Experiencia fantástica: I went to visit a friend. When I entered the lobby the receptionist was very friendly, and happily assisted me in signing in. When I went upstairs I was greeted by the front desk nurse, and she too was were friendly. And the facility was very clean.

Experiencia fantástica: I feel welcome as soon as I come through the front door. The staff is extremely nice and easy to work with. My mother was hesitant to come, but has been getting the therapy she needs and she loves it.

Experiencia positiva: Rooms are spacious and halls are quiet. Staff seemed nice. My grandmother said someone on the staff kinda handled her rough at night when she couldn’t turn quickly and made the comment that handicapped people turn over better than her. She’s about to be 90 in 2 months for Gods sake. She couldn’t remember her name and only saw her once. I don’t like that and will make sure to ask her if she ever has her as an aid again. Don’t think because a person is aged that their mind is gone. ***dallas location ***

Experiencia fantástica: Patient care is the number one focus, nursing, therapy and activities. They are all phenomenal. I have never seen so many employees that genuinely care about everyone and provide amazing patient care and customer service. Shayla provided a great tour that sealed the deal for my family. They're a smaller company that was built on morals and ethics, and prides themselves on patient care. I would highly recommend this facility whether you're looking for short term rehab or long term care. Take a tour and meet the staff, you will be impressed.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place! I was amazed with how professional, clean and respectful everyone here was with my family and I’s experience here. The food was always on time, it was always warm when it got to my father. Physical therapy was awesome and not to mention the admin team was super nice! Would highly recommend this place to anyone and their loved ones.

Experiencia fantástica: The Rehab and Wellness Center is a building surrounded with a caring staff. The teams of Nurses, CNA’s, Therapy and the Management team are all amazing. Team work at its finest.

Experiencia fantástica: I am writing this review on behalf of a current patient of the Rehab & Wellness Center who is discharging from the facility soon....."This place is absolutely amazing, mostly because of the new Administrator. Forget all of the old reviews you read on here because there's a new "sheriff" n town and her #1 priority is you as a Resident. I am now spending my 7th month here and I can tell you everything you would want to know. Is the Rehab & Wellness Center of Dallas perfect? Not even close but guess what, neither am I nor you. The nursing staff aims to please , they truly care about your well being and your comfort. Im endorsing this facility for you to place your loved ones here because they will be in good hands & well cared for. Trust me, I don't take this endorsement lightly, as I know the importance & trustworthiness you expect for your loved ones. I would have no problem placing my grandmother here if it came to that, HANDS DOWN!! I lived in another skilled nursing facility for 2 1/2 yrs prior to coming here & let me tell you I was told that ALL nursing home food was the same, horrible, nasty stuff. However, nothing could be father from the truth, as James is the manager of the kitchen & demands nothing less than perfection. This food could be considered 'gourmet' compared to where I came from. Seriously, I am a food connoisseur & I am very please with what they serve the residents here and they give you several choices to select from for all 3 meals. If your thinking of placing you significant other or a dearly loved family member here let me put your mind at ease, DO IT!. Experiencia fantástica: They have the most involved, wonderful, and caring Physical Therapy department we have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every patient, and I mean EVERY patient, gets the equipment they need BECAUSE the doctors and therapists take the time to process all the tedious paperwork necessary to get high-end custom devices. 10/10!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife stayed here for rehabilitation. The staff were courteous and very helpful. Had a couple or room repairs that were taken care of the days they were found. My wife had a menu with multiple items to choose from for 3 meals a day. They interfaced with her surgeon, and got her to her appointments on time. We got a room that I could stay in and I was offered a menu to eat from both for free, which was great because we are from Seattle. A great group of people. Thanks for making our stay in Dallas easier.

Experiencia fantástica: It was really great I was on the second floor. The nursing staff was awesome. I would like to add all of the employees from the cleaning crew to the administrator "Kevin" deserve an applause from the CEO,president or whom ever is the big boss. I really miss the helpers,assisting the nurses and the folks in the physical therapy area you have the very best therapists Alexis Coffey is the only ones name that I can remember of all the folks that work there.I also would like the nursing staff to have knowledge of how great and awesome I think that they are Michelle on weekends did such a great job for somebody that hadn't been there that long Kevin you should be really proud of your staff.

Experiencia fantástica: The changes that have happened in this building over the last year are phenomenal. The staff is so caring and friendly and truly care about the patients and the facility. It's unfortunate that previous issues continue to affect this facilities star rating. I'm very proud of the current staff and am happy and excited to return to work every day!

Experiencia fantástica: Like the state itself, this facility has a HUGE heart. The staff here is warm, compassionate and is always smiling. The halls are spotless and the rooms are immaculate and welcoming. As far as the orthopedic rehab program is concerned, you need to walk (don't run, but ,you will be)right over there and tell them I referred you. If I could give a sixth star, I would.
