Experiencia fantástica: Eric and his staff run the best business that I’ve seen in a long time! Everyone knows you by name and work as a team during your PT session! The MedBridge exercise app that Eric setup with all my exercises was extremely useful while exercising at home! He consistently evaluates how you’re feeling and comes up with new and different exercises to help you work through and manage your injury! My neck and mid-back has totally recovered! EXCELLENT job Eric and staff!

His gentle, kind manner, and his thoroughness in working through many exercises was so helpful. I may still need to undergo surgery on my right rotator cuff. If I do, I'll look forward to working with Tabor again. His kindness and pleasant demeanor throughout the whole process was very encouraging. It's a difficult job helping people work through pain. Colette and the staff at 3DPT not only helped me heal and strengthen physically, but they were so incredibly kind and supportive too. Also, it cannot be said enough...Colette is a HEALER! Experiencia fantástica: My experience at 3DPT has been excellent in every way. Truthfully, I’m not even sure where to begin. My profession requires me to be on my feet all day and as you can imagine, breaking my foot is quite an obstacle to overcome. Hobbling in on a freshly repaired shattered calcaneus, I shuffled into 3DPT down on my luck and in hoping that maybe I’d be able to regain a sense of normalcy by the conclusion of my time there. Six screws and a plate in your foot make you begin to wonder how normal your new normal might be. My fears were quickly quelled after meeting the staff that would oversee my rehabilitation. Casey Acosta is my primary therapist and she is second to none. She is constantly supportive. Moreover, her natural instincts towards her patients needs and her ability to push you when you need a gentle nudge shows that she has the natural intuition it takes to get the most out of your time together. She has made this pain-staking process something to look forward to rather than a chore. I see improvement in myself every day, and that’s because of her and the entire staff at 3DPT. More on that, I’d like to highlight how much they care. You show up on the 6th floor with a smile and hello from Emma (Who deals with my constant “I’ll be late” calls). Ensly or Emily then get you warmed up on the treadmill and we get to work. Every single time you’re greeted with positive attitudes that tell you “we’re going to fix this today.” I don’t just appreciate 3DPT for the results that I’ve had, but also for the relationships that I feel I’ve made. Eric, Ciera, Brandt- the entire staff remembers your name and makes you feel like you’ve been part of the family from the beginning. You will get bombarded with positivity, you will have fun conversations, you will find yourself excited about the painful work that you’re about to put in. You, like myself, might find yourself walking in with a grimace and leaving with an ear-to-ear grin. Calling 3DPT was the best choice I could’ve made after my worst injury to date. Give them a call. Being the first time going through physical therapy/recovery from surgery I was very nervous about this process . The team at 3D was great at communicating what was expected of me and showing me various exercises to complete to expedite the process. The team strived every day to make a connection with myself and other patients and led from a place of empathy. I truly felt apart of the family and am extremely grateful. During a process that is otherwise overwhelming they did a test job in providing direction and little goals I could focus on to my overall recovery. While any rehabilitation process is a direct reflection of the input made by the patient, it doesn’t hurt to have some friendly members of the 3D team on your side to help you with your goals!

She encourages my daughter and keeps her laughing each visit. This makes her road of recovery to play again so much more easier. Cierra is not just a great doctor but she plays volleyball like my daughter so she understands her commitment and motivation to play again. We are so blessed and lucky to have CIERRA as her physical therapist.. Best therapist ever !

Experiencia fantástica: I went to Carrel Clinic Physical Therapy before my Knee surgery, and 3D is much better. The attention is more personalized and kind. They receive you always on time and they give you extra time to recover. While in Carrel you always wait and last less than an hour. The equipment is newer and cleaner at 3D. It is easy to park and get to the Therapy. I am glad that I changed.

Brandt Gros, PT, DPT masterfully led his team and helped get my arthritic knee into shape and pain free in 8 weeks. It was my first time having physical therapy and it was hard work but a delightful and fun experience because the staff were professional, attentive and caring. After suffering a major shoulder injury that destroyed my rotator cuff and severed my bicep in 2019, I tried a couple of other clinics with moderate success. Then the pandemic hit and sidetracked my progress. A friend recommended 3DPT when he used them for his shoulder rehab - I am glad I listened to him. Eric and Casey take the time to understand your situation and trailer your PT specifically to your needs. The personal attention is something I didn’t receive at the other clinics I tried before - I feel like they genuinely care about you and your progress. They are professional and friendly, and really push you to be your best. Plus, the rest of the team (Sandy, Emily, Enzo) is a pleasure to work with, making the experience as enjoyable as PT can be. :-)

Experiencia fantástica: 3DPT is the absolute best! I went there for help with my arthritic knee, hoping to be able to avoid knee replacement surgery. Colette Wall, at the Douglas and Sherry Lane location, is incredible! With her help, I am now walking without pain, and have gained a lot of strength. Colette is so knowledgeable and she actually makes physical therapy fun! The entire staff is professional and works so well as a team. Their patients are all ages, elementary students to seniors, and 3DPT has a way of making everyone feel welcome and special. I have recommended Colette to several of my friends. Without a doubt, she is the best!

Experiencia fantástica: I'm going to 3D PT for a torn ACL and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. I've interacted with many of the employees but have mostly been working with Casey. She really takes the time to get to know you and will challenge you in a good way. She's good at what she does and doesn't make you feel like a number like many other healthcare interactions I've had at other places. In fact, the whole staff is that way from Emma at the front desk who is kind and always greets you by name and with a smile to the rest of the team I've met - Eric, Ensley, Noah, and Brandt. It's refreshing to know that a high degree of competence and stellar customer service still exist. I can't recommend 3D PT highly enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I just finished my stint at 3D Physical Therapy and highly recommend them! After having shoulder surgery on my dominant arm, I was ready to get some motion and strength back. Ciera worked diligently with me through some rough pain days to reach goals and make big gains! Her and her colleagues had smiles and determination on their faces, even for my 7 am appointments. If I ever need PT again, that’s where I’ll head back to!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Katie was AMAZING!! I went for lower back issues twice a week March-June, and was so pleasantly surprised with how much I learned about my injury/body. Massive help in getting to be pain-free. Very thorough, listened and adjusted treatment as needed, and really felt invested in my success. The staff was AWESOME!! From the front desk to the techs, it was truly a pleasant experience, even if the actual work was tough sometimes. ;) Grateful grateful to have been referred to Dr. Katie!! 10/10.

Experiencia fantástica: I'm a 26 year old with a herniation at L5-S1. The original injury happened back in November of 2018 and kept me from doing everyday activities - I couldn't walk through a grocery store without severe pain and definitely couldn't carry anything. I've been going to physical therapy at 3DPT for about a year now and it has truly been one of the best experiences. I even cancelled a planned artificial disc replacement surgery due to the progress I was making. Ciera is the best PT I've ever had (and I tried four other PTs in Dallas before finding her). Even though I had done PT at other places, she introduced me to numerous new exercises that have helped tremendously. She also spends the time to make sure your muscles are getting the treatment they need. At the end of each session, she uses what I call a "butter knife" on my back. Idk what it really is, but it does WONDERS!! She really cares about her patients and it's clear her only goal is to help them. I don't write a lot of google reviews, but the team at 3DPT deserves nothing but the highest of praises! They have given me my every day life back... I can walk with friends, do normal errands, ride on planes and finally get some exercise! IF YOU HAVE ANY BACK PAIN -- GO TO CIERA (but don't steal my 7 am appointments)!

Experiencia fantástica: I had my left meniscus repaired last year, and attended physical therapy at the same clinic that performed the surgery (supposedly the best in Dallas). The experience was fine, but mainly sterile and non-descript. I had a second meniscus surgery on my other knee ~6 weeks ago, and a friend recommended that I go to 3D Physical Therapy and work with physical therapist, Brandt Gros. The experience was exceptional — from the moment I walked in the lobby, to the very professional but uncommonly friendly atmosphere created by every single employee — made my forced march of physical therapy something I looked forward to every visit. Can’t say enough about how knowledgeable Brandt Gros was and about how much he truly seemed to care about my progress.

Experiencia fantástica: 3DPT IS AMAZING! My knee was really hurting but Hilary over at 3DPT helped me out! The staff is super nice (all of them) and the facilities are great. I have worked in a PT clinic and have seem subpar PT gyms. This one is amazing. Go here if you want to actually get better.

Experiencia fantástica: I was nervous about starting physical therapy but the staff made me feel very comfortable right from the start. I feel my main physical therapist really cares and she does her extra homework to try to figure out ways to help me. I also appreciate how she contacted my doctors and opened up communication. I like how other staff members check in on me, too, when they are nearby. They even laugh at my jokes! I’m grateful to be here.

Experiencia fantástica: 3DPT has been sort of a second home for me the past two years. I started going there to get relief for my upper back and arm pain. Then, I had a hairline fracture and the orthopedic surgeon suggested PT for 2 months but I got well within a month. The entire staff at the Oak Lawn location work as a unit. They all help the patients. Though they do have a specific person for each patient, all of them are friendly, professional, and good at what they do. I have had such a good experience that I would recommend this place to anyone who needs PT.

Experiencia fantástica: Top notch restorative physical therapy. My PT, Hilary, has helped me recover total function after 2 major surgeries. She worked me hard, but with care and compassion. The entire office was supportive and friendly. I have been to other PTs before, but frankly they just haven’t had the same level of competence. The overall vibe of the office is really good. I always felt positive after leaving there. I would highly recommend 3DPT to anyone who needs help physically. I am so grateful that I found them when I needed help. Just an AWESOME experience!

Experiencia fantástica: 3D PT is amazing. Katie was my physical therapist and she was awesome. She is so encouraging, understanding and helpful and would definitely recommend her. She gave me hope during my therapy that I would not have to suffer with neck and shoulder tension 24/7 and that there was something I could do about it. She also does dry needling which helped me so much for the chronic tension in my shoulders. Her techs are all very nice and helpful and the front desk staff are very friendlyq and professional!

This clinic is a tremendous physical therapy clinic of the highest caliber, and it has been a great resource in my pain recovery. Dr. Ciera Morris is the best physical therapist I have ever worked with; she is professional, attentive, detail-oriented, and well-educated and experienced in a variety of exercises and therapy techniques. Further, all of the other physical therapists, techs, and staff members are extremely kind and helpful. The ladies at the front desk are incredible and were always one step ahead of me in regard to scheduling and working with my insurance (Tricare). I am grateful for my experience here, and I truly wish every doctor's office were like 3DPT!

Experiencia fantástica: This is by far the best physical therapy facility in Dallas in my opinion and I have received treatment at quite a few for different issues. The clinic is spotless and well organized, with plenty of space and huge picture windows on two sides with views of Oak Lawn. The therapists, however, are the most impressive difference. Extremely qualified, they seem to genuinely care that their patients recover as well as possible. I worked with Hilary O'Connor, PT, DPT, recently to regain strength and mobility after shoulder surgery. She helped me immensely. This was my second rotator cuff repair on this shoulder as well as bicep tendon surgery and a shattered humerus. I was having a great deal of pain, particularly at night, as well as limited ability to perform daily activities. I'd already been treated for this at another very reputable facility with limited success. Lack of sleep and a really weak arm/shoulder forced me to look for help elsewhere. I am so happy I did and so fortunate to have found Hilary! It has taken awhile but I am doing much better. She has taken time to really figure out why I was having so much difficulty and constantly tweaked my program to reflect progress along the way. Initially, I was going to the clinic for therapy but it was changed during quarantine to individual online sessions. I was initially skeptical but it worked well and was amazingly beneficial. Hilary insured I had detailed exercise instruction for days I was in between virtual sessions, as well as pictures and a video. She was accessible - I could text her when I had questions. All around, it was a very positive experience and if I need therapy for anything else, I will be back! If you need PT, this is the place! Ask for Hilary!

In every way the staff was knowledgeable and promote in their interactions with me. The therapy seemed to make the surgery and the rehab go smoothly. Just to mention one name, Eric Williams, who was professional and courteous with me. I can readily recommend this Therapy Center for anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I have TMJ and was referred to 3DPT by my dentist, and now 5 weeks later, I am very happy with the results. Hilary was fabulous throughout the process; she is very experienced and helpful! Her plan was organized and effective as I saw gradual improvements each week. She also explained the issue with my jaw really well so I could understand how each exercise was contributing to improving my jaw pain. Additionally, the entire staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. I'm really glad I chose 3DPT, after 5 weeks I feel so much better!

Experiencia fantástica: I have gone to 3dpt to work on 2 shoulders / rotator cuff items and a hip injury. The service and help I received have been terrific. My PT has been Brittany- and I highly recommend her. She was always looking for new and varied exercises to keep it interesting. And helped me figure out adjustments to exercises that I could do at home rather than being wed to a gym. They send you home with videos of the exercises (not simply print outs). This is critical as it is hard to remember all of them and the form. I have referred friends here. Highly recommend....

Experiencia fantástica: I had to go to physical therapy twice within the last year. My physician recommended that I try 3DPT, because they’re close by and she has heard from other patients that they’re good. So I tried. The first time with my shoulder - they diagnosed me very accurately and gave me all the help I needed. After a few weeks I was back at the swimming pool and tennis courts (I should mention that it was bothering me so much, I thought I’m going to need a surgery). It was like a miracle! When my knee started hurting some time later, I didn’t think twice - I knew if I go to 3DPT, they’ll do their best to help. And again, they didn’t disappoint. I am especially grateful to Ned for helping me with my shoulder and Matias for leading the PT of my knee. But the truth is, these people all work as a team, so really a big, big thank you to the whole crew! Finally, I should also mention that whenever I have to do anything requiring the use of my medical insurance, somehow there’s always trouble... not with 3DPT though! I had paperwork problems again and they solved all the misunderstandings with my insurer right away. So again, really, the whole 3DPT crew is super friendly and really good at what they do. And last but not least, it’s just a pleasure to go there - everyone is super nice and genuinely interested in helping you get back to health!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the second time I've been to 3D Physical Therapy and the staff is always knowledgeable and supportive. I highly recommend them. The first time was 2015 after a knee replacement and now in 2020 with sciatica, they were able to help me regain any of the loss of mobility and reduction of pain through simple regular exercises. I feel stronger and better as a result and have recommended Grady's team to others. Each person has always followed up with positive comments.

Hilary gave me undivided attention - something I'd missed at other PT facilities. Her program really pushed and motivated me, and in two months I was 100% better. She's excellent! Experiencia fantástica: I couldn't be happier with the physical therapy my daughter received at 3DPT. My high school aged daughter was diagnosed with a pain syndrome that eventually had her walking with a cane. Her initial injury from months before had healed but the overall pain in her leg had gotten worse. We had been to two other PT places but they were not working on the neurological aspect of her pain at those places and so she was not getting better. The office staff really works with your schedule. Emma is fantastic - super personable - she was actually the initial reason we chose to come to 3DPT! They got us in quickly and we were able to schedule later evening appointments that were convenient for us. Our therapist, Kyle Larsen, really listened to our concerns and developed a course of treatment that was specific to her situation. He worked with her on strength training therapy along with nerve/neurological specific therapy and over the course of about 5 weeks she is now walking regularly without her cane and with very little pain. She has a home plan that she is continuing and we are confident that she will be completely pain free in the near future. I can't recommend 3DPT highly enough for pain therapy. Office staff is friendly - Easy to get an appointment that fits your schedule - Plenty of free parking - Fantastic therapists - Very reasonably priced. Thank you 3DPT!

Physical therapy is no fun and can be very painful so It's important to connect with your physical therapist. All other staff I have had the pleasure of meeting have been great as well.
