Experiencia fantástica: I have been practicing Yoga with Michelle at 9:00 am on Saturday mornings & it has been a wonderful learning experience even though I’ve practiced & studied yoga for years. Michelle is well-trained & has given me much insight for improving my alignment in asanas! The classes are small, there’s ever only been three students, so we get much appreciated individualized help & attention. I highly recommend studying yoga at The Yoga Studio!

I am always hesitant about visiting new wellness places, but I am super happy I did! Dr. Estrada is a Physical Therapist who provides many services for athletes looking to improve their sport or overall fitness level. Dr. Estrada went above and beyond by providing information, recommendations, and tools to help me become a better runner. Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been receiving services from Dr. Estrada since the beginning of this year and I can honestly say that I feel great! He’s a great guy, down to earth and he’s very knowledgeable. I highly recommend his practice, I’ve had multiple recovery sessions, stretch sessions and Vo2 max testing as well as metabolic testing. Also had a swim analysis with him this past weekend and I’m happy with his feedback and plan of action recommendations for faster swim times.

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Estrada is amazing. He has helped me get back into shape and has really taken the time to get to know me. I was pretty skeptical at first thinking that I didn’t need the help… I was very wrong. Dr. Estrada made me enjoy running again and also gave me pointers on how to alleviate my current back injury. He genuinely cares about you and your overall health. While under his care I never felt like I was just a number. He took the time to reach out to me when I was away on a trip to see how my progress with the workouts were going. Because of him I got faster and also increased my VO2 Max score from 54 to 59 in just a couple of weeks (the numbers don’t lie). I can’t thank Dr. Estrada enough.
