Experiencia fantástica: My knee was in severe pain and I was on crutches, couldn’t put any weight on it. MRIs showed no tears. I found Greer and within the first session she found the root of the issue, gave me such helpful info, and exercises that work !!! I was walking again within a week. I have learned a TON about my body - I am so grateful to now know what my patterns are and how to fix my pain through activating certain muscles and deactivating others. Her sessions include a variety of strategies (exercises, dry needle, taping, breathing techniques) and at the same time she does a great job explaining the concepts. I work in the fitness/health industry. If anyone comes to me with pain I now recommend Greer! 3 of my clients have gone to work with her, and all 3 of them have seen major improvements. She continues to help me with rebuilding my core after two c sections, and pelvic alignment to treat and prevent future injuries. Greer is caring, attentive and knowledgeable. I went to her with a chronic back issue from lots of years playing tennis, she helped me with alignment and getting my glutes to work.
