Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience working with John and staff at Resolve Physio! I came in for elbow pain associated with rock climbing that had been getting increasingly worse for around 1 year. After going through a number of sessions my pain was improving and I was able to be sent with a maintenance plan to hopefully resolve my elbow pain in full. I really appreciated being able to continue doing the exercises at home vs. continue coming in for PT. John was great in working with my schedule, answering all of my questions along the way and noted that I could reach out anytime if I have any questions or wanted to come back in for a check in. Last, but certainly not least, Tugger, the office therapy dog, is just a delight to see each apt. Will continue to go to Resolve Physio if I have any future PT needs. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: I had friends who referred me to Resolve Physio when I experienced a pinched nerve. The atmosphere of the practice was really warm and comfortable, and everyone was so kind. I appreciated how quickly Meg got in touch with me to schedule an appointment, and I had a great experience working with Brandon - he never made me feel like I was crazy or being overdramatic, which I greatly appreciated. Will be happy to refer friends here in the future and return myself for any future needs!

The folks at Resolve were able to identify the issue and provide a tailored and wise path toward healing. Without their expertise, I would not have been able to complete my race! I highly recommend Resolve – especially if you are dealing with any type of running injury. They're excellent!

Experiencia fantástica: Spencer & co. are stellar. I started experiencing a touch of runner's knee early in training for my first (walking) marathon, and I wanted to nip things in the bud before they got really bad. Spencer guided me through work which did exactly that--and which kept me going strong through 5+ hour walks as training peaked. With the foundation he helped me build, I felt better during the race and this first day of recovery than seemed remotely possible months ago. These folks know their stuff, they're all very personable, and as a bonus, they're dog lovers. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. :)

Everyone working there is super nice and personable. They were willing to work with me and my schedule. They're always willing to answer any questions I have even after I finished my therapy. I would 100% recommend someone to go here for their physical therapy.

I've been in physical therapy off and on since 2017 dealing with an old injury and several subsequent surgeries. I started working with John in 2020 - he's been my favorite PT to work with! I owe a lot of gratitute to him and his staff for helping me along my journey and finding the right plan to help get me get to where I am today. I've regained strength and function I thought I would never get back - thank you for helping me achieve that!

Experiencia fantástica: Over a year ago, I had a pretty severe groin injury after having hernia repair surgery. I wasn't sure if I could ever workout without pain again since I had seen other physical therapists who were unable to help me. I was recommended to John by a colleague of mine (who is a physical therapist herself) and I am so glad she did! John has a unique and very effective approach for groin injuries and because of that, I am now able to do things like burpees, planks, squats, deadlifts with ZERO pain. He is also such an approachable, kind, and encouraging person. I highly recommend anyone to come here! All of the physical therapists are knowledgeable and well-experienced. The office manager, Meg, is a joy to talk to. And the therapy dog, Tugger, always provides laughs around the clinic :)

Experiencia fantástica: John and his team were amazing to work with! Being very active in my late 30’s with weight training and combat sports, my body has seen its fair share of injuries and pains. John was able to address each problem as it came and helped educate me on potential causes and solutions. I’m so glad I found them when I did! Fortunately, I am pain free at the moment, but if anything happens in the future I know where to go!

Experiencia fantástica: I have had shoulder issues off and on for years that had been bothering me with increasing frequency. It got to the point where I was waking up multiple times a night from the pain. Finally, out of desperation, I searched for local PTs and Resolve popped up. The reviews were all great plus it was a walkable distance from my house. The office is small but clean and welcoming (my only gripe is it can get a little crowded with multiple concurrent clients but it's not anything that would prevent me from going back). I reached out and received a response very quickly pairing me with Brandon Bellman. Everyone here is friendly and personable and all the DPTs are incredibly knowledgeable. When I left my appointment, I had a plan and understood what Brandon diagnosed as the problem. He was very patient with all my questions and spent as much time as required to make sure I felt comfortable and understood the answers. In the midst of treatment for my shoulder, I also managed to pretty severely strain my back. He was able to fix me up with that one too. I have been able to get back to movement and working out pretty much pain free on a timeline that works for me. 10/10 would recommend Resolve and 11/10 would recommend Brandon.

Experiencia fantástica: I starting going to Resolve back in March due to pretty bad plantar fasciitis in my left foot from running. I got paired up with Brandon to help work through all my issues. I was just really frustrated with the injury because I'm a big runner and I couldn't run more than a few miles without a ton of pain. When I started with Brandon he has a really great plan from the start and I felt relieved that there was a plan to get back me to running my usual miles. It took about 2 weeks to really notice the injury was getting better and knew the plan was going to work. I had finally started getting close to beating Brandon in the toe races. I've only ever been to physical therapy one other time and there was a pretty big difference in service. Brandon gave me the freedom to slowly ramp up running throughout the process to check to see how everything is working. Most importantly he just tried to keep it loose and fun. It's never the easiest thing to work through and keeping it fun helped a ton. Now that I'm all finished up I'm really excited to get back out on the trails and get myself back into some races.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been managing, and by that I mean ignoring, Achilles pain for nearly two years. I run ultra-marathons and had accepted the discomfort as my reward for running such high mileage. I had walked by Resolve Physio almost daily and finally decided to reach out on a whim. I’m happy to say that with the help of Brandon I just completed a 100 mile race without any Achilles pain. He helped identify the specific muscles that needed strengthened, armed me with easy exercises to incorporate into my routine, and somehow convinced me to swap some running days for biking days. I really appreciated his approach of working with me instead of just telling me what to do, taking the time to explain the science behind what we were doing, and the added touch of checking in between appointments. I now feel much more prepared going into future training blocks. Also, shoutout to John for the dry-needling sessions.

Experiencia fantástica: Jake's has been great to work with! He's great at taking my lifting and sports goals into account while developing a plan to heal/strengthen my shoulder. I love the atmosphere at Resolve, too. It feels like walking into a friend's house. There have been scheduling conflicts on both ends and Meg is super quick to text and get things switched around!

Experiencia fantástica: I am so glad I found Resolve Physio because it completely solved my back problems and got me back to weight training in a short period of time. I worked with John Snyder, who is not only very friendly and welcoming (just like the rest of the staff), but also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He did an extensive evaluation of what may be causing my pain, then developed a training plan to meet my goal of getting back to weight training. I always felt so welcomed at my appointments and everyone there was so nice! I would highly recommend this place!

Experiencia fantástica: If you are looking for a highly knowledge physical therapist who will keep you moving while helping you recover at the same time, then I highly reccommend Spencer Badia with Resolve Physio. Spencer is very knowledge, and was able to diagnose and treat my neck pain. I was able to regain full range of motion within a few weeks while continuing with my regular workout routine.

Start with Meg, she will get everything started and keep up with all of the paperwork. I have had two major surgery recoveries and was totally motivated by my PT. PHD Spencer.

Experiencia fantástica: After a couple lackluster PT attempts elsewhere, I walked past the office one day and figured I would try out Resolve because it was so close to home--but at this point, I would go out of my way to see them because it's been such a wonderful experience. Working with Spencer has been great! He is thorough and thoughtful with his recommendations to work through a problem and towards a goal. His professionalism and enthusiasm have instilled confidence in me as I learn new techniques to mitigate pain and build muscle. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone. The office in general has a very welcoming atmosphere. Meg has always been ready to answer any insurance related questions, and being able to admire Tugger while doing some of the more repetitive exercises is a plus! So thankful to have found them!

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend this spot for your physical therapy needs! Exceptional trainers (shoutout to Spencer), personable customer service, and flexible scheduling. I really enjoyed working with Spencer because he helped me better understand my soccer injury and how best to treat it. He walked me through his problem solving process and also made it fun along the way. After a year and a half of dealing with the same reoccurring foot pain, I am finally back to playing soccer without any pain!

Experiencia fantástica: When I began working with Jake I was having a great deal of hip pain and shoulder pain. Everyday movement such as cooking, climbing stairs, going for walks and lifting were extremely difficult. I had little stamina. Due to rheumatoid arthritis my everyday quality of life was not what I wanted. Jake has worked miracles with me. With Jake's knowledge and skill we have worked twice a week for well over a year. He has trained me in flexibility, strength and endurance. Because of his knowledge,skills, observation and always listening I have regained much of my endurance and flexibility. Experiencia fantástica: John Snyder helped me in the past when he was at another practice. When I needed help with some injuries in order to prepare for a powerlifting meet, I was happy to see he had started his own practice. I started working with Spencer Badia earlier this year. The team at Resolve Physio really understands how to help people with sports injuries and they all have practical, applicable experience. They have taught me how to modify exercises so training can be continued without further injury. I'd recommend this team to anyone who wants to continue in their sport, or just stay healthy for everyday life, but has suffered a setback.

Experiencia fantástica: The physical therapy I have received from Spencer at Active Physical Therapy has been extremely helpful. Each of the professionals at Active are knowledgable and skillful in applying various methods of therapy for pain relief and then strengthening muscles to restore proper function. All staff are courteous, patient and encouraging. Surfaces are wiped down prior to each patient and masks are worn when appropriate. At the reception desk, Meg is welcoming and delightful. Physical therapy at Active has been effective and makes a difference in my quality of life.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve had a shoulder surgery and needed PT post surgery. Sam worked with my shoulder, he’s very attentive and committed to the work, the strengthening exercises he made me do resulted in excellent progress. Sam, Jake and all the staff are really friendly and it’s an excellent atmosphere. I’m not a believer of PT but after 2.5 months of PT with Sam at Active PT, I did change my opinion. PT really works and it gives amazing results under the supervision of right persons and i would say Active PT is one such place. Without a doubt, I would highly recommend Active PT!

Everyone is very friendly and nice and the facility is always clean and tidy. It is a smaller clinic and has a calm atmosphere, and they were able to work with my busy schedule.

I have seen several physical therapists over the years and I have never experienced the level of service I get at Active. They are also very diligent with COVID protocols, which I appreciate!

Coming to Active PT was like night and day - I learned more about my injury/body then I did in months at the other pt. You have to be willing to do the work but I could feel more confident and building strength so I could function normally. I cannot recommend Active PT enough if you want to regain your life back. I've been here for 2 separate issues and I cannot be more happy and satisfied. They've helped me fix shoulder and elbow issues and a pinched nerve in my back. Experiencia fantástica: Jake is great - he is friendly and easy to talk to, and he's not at all judgmental about the terrible shape I'm in! He's realistic about what exercises I can do at home (both for equipment and time), and he's encouraging when I'm successful with them and not at all discouraging if I have a busy week when I hardly do any. Overall the staff really make everything as easy as it could possibly be. If I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, I can just text the office number and Paige or Danielle (receptionists) will take care of it. And when I started going, they contacted my insurance to find out all the specifics of my coverage so I knew exactly what I would need to pay. I really can't think of any way that they could make things better.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to Active PT because I had to get hip surgery. As a young healthy and active person I had a really hard time accepting this fact. After surgery I had to get regular PT on top of graduate school and recovery. Not only did Jake work around my graduate school schedule but he has also helped me through the recovery process. He is positive and very knowledgeable and has helped me recover ahead of schedule! It has been such a blessing to have such great help and encouragement. Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Jake and in my opinion he is an amazing Physical Therapist. He is very keen on pushing you to your limits to maximize healing and strengthening, but in a comfortable and net positive progression. I can personally say, working with Jake really helped me progress to a point where my particular discomfort area is now very manageable. My sessions were catered to me specifically and he always made a point to check in at the beginning of each visit and make sure progress was being made. I would highly recommend Jake as a Physical Therapist.

Experiencia fantástica: Best physical therapists I have ever worked with! Missy and Leah are super knowledgeable and dedicated to their craft! They helped me recover from an elbow injury and injuries from a car accident and both issues are now resolved. Leah even helped me immensely with my squat technique. I recommend everyone I know and love to go to active PT for any physical issue, injury, or assistance with functional movements.

Experiencia fantástica: I recently injured what I thought to be my rotator cuff while I was on the road for work. After about a day I realized that my injury was actually somewhat significant and immediately emailed Dr. Leah to set up an appointment. She got me in for PT immediately. I have been working with her every week for the past five weeks and can definitely say that without her help my recovery would not have been possible. My favorite part about working with Dr. Leah is her willingness to answer every single one of my (many) questions. She spends a lot of time and energy helping me understand what's wrong with my shoulder and more importantly why the exercises, dry needling, scraping, etc will help me improve quickly and correctly. I also appreciate that Leah, and everyone at Active PT, understands that we all have different goals with our recovery. Leah's goal is not just to make my shoulder pain go away, she works diligently to ensure that I can reach my goals as an athlete and can come back better than before my injury. Also, she lets me talk to her about all of my Game of Thrones conspiracy theories... so that's cool. I cannot recommend Active PT enough. 10 stars. I had been suffering from injuries to each knee for 6 months before I finally started going to physical therapy as part of my treatment plan and my only regret is that I didn’t start going sooner. Everyone I encountered at Active PT was great and so nice. From my initial phone call to assess my injuries, to Meg at the front desk at each visit, and of course Leah Vertullo my PT. Leah was amazing. She really knows what she’s talking about and does such a great job of explaining things in a way to help you understand what’s going on with your body and how things work. She also finds creative ways to help you learn the techniques needed to help you through your recovery and beyond. She was also so encouraging and uplifting, which I needed after being unable to do the things I loved and my day to day activities had been affected for so long. Experiencia fantástica: I went to Active Physical Therapy for a broken ankle due to sports. Barely being able to walk, I started working with Dr. Leah Vertullo. After just a few visits with Leah, I was almost back to being able to run and considering playing again. Great staff and very nice location in Hilliard. Hoping I don't have to go back, but if I did I would definitely go back to Active PT. Definitely do the dry needling if it is offered for your injury, I will not go to any place that does not utilize this technique from now on.

The front office staff is fantastic and made me feel welcome from the second I walked in the door, and was always able to answer insurance/billing questions. I worked with Dr. Leah Vertullo and had such a great experience. She's brilliant and was able to get to the bottom of an injury I've been dealing with for over 10 years. My pain levels have decreased significantly over the last few months and Leah gave me the tools to continue progressing in the right direction. 10/10 would recommend.

The staff there was incredible about supporting my goals and giving me incredibly specific instruction on how to address my issues. I had gone to physical therapy before but never before have I encountered staff as knowledgeable or as professional as Dr. Mattie Betts. The front office staff was always incredibly helpful and flexible with scheduling. I am very grateful for my time at Active PT.

Experiencia fantástica: The folks at Active Physical Therapy are absolutely fantastic. In mid January I was worried I wouldn't be playing much more hockey or be doing any running this summer due to my hamstring. The injury had lingered for months without me doing anything about it. Kevin had a great plan for me with dry needling and stretches that worked wonders and in a really short period of time. I'm back to doing all the things I used to do and feeling great. This team is a great group of professionals who really know what they are doing!
