Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure of working with Kaydee Sloan, who was instrumental in helping me regain my range of motion following a radial head fracture injury to my arm. I also just so happened to be 8 months pregnant at the time, and Kaydee was very sensitive to my situation and able to create a PT schedule and plan that would work quickly and with my already busy work schedule to expedite my recovery. By the time my baby arrived, I had full use of my arm to be able to take care of my newborn and myself as I recovered from delivery. I cannot say enough good things about Kaydee's professionalism, expertise, and overall kind and caring demeanor. It is obvious she loves what she does, and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been in physical therapy for various injuries at many different facilities, most of them outpatient, many times over the past 7 years. Anyone who has done this kind of legwork, or suffers from chronic illness, knows it takes time and a process of elimination to find the right physical therapist that will take time to fully understand your body and limitations. One who doesn’t just check boxes and stays with you until the problem is solved. I am ecstatic to report I’ve finally found this place in the team at Vista!! Especially Meg McCormick, she is hands down the best, most patient and intelligent physical therapist I’ve ever worked with! Raven, Caitlyn, and Zach are all incredible contributors to the fantastic experience Vista creates for their patients. Always making sure you’re doing the right things and bringing a comedic edge to things. 5 stars would highly recommend !!!

Not only do their rehab programs get you back to where you need to be, but the attention and treatment from this team is unsurpassed! I love it here and highly recommend them!

The entire office is awesome and friendly. Kaydee (sp) is also great to work with. I can honestly say they make me look forward to coming to get physical therapy. Experiencia fantástica: I had a partial knee replacement a few weeks ago in early 2022 and did not have a preference for where to do PT except it had to be closed to the office. I picked Vista that is a few blocks away. As I slowly realized the importance of PT to rehabilitate, I am relying on Dr Sloan to get my knee back in to full motion. She is doing an extraordinary job and I think i will be back running soon so i can go on with my life. Everyone is very professional there and care about us getting better.

I’ve been to a few PT joints before and must compliment Vista, which at the time was Southwest Sports and Spine Katy Trail. Raven at the front desk is a delight and was outstanding getting me all set up from my first appointment to the last. Kaydee was my therapist. Her comprehension of what I needed to get back on track was mind blowing all while exhibiting patience which I greatly appreciated. The overall vibe was a friendly atmosphere and I definitely recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Really enjoy going to PT @ SW Sports & Spine Katy Trail. Great physical therapists put me on a rehab program that has helped my recovery from hip replacement surgery. Nice facility; professional staff...all in all I'd highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Have been going to Southwest Sports and Spine for physical therapy twice/week for back and neck issues, as prescribed by my surgeon. Given the severity of my condition, I really had doubts that physical therapy could even benefit me at all. I must say that I am very impressed with the results I have already seen in less than a month. Tim and the rest of the staff are very competent, personable, conscientious and thorough. They are absolutely awesome to work with and give me the personalized attention I expect when seeing a medical professional. I actually look forward to my visits and enjoy all of the work we are doing to build my core. I strongly recommend Tim as a physical therapist but enjoy working with Kaylee and Aldridge as well.

I've been going to SS&S for about six weeks now and have not had anything but the best interactions and experiences. The entire team is incredibly kind, accommodating and knowledgeable. The facility is very clean and super convenient for anyone working downtown. I love Meg and Rachael, they have been awesome and I could not recommend this place any more.

Experiencia fantástica: I was recommended to see Meg McCormick for my back and leg. I was in so much pain and could barely walk. She made me feel completely comfortable from day one, and told me not to worry. She has practically seen everything and was able to diagnose me within the first hour. She was even kind enough to answer my calls and emails when I was stressing. I wasn’t able to walk for over a month, and after 2 visits and with her exercises and help, I was back on my feet in less than a month. Crossing my fingers :) I will be back to see her to continue my physical therapy very soon. I highly recommend her and the staff was great.
