Experiencia fantástica: I have been to several Physical Therapists in the past. Usually there is a long plan of 12 to 15 visits. With Ryan it was so easy, one assessment and a couple of targeted sessions and I am pain free. I had hurt my back pretty bad to a point walking was a problem, a day after the first session I ran 2 miles. He understands what patients need and provides what is necessary. I highly recommend Ryan not just when you are in pain but also for a periodic maintenance. You can choose from a range of things from the menu and get treated. A new way of feeling better.

Experiencia fantástica: With almost 2 years of dealing with low back pain, 3 slipped discs in my back and dealing with weak wrists from 20 year old injuries that has created massive scar tissue build up with very little movement in my wrists…I knew things weren’t looking good for me. After trying many PT services, trying orthopedic surgeons and chiropractors, my result was always the same - pain! Then I met Dr. Ryan Teknipp. I can now say the answer to my prayers. When I first met Dr. T, he wanted to learn about me and my issues…really got to the heart of the problems through figuring out what my pain was, where it was and then dealing with it. He was able to give me great instruction and I took everything he have me with complete seriousness and motivation to get better. I was always against pain meds and surgery and that was my only resort with all the other chatter from the people I saw prior to Dr. T! He have me a fresh look on the possibility to teach my body to heal itself! It worked. After the first 2 weeks of being with him my back pains started to disappear, I have incorporated all his advice 6 months later and have not had any issues and continue to train in BJJ regularly! We are currently attacking my wrist pains and they are much better considering how weak and painful they were when I started seeing him! If you are serious about getting your body right and taking care of it like you should, there is NO ONE more motivated to help you to do it the right way than Dr. T. Just remember what he teaches you is not all him but you as well! You have to have the right mindset to improve and put in 100% effort with all that he shows you. Experiencia fantástica: So after sleeping wrong a couple nights my neck had some pain right on the spine. I searched and found Dr. Ryan. He was very quick to respond and I set up an Appointment. After talking with him he recommended some dry needle acupuncture. I was a little hesitant but he reassured me it wouldn’t hurt and it would help. He was Right.! It didn’t hurt at all and after about 10-15 min he was done and the pain in my neck was gone. Thank you so much Dr. Ryan.!! I’ll definitely be going back for his help again.!

From the initial post surgery assessment after full knee replacement Chanel explained each step & reassured me of attainable gains if I put in the work. She is patient but persistent in following a complete program of exercises. When I needed encouragement or a push—she knew what was necessary and addressed my needs ensure progress. Recognizing a clients needs and addressing them is critical because knee surgery is so different for each of us according to nurses, the surgeon and PTs. I’d request Chanel again-no question!!

She properly diagnosed a problem I was having, which was later completely confirmed by an xray after an accident I had. I was, and still am, amazed that she was so attentive to what my problems were that she could see exactly what was happening even without an xray. She is extremely helpful and I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Experiencia fantástica: I have had two knee surgeries in the past year and continue to deal with pain and lack of mobility despite months of PT previously. Ryan has provided many exercises and therapies that were not part of my previous PT experiences. Dry needling has been extremely beneficial. I have seen a dramatic improvement in mobility and pain and have only had a few visits. Many of the stretches and exercises he provides can be done at home (obviously this requires personal motivation) and he said his goal is to get his clients to a point that they no longer need therapy. Being in the medical field myself, this approach is rare! Please give Ryan an opportunity to help you get back to the physical abilities you desire.

Experiencia fantástica: Ryan is great. I’ve been seeing Ryan for post-surgery shoulder physical therapy. He’s knowledgeable and personable. Vine Performance Therapy is a small and focused practice that allows for individual attention. I appreciate that I was the only patient being seen at a time. It's nice to have that undivided attention rather than being one of many people being treated by the same therapist at the same time. Ryan works with you to make sure you are progressing and returning to “good as new”. I didn’t feel like I was given a “generic program” that all patients with my condition receive. He listens to how I feel, my concerns, and my questions thoughtfully and worked with me to achieve my goals. During my sessions, Ryan uses techniques that are different than what I would complete during my home plan. He uses technics that give you the benefit of high-intensity training to increases muscle fatigue and muscle activation thus helping to maintain and/or increase muscle strength. Because of surgery, I wasn’t able to lift heavy weights, so completing exercises using this therapy allowed the same benefits but at a lower weight. I look forward to my visits because I know they will make me get better, I was sent home with exercises and knowledge to help with continued improvement. This has been a great experience. So, if you’re looking for a place where the therapist cares about you and your improvement Ryan and Vine Performance Therapy is the place for you.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ryan came highly recommended from a colleague and I'm so happy I went to him. He easily identified my initial problem and is continuing to help me improve strength imbalances that might contribute to injury. I love that he is up-to-date on the latest technologies and uses tools that help expedite gains and quantify progress -- no more guessing if you're getting stronger, he can literally tell you what percentage you've improved. Even though he is an independent provider and I have to pay out of pocket, I feel his knowledge and efficiency are well worth the cost.

Experiencia fantástica: Both Kevin and Ryan are amazing physical therapists. I worked with Kevin after an unfortunate series of events after shoulder surgery (car accident) and was diagnosed with frozen shoulder. He was able to get my arm moving again surprisingly quickly, which decreased my pain by a lot. Kevin is gentle and did not jerk my shoulder around needlessly, which I have had done at other centers.

Experiencia fantástica: This is the first physical therapist I have been to as an adult, and I was blown away by how comfortable Ryan made me feel. He spent a really decent chunk of time with me, testing out what needed to be improved upon and gave me the exact exercises I need to help my issues - never making me feel rushed. Another thing I really appreciate is the accessibility of using the app to remind myself of the exersises I need to do (with videos just in case I need reminders) to keep my regiment going. I recommended his services to two of my close friends already, and I would recommend going to him to anyone, honestly. He is a very kind person, who actually knows what he is doing, who made me feel like I was hanging out with an old friend (it was the least awkward doctors appointment I have ever been to), and at the end of the appointment made sure I felt taken care of and ready to go out into the world with the knowledge I need to improve my mobility! Overall great experience. 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: This is PT unlike any I’ve done before. They provide personalized treatment that actually addresses the issue. Every where else I’ve been just gives a list of exercises then sends you on your way. Here they review how your body is moving to help identify weakness or imbalances and will actually take the time to help. I’ve haven’t been to PT that has been this knowledgeable before either. During a session I had a reoccurring shoulder discomfort flare up and Kevon was able to get it to stop almost immediately. I’ve used to just deal with it but he showed me the possible causes and how to handle it. Hasn’t been an issue since. If you’re a serious athlete or weight lifter, I highly recommend going here for a check up even if you don’t have an injury. You’d be amazed how the smallest correction can change an entire lift. The extra services like dry needling and cupping are a bonus too.

Experiencia fantástica: Ryan is amazing! I came to him with a serious muscular injury in my Quad and in a short period of time he had me fully back in operation. He performed extensive soft tissue work and helped regain my full range of motion. I highly recommend him if you are looking to perform at a high capacity and want a person who cares about your health and well being. I have been injured before and have worked with several physical therapists and I have never had someone as caring and knowledgeable as Ryan.

Experiencia fantástica: Even though my daughter was out of the age range that Ryan is used to treat patients, he was happy to evaluate her case and see if he would be able to treat her. After a detailed assessment, we agreed on starting treatment. He provided us with an individualized “homework” which can be tracked as we post our progress for him to see. Ryan is super friendly, highly committed to his patients and very professional. Getting to Vine was the best thing that could have happened to us.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been experiencing pain in my hip for almost two months and visit to my chiropractor didn’t get me anywhere. Ryan’s facility is set up in the gym I workout at so I stopped in one afternoon and asked for his opinion. After he was able to describe to me what was going on without even giving much detail it was a no brainer to immediately start treatment with him. I couldn’t be happier with how quickly my rehabilitation progressed and the almost immediately relief of pain. I recommend Ryan and his team to anyone needing physical therapy, dry needling, or any rehab needs.

Ryan did an excellent job at checking the areas that I was having issues with, giving me stretches/excersises to help said issues, and explaining what he was doing, and why, the whole way through. He was very professional, but still kept it interesting and relaxed. And I really like the idea of a 6 month checkup, to see how the progress has been going. I'll definitely be looking into signing up for that.
