Experiencia fantástica: My first time to have physcial therapy and Austin Mcgehee was of great help! He showed me how to do various stretches and exercises. He emailed me really good pictures with explanation of those exercises so I could be sure to do them properly. Austin also performed active release to get more movement from my left arm. On top of all of that, Austin listens, asked good questions of me and has such a nice personality. Grateful how the Lord blessed me to have physical therapy with Austin at Vista. Also, the staff at the front desk are very nice.

Experiencia fantástica: Upon the recommendation of some friends, I chose Southwest Sports and Spine for the rehabilitation of my shoulder earlier this year. I was matched with Chelsea Petska for the pt work, and from the very first session, I could tell I was in the hands of a fine young professional. Here is a portion of the appreciation I sent Chelsea: "I am so grateful to you for all the expertise you have brought to helping my shoulder improve, as well as for your warm gracious presence and good humor. You have a great gift for explaining the workings of the body and how to tell what's harmful as opposed to what's simply temporary discomfort, and as important as all this is that you have never been ageist in your speech or approach. You have been a great match for me!!" Moreover, the women at the front desk are personable, accommodating, and efficient. I have already recommended SS&S to others and would do so with no reservations again.
