Experiencia fantástica: Over the years I have had different issues with my health and Always have had wonderful success with the therapy I have received at Premier Rehab Physical Therapy. I would not hesitate to refer anyone to any of their 4 locations as I know that they would receive the best of care. I am very grateful to have found people that are truly interested in my recovery and good health.

Experiencia fantástica: I began visiting Premier Rehab 1 week after ACL surgery and was under their care for 3-4 months. Dave and Linda pushed me each visit with the right balance of encouragement and accountability. They provided exercises to be completed between visits that were easy to complete and were necessary to for a quick recovery. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive at every visit. The facility was very clean and every visit was kept on schedule. I would recommend Premier to others.

Experiencia fantástica: My primary care physician recommended Premier Rehab for physical therapy on my arm due to an injury I sustained falling off a bicycle. I scheduled appointment and was assigned David Benson. When I walked into the facility, David commented on my knee problems, however, I was there for my arm. The therapy went great and I successfully regained full use of my arm without pain. However, David got me thinking about my knees, which were always painful. I was avoiding the doctor because I was afraid of what he would tell me. I took the giant step 2 months later and went to see an orthopedic surgeon. I had both knees replaced, one in September, 2015 and the other 6 weeks later in November. When I was discharged to outpatient therapy there was no question in my mind where I should go. Once again, I was back at Premier Rehab with David as my therapist. David is a very professional and knowledgeable therapist. He is a caring, concerned and conscientious individual with a happy and pleasant demeanor. He always took the extra time to assess my personal concerns, ask how I was doing and then evaluate my therapeutic progress and needs. He worked closely with me to meet my own expectations, as well as the goals he and the doctor had set. I was discharged approximately 6 weeks later to continue the exercises on my own. My orthopedic surgeon was very pleased with the strength in my legs, their flexibility and my ability to bend and extend both legs. I am back to all my old activities with a few minor modifications and pain free! I am enjoying long walks and riding my bicycle again. I HIGHLY recommend David Benson and the supporting staff members at Premier Rehab on Western Center.

I had weekly appointments for 10 months and quickly felt at home because of their relationships with their patients. 11/10 would recommend for anyone

Experiencia fantástica: I had an appointment at the Keller location but on my way there I had a medical emergency. I managed to get to that location and went inside to talk to the director, Brad, as he had already been contacted about my emergency by Ann from the Western Center location. I cannot tell you how grateful I am for all the folks involved…Brad in Keller, Ann at the Western Center location, Dr Tran and Corrine at Compass Pain and Spine. I ended up going to the ER and got a clean bill of health. Truly grateful that Brad knew the signs to look for as it appeared that I was having a stroke. I just want to thank everyone at the Keller location and the Western Center location. Everyone was so kind, concerned and considerate.

Experiencia fantástica: Exercises and guidance made my rehab successful. Staff was efficient, helpful and pleasant. Everyone contributed to my recovery from my injury. Dr. Zach was my main provider but I had the opportunity to work with every therapist over 12 weeks. Everyone was knowledgeable and contributed to my healing. Recovery is emotional as well as physical and Dr Zach and the staff always made me feel positive and welcome. I appreciated the attention from Kayla, Holly and Dallon also. Ann was amazing , too! She is always busy but was very accommodating when scheduling. Wishing you all continued success! Thank you!

Experiencia fantástica: FIRST, I would like to say… I use to work here and I always heard good things about Dr Dave :) fast forward 5-6 years later I break my fibula, yay! :) so I was referred here by my ortho and I immediately said I want Dave! Lol he has been super encouraging and very patient/caring keep in mind I’ve only gone twice! I was on my crutches when he first saw me, he told me to try one crutch this week then this morning I felt like I could do it with NO crutches! I built up the courage, because he did mention it may just be my anxiety holding me back (he was right!)I’ve been walking around with no crutches! My ROM was 50% the first visit… I was so stiff! But with him working on my foot giving me tips/tricks and giving me home work outs! I’m walking in a week from seeing him the first time! Still in my boot but I have faith he will get me out of it soon! Wooohoooo!

Experiencia fantástica: Access to parking lot is hard and lacks good parking and sufficient handicap spaces. Waiting room chairs are not the best suited for this type of service. Work out area is clean and well lit. Full staff of instructors. Dr Lindsey Boer was my therapist. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Instructions were complete, demonstrated throughly and understandable. Do recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about Premier Rehab and Dr. Jana Schammel…along with the entire crew. I literally could barely walk due of a meniscus injury on my right knee…from an injury that occurred during the summer of 2021. I began treatment after an MRI and Orthopedic Doctor recommendation in November 2021. I just left my final treatment today on March 24, 2022 with a fully recovered knee that is pain free. Thanks to Dr Schammel and each of the staff for setting me on a healthy pain free 2022!!

I had a very successful and quick rehab experience with Dr. Joshua Flores. He was attentive, supportive and knowledgeable during my sessions. The entire staff is friendly, professional and highly skilled in a variety of physical therapy activities. Experiencia fantástica: I've never had physical therapy before and just thought it was exercise; well, it is exercise, but very specific. I couldn't see that it could alleviate the pain in my hips and back, but it did. Dr. Lori knew exactly what exercises to do; they weren't strenuous but they were very effective. All the technicians were very nice and knew their business as well. Thank you all.

They are always ready for me at my appointment time and really listen when I describe my progress or any difficulties I am having. They constantly revise my therapy to pinpoint problem areas and achieve the best results possible. Their billing process runs like clockwork, and my insurance company is always satisfied with their claim data. Experiencia fantástica: In Nov 2019 I had ACL revision surgery and selected Ft. Worth Premier Rehab location for physical therapy. In the beginning I worked with a great intern from Texas Tech and Dr. David while also working with Dr. Lindsay from time to time. Really easy to say the whole staff was great to work with from front desk to therapist. It started with that feeling of learning to walk again and ultimately back to jogging, cycling, and ice hockey. The hardworking staff, Dr. Dave, are all why I was able to get to this point. From working with insurance to COVID19 changes, they made it possible. Thank you to everyone at Premier!

I came to Premier rehab after debilitating vertigo episode which rendered me hospitalized and debilitated. Dr Lindsey Boer worked with me and was very attentive. She communicates well through listening to my problem and explaining what has been going on with me. We did some exercises and set me up with ones that I could do at home. I have improved tremendously. All of the staff at Premiere Rehab are friendly and helpful. I fully recommend this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about the staff at the Western Center Premier Rehab facility. They are all professionals and it shows. I came in for rehab prior to scheduling knee surgery. Unfortunately, surgery still had to occur and I was back with Premier three days afterwards for my first post-surgical appointment. As a result of my time with them, I have regained strength (and reduced pain) in my knee that was first injured almost 8 months ago. Simple things such as putting on and taking off socks and shoes are once again doable (as are more complicated things) and my leg feels much more stable. Even though you may not have the same therapist depending on schedules, your care is absolutely consistent and no one misses a beat. They are quick to accommodate you when you have scheduling conflicts, so I never missed an appointment. Everyone is friendly and seems to truly care about your injury and your progress towards recovery. Dr. David Benson does a great job of coordinating a changing team as interns come in and some therapists move on to other facilities. As I said, the consistency of care is perfect so there are never any surprises. Just the occasional “harder” exercise variation when something seems to be too easy for you. Thanks for that Lindsey .

I came in after my achilles tendon/bone spur surgery and spent 3 days a week for six weeks with this team and after 6 weeks was good as new. Zach was my primary and he kept updates on me after each visit and was genuinely concerned with not only my in office therapy but also my at home therapy. I would definitely go back for my PT needs...thanks Premier

The exercises and weekly follow up were just what I needed to get my life back. Lindsey listened to the problems I was having and then devised a plan to correct the problem. His assistant, Jana was also locked in on how I performed and progressed. The environment was clean, welcoming and comfortable for the work we did together. Experiencia fantástica: I happen to be a physical therapist and thought I could manage my own shoulder injury. But after a year of inconsistent rehab, I finally followed the advice of my orthopedist and got formal PT. Zach Henry, PT, DPT is a co-worker and great physical therapist. I have only been seeing him for 2 weeks, but my pain and range of motion have significantly improved. I am actually doing my home exercises now that Zach is checking in on me. He stretches my shoulder with just enough pressure to gain mobility and not flare up my pain. I have accomplished in 2 weeks what I haven't been able to do on my own in over a year!

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Premier on Western Center is phenomenal. They are all extremely professional, personable and determined to help you get better. David and Lindsey have proven time and time again to be knowledgeable and well equipped to deal with challenging patients (me) and to motivate the patients to always do their best. You will be challenged but under a constant watchful eye to ensure that you don’t hurt yourself. Premier definitely has my vote.

I felt extremely comfortable and welcome from the beginning and could tell my therapists knew exactly what they were doing. I’ve seen so much improvement and strength grow back in my knee, and I feel like I will get back to where I was before I tore my ACL with the help of the Premier Rehab team. After having my left knee replaced in August, I sought out a different rehab facility. All I can say is that PREMIER REHAB is head and shoulders above the other! Dr. Benson, my therapist, is AWESOME! Even if he is juggling other patients, I still feel I have his thorough attention. He compassionately listens and responds to MY unique needs, and my recovery reflects that. Experiencia fantástica: When I started PT at Premier, I was nervous and scared. I had Achilles surgery and had not put any weight on my leg for 6 weeks. The thought of taking a step made me cringe but the staff quickly reassured me I will walk again! Through small victories, I am walking and continue to get stronger each time! I can not say enough about the kind, compassionate and well educated staff! They will answer any questions you have and give you encouragement to keep going!

They take the time to know me and what I deal with that cause my back to react in a certain way. They then tailor my rehab to fit my lifestyle. I would not go to anyone else, like I said they are the best at what they do. I recently had my 5th ankle surgery and have been to 4 other rehab facilities and Premier Rehab is the BEST I have been to. The entire staff is very friendly as well as knowledgeable in all areas of therapy. As I do my physical therapy I watch the team members interact with other clients and it’s all very good. The facility is also clean and organized. This place is amazing.

They take the time to answer any and all questions about the paperwork that they asked you to fill out and bring in to them before your initial evaluation. The physical therapist I was blessed to get explained everything that she was going to beforehand and during the course of my first visit as well as my second one. I am thoroughly impressed with the entire staff and I would DEFINITELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone needing physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I had been to physical therapy before and it had always seemed like a waste of time, money and effort never rendering positive results. When I found Premier Rehab, my first interaction was with Dave who was very attentive, knowledgeable and engaging. The staff's caring and great attitude make the healing process alot more pleasant and effective. They have great scheduling flexibility. The facility is always neat and clean. As I was going through therapy, I actually felt myself getting stronger not just from the injury, but every body part and muscle that was around the injury. They genuinely show care for each and every person that walks through their door. Both Jason and Dave are encouraging and fabulous therapists who combine their expertise with individual needs and instruction. The atmosphere is always FUN and yet still professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else for therapy!
