Experiencia fantástica: 18 visits of work hardening and I'm arguably in better shape than when I was injured. While the team at Novacare is knowledgeable, friendly and engaging, heir facility has a 4 foot deep therapy pool that's kept at 93 degrees to aid in recovery, and that's a great way to end a three hour workout and job simulation. Don't forget you get out of it what you put in though, show up and do your best and they'll help you get where you need to be.

This is what begins your Great Experience here at NovaCare Rehabilitation. Give them a handclap , they do indeed deserve this. The rest is in the care of your Skilled and Professional Therapists, who are oh, so nice and committed to see you get the technical skills that are compatible, comparable to your level of pain per the application process you filled out prior to your care. Everything is done in the utmost clean and safe walking area, which is a clean, warming, filtered pool, with its solutions to keep ALL safe. I must say, before I went into the pool, and began my exercises with Steven, I was in a great deal of pain. Afterwards, I felt Exhilarating!!! It didn't last long...but, I cannot wait until my next scheduled date! Color me Happy !

They both encourage and challenge you. The place is also spotlessly clean and they adhere to covid protocols, which is a Good Thing!

Experiencia fantástica: I have tried other physical therapy land and water aquatic elsewhere before attending Nova Care. I was very pleased after attending therapy with Nova Care. I felt I was progressing and feeling better physically after seeing them for 3 months. Comparing to my other physical therapy sessions elsewhere, Nova Care was the most effective and productive for me. It was like they zoned into where the kinks were in my body and made a realistic action plan. Staff is very friendly and professional from the time I walk in to the time I leave. Experiencia fantástica: I was referred by my neurologist to try PT for my chronic migraines and neck pain, I chose this NovaCare location because it’s close to my home. The staff are so friendly and helpful. I’ve attended most of my sessions after the Ohio stay-at-home order was lifted. This facility is spotless, all patients and staff are required to wear masks, hand washing before appointment starts, and staff sanitizes all surfaces after each client. I work with many of the Physical Therapists and PT assistants at NovaCare. At first I was confused why I always had a different therapist, but they communicate well with each other and enter extensive notes in the computer. Each of them have so much knowledge and compassion for the patients, I’m very thankful for all they’ve done for me. I’ve learned a lot, and have seen a decrease in my pain levels. I highly recommend this location!

Experiencia fantástica: I've needed physical therapy a few times in my adult life. The first two times I went to NovaCare. The third time I went to another place that was a little more convenient, and boy was that a big mistake. After some really bad sessions I ended up going back to NovaCare. The therapists that work there are great. They know what they need to do to fix you but they also listen to your individual needs and make sure that the plan they are coming up with will work for you. They have great hours and the staff is always really fun to work with...even at 7 in the morning. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for some physical therapy.

I learned a lot from the therapist I worked with. for the 4 weeks I attended I was able to get back on track with my daily workout routine. Another thing is that, staff were very friendly, and patient with me. they took time to listen. I will defiantly recommend this location.

It’s not hard to notice the individual care that you are getting, but the care and attention that each individual receives at this facility. My hat is off to the staff of NovaCare! Rehabilitation was not something I was looking forward to, but the individual care and expertise are beyond my expectations...

Fun to have Aqua Therapy and be able to talk to other patients and staff, they make the hard work and struggle much more fun! Easy to get to from 270 if coming from the outer belt, super close to Westerville and 161 area too.
