Experiencia fantástica: Kelly and Kendra are the best! I have been struggling with chronic migraines/neck pain for a long time, and they have really helped decrease my pain and frequency of migraines. Kendra is really great at dry needling, and Kelly is great with hands on therapy. Although I am biased towards Kelly and Kendra, I think anyone here would be awesome to work with!! The front desk staff are always super responsive and looking out for better times to schedule me. Plus, the clinic is very lively, positive and fun which helps when you are there 2-3 times a week!

Experiencia fantástica: I was at FYZICAL from February-November for a dislocated/fractured shoulder and have nothing but good things to say about this clinic. I mainly got worked on by Lisa, and am very appreciative of how informative she is, and how she ALWAYS has a great attitude. Lisa would happily answer my questions regardless of how many I had, and she would always explain things in a way that I could easily understand. Although I mainly worked with Lisa, my experience with EVERYONE was extremely positive. The front is always super welcoming, and everyone here is so friendly and knowledgeable. The people here are the reason going to physical therapy turned into something I would look forward to. Thanks to everyone here, I'm back to my normal activities and haven't felt better. I have nothing but high praise for FYZICAL, and would definitely recommend it.

My movement and balance is greatly improved and I have been given instructions for exercises to continue on my own. Sophia is able to motivate you and thanks to her I am able to get out of my car without having my knees painful . I am able to climb the stairs without problem .I have strengthen ed some of my muscles which provides me a better balance.

Experiencia fantástica: I have experienced physical therapy in several instances over the years. However I have never been able to share such extensive treatment as in Fyzical Therapy & Balance Center in Lincoln Park Chicago. The one on one lesson was an hour in length. It was very specific to me with my back problems & my vertigo & balance. Everything was explained. I could question why this reaction happens to me & what I can do to make me better. My therapist, Jeremiah, was thorough & treated me with thoughtful opinions and advanced my therapy slowly buy surely to higher levels. I watched the other therapists and they followed the same methods of progress. I am definitely feeling better and more secure and am indebted to all the people at Fyzical Therapy Lincoln Park Chicago.

Clayton established a great rapport that made me more comfortable trusting the process. Kelly is also fantastic! Everyone there was awesome, professional, and even cheered me on during the race. Experiencia fantástica: I started coming to Fyzical in the spring of this year (2023), due to some issues with my lower back and sciatic nerve. I can't recommend Fyzical enough. I worked with a few therapists at the Lincoln Park location, all of whom were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. My main physical therapist, Clayton, really made my journey toward feeling better a positive experience. He worked with me on a personal level to make sure that all of my stretches/exercises were doable and not causing more pain. Every time I walked into my PT appointment, instead of feeling dread, I was excited! The whole Fyzical team is so fun to be around, having friendly conversation and joking around made my experience so positive. Clayton answered my millions of questions - and then answered them again during my next appointment, when I immediately forgot everything he said. I never felt like I was annoying him. He was genuinely invested in my success and wellbeing. If you are in need of physical therapy, this is the place to go. The energy, the facility, the team... I can't say enough positive things about all of it! The only negative about Fyzical...is that they prepared me so well with home stretches and strengthening exercises...I doubt I'll have to return anytime soon (knock on wood) and I'll miss Clayton and the team!

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Fyzical in Lincoln Park back in February because of a hip injury and continued to go through the fall to support my marathon training. All the physical therapists are knowledgeable and very friendly. I was able to successfully complete the marathon due to the work we did at therapy including strength training, dry needling, and hands on care. I would definitely recommend!

They got me back on my feet and feeling better than I have ever felt after a few months of sessions. If you are willing to put in the work and take the advice of your physical therapist, I promise you will make progress. Sophia, Lisa, and Clayton were especially amazing and without their help I wouldn’t feel as good as I do today.

Experiencia fantástica: I came in for dizziness & it was effecting my daily to the point of frustration. Within a couple of weeks I was finding relief & was able to get back to activities that once made me feel so dizzy! The staff and Pts who work here are so caring & brought me so much comfort & relief! couldn’t recommend this place enough especially if your experiencing vestibular symptoms!

As someone who has had two knee surgeries prior and has been to many therapy places, I can say the quality and skill of the trainers and staff are excellent. I have been working with Sophia for around two months for my shoulder and have seen tremendous improvements. She is not only a great trainer, but she is a great person and enjoyable to be around. FYZICAL therapy center texts me the day before my scheduled appointment to remind me, along with providing a parking pass if needed. Great service, and great staff lead by Keith. Also ask about their dry needling, it has done wonders for my shoulder!

Experiencia fantástica: Lisa and Clayton at Fyzical correctly diagnosed and saved me where Northwestern Hospital failed me! Northwestern couldn’t figure out I had a rare version of vertigo that presents differently and requires a different treatment path. Lisa immediately figured out what was going on, and their whole team went above and beyond to fit me into the schedule until we were able to clear my vertigo out. After that they worked with me to get my vestibular system back on track after everything that happened. Because of my circumstances, I’ve seen pretty much every physical therapist at the clinic and they’re all awesome - caring, methodical, and persistent even when things are hard. Most of them are hilarious too and play good music, which makes it a joy to show up for appointments even when you feel awful. Huge thanks to the whole team, especially Lisa and Clayton, for getting me seeing straight again and back to my life!

Experiencia fantástica: I went through almost a year of PT at this Fyzical location. Keith and his team are amazing. Lisa was my main PT and she helped me through an old hip injury that was related to vestibular issues that was related to a foot injury... no one has helped me in the 10 years since the original injury like they did. They put everything together and pushed me to levels of strength that made me feel like I could do things again. They are the very best. They also create a very fun and inclusive environment which really helps when you are working through an injury that might otherwise really get you down. The environment made me want to show up each sessions and work hard. I think they are the best PT place I've ever experienced.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend FYZICAL. I had a minor knee surgery in mid-December and worked with Justin and Daniel to rehab through December, January, and February. Thanks to them, I was able to ski by early March. They do a great job of guiding through stretches/exercises in the clinic, and they provided me with exercises to work on at home. All of the physical therapists are knowledgeable and personable which made for great visits.

Experiencia fantástica: I'll admit, I was at first hesitant to go to a place named FYZICAL. But the location was convenient, and the scheduling too, and I'm glad I did. Justin are Clayton were great, friendly and competent. They worked me through a comprehensive, well-tailored rehab program, and along the way encouraged me and supported when I got bad news (and, perhaps, inaccurate news) from a doctor regarding my injury. I left feeling completely different than when I started, and they prepared a "to-go" rehab program when my PT was finished to help me continue to build strength. Highly recommend.

Knowing that I had many months of therapy ahead of me was intimidating, but the team at Fyzical did an outstanding job of helping me to understand my timeline, challenge me to gain strength and mobility, and encourage me through difficult periods. The PTs and PTAs are knowledgeable and skilled - equally importantly they are a wonderful group of people who genuinely enjoy the company of their coworkers and patients. Their kindness, humor, and vulnerability helped me quickly become comfortable at the clinic and genuinely enjoy the dozens of sessions I had! The front desk staff made scheduling simple and aligned to my availability and the billing team quickly and completely addressed all of my questions. Experiencia fantástica: I just “graduated” from about 8 months of physical therapy at Fyzical in Lincoln Park and I really can’t recommend them more highly! I am a rather quirky, 60-ish professional female who saw them for recurring back pain and balance issues. The process really, really helped my mobility and strength and balance development. Every *single* therapist (and I saw – and wanted to see - all of them at one time or another) was excellent skills-wise, but each also was an all-around nice person who really seemed to care about and individually address their clients‘ needs. They clearly communicated with each other about my progress so that I never felt I was “starting over” with someone new. A particular shout-out to my main sensei, Clayton and Dan. If you have the pleasure to work with them, be sure to ask them how their dance routine is coming along . . .

Experiencia fantástica: I tore my meniscus in 2 places and my surgeon Dr Sebastian Ko recommended Fyzical therapy.The team there is amazing! They made me feel welcome, the space is clean and easy to get to and parking a cinch with the parking passes they provide. Daniel Chryst was my PT and he is patient, a great conversationalist and was understanding taking my goals into consideration with my treatment to get me a record recovery time to make a tennis tournament I wanted to play in. His positive attitude and charismatic personality made going to physical therapy feel a joy! I HIGHLY recommend this physical therapy clinic.

I’m a professional athlete coming off of injury/surgery and they got me back on the field in a matter of a few months. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been going to FYZICAL for the last 9 months recovering from ACL surgery and I can not say enough good things about the place. The staff is absolutely incredible - going to PT 3 times a week could seem like a drag but having people around me that made it seem as if I was just hanging out with friends while also getting pushed to reach my goals made it some of the best hours of my week. You can’t go wrong with any therapist as I built a relationship with almost all while attending therapy. I have to give a shout-out to Clayton, Jeremiah, Lisa, Keith, and Justin for being my typical crew I would see and work with. The front desk staff is also top tier and always friendly. Ultimately, I could go on and on but I would recommend FYZICAL to anybody looking to have a good time while rehabbing and getting back to the level of activity you want to reach.

Not only did they target the issue but also took a holistic approach to ensure it would not occur again. Clayton and Lisa took exceptionally good care of me, paying attention to my needs and making me feel welcomed and comfortable each and every time. Over the course of 40+ visits in three months I got a chance to work with each team member. They are all professional, personable, focused, and extremely capable. The front desk staff led by Glanson is also excellent and an integral part of the team. Nobody wants to get injured, but it is comforting to know that, at Fyzical, you will get the individualized care you need to get back to your best self.

Experiencia fantástica: Received excellent, friendly, and professional care from three therapists, but mostly from Clayton. The team really listened and understood my back and hip problem and were well attuned to how I was doing throughout the therapy process. They also kept the therapy approach as simple and efficient as possible so I could do the maintenance exercises between sessions at home. That said, as I was improving, they kept pushing me along just the right amount to make further progress. And when objectives were met, they were honest about it being time to continue on my own. The facility itself is clean and well equipped, and it is run like clockwork.

They were great at listening to my concerns and crafting a plan to address the problem. Great flexibility in scheduling. I will definitely go back if I am ever in need of PT again.

Experiencia fantástica: You’re in good hands at FYZICAL Lincoln Park. I went here after breaking my collarbone and had an incredibly positive experience. I mostly worked with Clayton and Jeremiah who were super attentive and truly cared about my recovery. It was obvious to me that I was progressing with every appointment. By the time I finished treatment I felt my shoulder had better strength and mobility than even before my injury. The facility is nice and the entire staff is so fun and friendly that I was actually more excited for my PT appointments than my other workouts. I’ll miss those folks!

After a thorough evaluation, which was the best I’ve had from any PT, we got to work on strengthening my body and healing my injuries. Not only were my injuries fixed, I also got stronger and more range of motion in every baseline category I was assessed on. I want to thank Keith, Clayton, and Jeremiah for the amazing experience.

I noted that and he told me, « well, it is what I was put on earth to do. » My PT Clayton has made coming here measurably productive and my shoulder problems are getting thoroughly resolved. Experiencia fantástica: I could not be more thankful my daughter was referred to FYZICAL! The team (Keith, Glanson, Clayton, Justin, Lisa) is friendly, professional and experienced. Every visit they greeted her and made her feel welcome. The facility itself is state-of-the-art - large windows let in natural light, it is open concept and super clean. Her primary PT was Clayton, and I cannot say enough about him. She was in a significant amount of pain preventing her from running and playing soccer. Within a few sessions her pain level was so much better that she could do the exercises and he was able to make a plan to increase her strength to make her a stronger runner and prevent further injuries. She is beyond grateful to be back running faster than before and could not have done it without Clayton!

Experiencia fantástica: I've been to several other physical therapy centers in Chicago, and I believe Fysical Lincoln Park is the best. Physically, I feel so much better and stronger than I did months ago when I first started PT . The attention I received over the past several months was especially notable. Specifically, the PTs at Fysical give you their full attention and do not work with multiple patients during an appointment. They are adept at determining your current level of functioning and then following up with a detailed program to improve range of motion, increase strength and most importantly, relieve pain. Justin is great at explaining goals and providing increasingly challenging exercises along with useful feedback regarding how to do them correctly. Clayton also is an excellent therapist using great "hands-on" techniques for stiff and sore hip and shoulder joints. In addition to the skilled care I received, I also was very impressed by the overall atmosphere at Lincoln Park Fysical. The entire staff is extremely warm, caring and genial. There is a lot of chatter and laughing going on between and amongst therapists, front desk staff and clients. It certainly made doing the work of therapy more amusing ! If you need PT I would highly recommend that you check out Fysical's Lincoln Park center. They have a great program and a great staff !

Experiencia fantástica: If you have vertigo...run, walk, crawl – whatever you need to do - to FYZICAL in Lincoln Park for vestibular therapy. Having never experienced dizzying, debilitating vertigo before, I found their guidance and skilled treatment to be excellent. This gem of a place is filled with an entire team of caring, attentive, intuitive, amazing therapists and human beings. I am pleased to say that the improvement from my first evaluation to my “graduation” day is undeniable. From the moment you arrive, and are greeted by Glanson and Vanessa, you know you are in for a professional and welcoming experience. It is the place where “everybody knows your name”! To all the amazing therapists who provided exceptional knowledge and support - BIG THANKS to Jeremiah, Clayton, Lisa and Keith. I miss you already!

Experiencia fantástica: The team of PTs here gave me the confidence and helped me prepare to safely walk down the aisle and dance at my wedding earlier this year. I had a pretty bad case of vertigo and they graciously helped me with all the vestibular exercises and gave me homework to do as well, which was helpful in between sessions. I was walking comfortably and able to dance within three weeks of their care 2-3x per week. The entire staff is incredibly kind, patient, knowledgeable, and they’re all excellent coaches and cheerleaders for their patients. They genuinely care about their patients and I’m forever grateful that they were able to help me enjoy my wedding weekend and honeymoon.

The entire team cares about all the patients and works together to help everyone meet their goals in a friendly, collegial environment. I had the good fortune to benefit from Clayton’s knowledge and good humor as he taught me how to relieve back pain. I highly recommend him and his colleagues.

Experiencia fantástica: I came to Fyzical with pretty significant knee pain and it was absolutely the best PT experience I have ever had. The initial assessment with Keith was extremely thorough. I worked primarily with Clayton, who was great: knowledgeable, dedicated, creative in terms of coming up with therapies and at-home routines, sensitive to my health issues, tolerant of my whining, and also just very fun to talk to. But it’s pretty obvious that all the therapists are working to the highest standards. Fyzical really stands apart from the experiences I have had at some large PT chains—I like to call them “drive-throughs”---where a session typically includes a 10-15 minute “warm-up” on a treadmill or bike, minimal interaction with the therapist (who is shuttling between 2-3 patients), and then having an intern (?) silently watch you run through your exercises. At Fyzical, the entire hour of therapy is spent one-on-one with your therapist, who provides encouragement and motivation, pays attention to and corrects your form during exercises, and finds creative ways to address your issues. Thanks to the entire team, and a special shout-out to Glanson, who mans the front desk with equanimity, grace and good humor.

Experiencia fantástica: I got a serious knee surgery in early October, and went to Fyzical 5 days after. From October all the way to June, the progression that I was able to make was almost unbelievable considering the fact that I was using Crutches to walk in October and a lot of November. I started out having a very skinny left leg from the surgery, and from there had to work my way back to being able to run the same speed, jump at my same height, and overall just having that leg strength I normally would have had. With the goal of getting all of those things even better. As an athlete, it was obviously tough because I didn’t know if I could come back the same. Not only did I come back the same, but now I feel even faster, stronger, and know my vertical has improved along with that. Because I’m skinnier, something that I had instead of strength was speed and high athleticism. I improved every aspect of those traits, and give all the credit to the whole process and therapy I had for my knee. Justin was who I worked with, and during the beginning of my process, he started working with me after my old Physical Therapist was no longer working for the Lincoln Park business/office. From day one, I felt like I was working harder, progressing faster, and was making more improvements in a short amount of time. It was a lot if hard work. It was a long process that sat me out for months. But now I truly feel like I have never been healthier on my left knee. I could go all day, but everything about the people who are in that building really make you feel happy to be there. From the therapists all the way to people working at the front desk. The staff there have a really good attitude every single day, and it makes you feel motivated to get to work. Words can’t describe how thankful I am for having Fyzical as the place I went every Monday and Wednesday. And again, Justin was who I worked with. He was not only a great therapist, but a great person. I give him all of the credit for my progression and recovery. The other Therapists there were also great as well. Everybody there is committed to their jobs.

Had sessions with Clayton & Keith too—also great. If I ever need PT again (hoping not!) I’ll only consider Fyzical. Best PT experience ever, and I’ve had therapy quite a few times!

I worked with Keith who was not only extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he was great to talk to while performing all of my exercises. My neck and jaw issues are greatly improved and I look forward to using what I learned from Keith to continue improving my mobility. Although I didn't have a ton of interaction with the wonderful woman working the front desk, you can tell they keep the place running while keeping a smile on their faces. Highly recommend!

I worked with Heather for almost six months on a shoulder injury (which can often take much longer than that to resolve) and she was great. She was incredibly flexible, adapting the daily plan to fit my pain levels, making sure my various doctors had the information they needed, and getting creative with telehealth during the pandemic. I'd absolutely recommend Heather and the team. Thanks again!
