaching me how to walk. (It was much easier the first time I started walking ). I am happy to say that I am wobbling around and my goal is to walk and drive! I can’t thank them enough for their patience and expertise. I highly recommend them and I know there is hope on the horizon. If you are looking for therapists that have your best interest at heart, this is the place to go! Experiencia fantástica: I received deep tissue laser treatment for a foot injury. After only 3 treatments, I was back to marathon training. Four months later, I still have not needed to return for additional treatment. Amazing results! Special thanks to Jola for her personalized treatment and skill with the deep tissue laser.

Every person that works here should be complimented, because they are professionals and care about people and their condition. Would highly recommend going here, you will be glad that you did! Experiencia fantástica: I have had a bad back/knees for 25 yrs. I have seen every Dr. and Chiropractor in the Chicago land area. I also had a fall 3 yrs. ago that gives me daily head aches from shoulder pain. Sanjoy, Yola, Kristen and the receptionist first listen very carefully to your problems, which is rare in the medical profession. Then, they design a plan around YOUR needs. After my first visit, I walked to my car and stood there thinking, this is the first time in 25 years that I have felt 0 pain! It eventually comes back, but this first day gave me 3 solid days of no pain, no headaches. I've been telling all my "wounded" friends, get there ASAP, because they are miracle workers! Acupuncture, yoga, chiropractic, physical fitness are all used depending on the patient. God sent me here, he knows how long I've suffered. Actually, while getting knee injections from my ortho Dr., Yola was there to tell me about their facility. I agreed to go, and I will stay with them until I am 100% better! I wish I could give them 100 stars!!! They are truly the best!!!!

I am very satisfied and grateful for the service that I received here , it feels like a family and I'm very thankful for that. The therapy plan was geared specifically toward my conditions. I enjoyed my experience with Excel Care that I requested and was approved for additional physical therapy session . I feel that because of their excellence My overall health has improved. My pain level has decreased substantially and I have better range of motion in my neck and in my back . The atmosphere here it's very calming and my stress level and anxiety has decreased, as well. I have learned numerous exercises and techniques that I can use at home to improve my overall health. Experiencia fantástica: This review is a long time coming. I first went to Excellcare in 2014 for my right ankle. I originally started working with Dr. Gege, Christian and Amelia, they were amazing and right out of the gate they put me at ease. They were very professional and super friendly, they made me feel comfortable and the sessions were enjoyable. In 2015 I needed to go back to physical therapy, this time for my left hand and arm. Christian and Amelia welcome me back like family. I started working with physical therapist Kristen, who was awesome. She and Christian made me feel comfortable in teaching me proper form of each exercise I was doing. They also had a new staff member named Blanca who was very sweet. To the staff of Excellcare, thank you for all your help! The people at this establishment are very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. So if you are looking for a place to do your physical therapy you will be in very good hands with the staff at Excellcare.
