Experiencia fantástica: Jason Racca at R3 Physio is amazing. My 12 year old son has Lyme disease, sensory, OCD, needed braces. Mr. Racca was able to replace our previous chiropractor and is better than any chiropractor we have ever had, he helped my son detox and help his body heal and eliminate the lyme due to my sons lyme treatment, is helping transform his teeth and overbite and bucktooth problem it's a slow progress but so is getting braces and now my son doesn't need braces. There is so much more he is able to do and helping us with. I call Jason Racca an (All around amazingness) he does everything. My husband struggles with chronic headaches and Jason took care of his hunch back and headaches. Now Mr. Racca is helping me as I have Lyme disease aswell as my son and 2 herniated discs and slight scoliosis and my neck is straight as an arrow when it should be curved. I believe 1 treatment or Dr cannot cure you but R3 Physio has been a vital game changer blessing for our whole family.

Experiencia fantástica: We found out about R3 Physio from a nurse who’d been in an accident who was doing well in spite of her injuries. We said this was our last hope as Mom has done traditional PT, Pain Mgmt. with meds, massage with no long lasting relief and no other alternatives they could offer. Mom had hip replacement last year, she walks with a cane and still was limping a year later. We met Anna she is so patient, she took care to listen and create a plan with us, after the second session we noticed the limp was dramatically less pronounced and the need for pain meds was decreased. Anna is a tremendous BLESSING with BLESSED hands. If you are at your whits end or want to find help where conventional traditions have failed, stalled or just not working GO SEE ANNA!!! Experiencia fantástica: I’ve avoided doing any self-care for much of my life. My scoliosis really got worse in the past 1-2 years. I still did nothing much about it. Then I got physical therapy from Dr Jason Racca, DPT, PT, FMT In a one-hour session he improved my low back and I wasn’t nearly as crooked as before. I could walk and generally move easier, I felt lighter. It felt possible to get over the limitations and pain, and I started self-care several times a day, and that added to what he started. He is a Functional Movement Therapist (FMT). I made sustained progress with appointment every-other week.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot express how grateful I am to receive treatment from R3 Physio. I'd been dealing with hip pain for years. Simple tasks of driving, walking, sitting, and sleeping became unbearable at times, not to mention all of the day-to-day activities that accompany being a working mom. I have tried shots, other physical therapy facilities, massages, etc., but unfortunately, the treatments simply put a band-aid on the root cause of my pain. I was clearly on the path to surgery if things didn't improve. Experiencia fantástica: So glad I found R3 Physio for physical therapy. I have tried everything to solve sciatica, glute and periformis problems. Surgeries, pain pills and injections have not addressed the disfunction. I've tried other physical therapy and been passed off to an assistant soon after the assessment phase. At R3 I am seen by my therapist for the entire session everytime. I am really happy to be able to walk longer, with less pain and do the things I like to do.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot express how grateful I am to the folks at R3 Physio!! I first went to R3 Physio after I had exhausted the treatment options being offered through referrals from my Doctors office. I had been to a traditional PT clinic, then tried a pain clinic where I got steroid injections in my back, but nothing helped. The next option I had was to start burning nerve endings in my back to numb the pain but I wanted to try and find a way to get long term relief without drugs. I was at my sister's house for a family get together and she told me about R3 Physio. I got online and made an inquiry and was immediately contacted and set up an appointment for the next week. It's about 3 months later and now I am back to running around with my kids and am even able to go back to the gym!! Before I went to R3 I couldn't even stand up out of bed in the mornings. The way they treat you here is completely different than any other treatment I have every had for my back problems and it has produced more results than I could have ever imagined!! Experiencia fantástica: Jason is a miracle worker. I started going to him for hip pain that I have had for years. After the first visit my hips felt “normal” again! He then worked on my neck. I hadn’t had normal range of motion in my neck in years! I have been to traditional PT for these issues and they did not improve. I highly recommend a visit to R3. It’s worth it !

Experiencia fantástica: I have worked with Jason for around 6 years. He has helped me with my neck and my back pain to get it under control so I don’t need surgery. Even keeping it under control thru an automobile accident. Also, during this time, he helped my acid reflux. Going from taking Prilosec every day to not having to take it at all for several years, now. I would highly recommend working with Jason.

Experiencia fantástica: I brought my teenage daughter to see Jason about 3 months ago for continuous pain in her gut area. My daughter has always had trouble with digestion and waste elimination. Over the years, we have been to our pediatrician, GI doctors, naturopath, and dieticians with only a small amount of success. We have also had more tests and procedures on her digestive tract than I would prefer to think about, have taken many supplements, and have tried many special diets. However, in the past three months since seeing Dr. Jason, as my daughter likes to refer to him, we have seen more positive results by far than any other treatments we have tried. Dr. Jason has been implementing visceral manipulation directly on the valves throughout the gut area, as well as working on a few other things. It is working! After 17 years of having chronic constipation and regular pain in her gut, my daughter is eliminating regularly for the first time in her life and has stopped complaining of intense stomach pain after eating. She feels better overall and has gained so much more energy and physical stamina. She looks forward to her PT visits because she knows she is feeling better and better with each one. We can’t recommend R3 Physio enough!

His superior knowledge and expertise significantly changed my daily life in 2015, and he has helped me maintain a good quality of life due to sciatica, hip bursitis, low back pain, tailbone bone, Piriformis and Soas muscle tightness, shoulder pain, and now arthritis in toe. Experiencia fantástica: I fell on my left knee and could only walk with the aid of a walker. It was extremely painful to get in and out of the car. With Jason's help I have recovered completely! Jason also was able to recommend an excellent exercise bike for home use that was reasonably priced. Another family member had a neck injury from being rear-ended in a car accident. After seeing numerous doctors and specialists, she found Jason's help to be the most effective at relieving her pain. Jason has had additional training that most physical therapists have not had. I wholeheartedly recommend him!

I had a very difficult condition- CRPS from a chronic foot injury, and suffered a low quality of life for 9 months until Jason treated me holistically. He helped me transform not just my pain, but also how my mind exacerbated my pain. No one else had picked up on that. The foot expert doctor I drove 1.5 hrs to see told me I’d never be able to do yoga or run. With Jason’s help, I do both every week!

Experiencia fantástica: I have spondyloisthesis in my L4, L5, S1 area in my low back snd lordosis in my neck and have had it for years. I have tried pain management, chiropractic services, massage therapy, and have gone to so many doctors. It was getting so bad that I could not stand more than five minutes in one spot or get out of bed sometimes. The pain was excruciating and prevented me from enjoying things that I like to do and started interfering with my job as a court reporter. A friend told me about R3 Physio and the therapist worked on me one time and I felt better and I’ve been about six times now and each week I feel better. I can stand longer and get out of bed and exercise again. I highly recommend this place. My therapist is amazing and so knowledgeable and has given me hope that I can get better without surgery.

Experiencia fantástica: I had seen an Instagram post about R3physio and decided to see if I could decrease pain and increase mobility with my right hip. I have had pain, less mobility with the right vs left hip for several years. I have had chiropractors and massage therapists work on this problem over the years with no lasting results. I have been stretching, strengthening myself at home but was looking for a more permanent solution. I have had 4 sessions with my R3Physio therapist and am having less pain and increased mobility each time. I know it may take a few more sessions since I have been dealing with this for a few years now but am optimistic that I will keep seeing improvement. I know the hands on approach by my therapist is key to lasting results.

I tried stretches and chiropractic care and adjustments as well as muscle relaxers and pain meds. The therapy with Jason is the only thing that has truly gotten me through and back to fully functional!

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been coming to R3 Physio for a little over a year for multiple concerns, primarily chronic migraine, neuralgia in my neck, constipation, and painful/irregular periods. I had seen specialists for each of these issues, tried dozens of medications, elimination diets, surgeries, and more with minimal relief. The daily head and neck pain I had was interfering with every part of life and was making it hard to function. The staff at R3 took time to listen to how all of my concerns impacted me, what treatments I had tried, and what I was hoping to get from their care. We have been able to implement cranio-sacral therapy, functional manipulation therapy, visceral manipulation, and neurological dry needling to greatly improve my daily head and neck pain as well as range of motion. They have been able to implement these same techniques to help with bloating, abdominal pain, and regulating bowel movements, as well as lessoning PMS symptoms and regulating my period. The staff at R3 are knowledgeable, personable, and up-to-date. They understand that the body is interconnected, that dysfunction in one part of the body can cause problems in other areas, and they address this with a full body approach. I am so grateful for the work they have done for me and will continue to refer my friends and family to see them!

Experiencia fantástica: I am a 69 year old female who has experienced years of musculoskeletal issues due to inflammatory disease. I began seeing Jason 2 years ago for pain in my hip. He addressed my issue with wisdom, skill, and professional compassion, and within weeks I was much better! Today my hip is great! About a year ago I injured my right knee, and I was diagnosed with a medial tear of my meniscus as well as several other tears and lots of inflammation. I was on crutches, then used a brace, and was scheduled for a total knee repair. I saw Jason weekly, and I am thrilled to say I cancelled my total knee replacement, and I just completed a 9 mile hike!! Jason has a gift of healing!! His technique is unlike any other therapist I have ever been treated by, and I HIGHLY recommend him for ANYONE who needs physical therapy!

Experiencia fantástica: When I first started working with the therapists at r3 physio I had experienced a major herniation at L4 in my lumbar spine. I had been seeing chiropractors for years because I have a condition called spondylolisthesis. The neurosurgeon took one look at my mri and told me I needed a fusion surgery. My herniation was very large. I told him I wasn’t getting surgery and he said you can try pt if you want to, and that’s when I found r3 physio. After talking with my therapist he came up with a plan and we started immediately. I was diligent with my at home work and my therapist was amazing. He listened to my concerns and my ideas and it was like a collaboration more than just a therapist patient relationship. He really listened to me and tailored his program around how i was responding. After three months we did another image and the herniation was gone and I was running and golfing again. I can’t thank the therapist enough for giving me my life back even when it seemed like there was no hope, he never gave up on me and always encouraged me and had kind words. Thank you R3 Physio, you have a patient for life.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend Jason at R3 Physio. I am so much healthier now than I was even a few years ago! I am able to do things physically that I thought might be gone forever. Jason will educate you on ways you can be healthier with compassion and encouragement. The way the treatments work is hard to explain but it doesn't hurt, and you feel much better. You will never feel judged at this place. It is understandable why some of us with chronic health struggles would be tempted to give up. However, Never give up on yourself, just go see Jason for help.

Jason worked to understand the underlying causes that were adding stress to my QL and instructed me on how to strengthen and stretch the necessary muscles to be able to completely recover and avoid this injury in the future. Experiencia fantástica: I started physio with Jason 2 years ago for neck and upper back pain from caring for a newborn. Since then, we've worked on many other parts of the body as I have old injuries from an autoimmune disease that affects joints and also because I work out most days of the week. I also continued to see him throughout my most recent pregnancy. The recovery was so much better this time around even though I was probably more active and fit during my first two pregnancies. He is very patient and willing to explain the mechanisms behind the issues I present him. I always leave my appointments with less pain than when I first arrived.

He actually listened to me and my pain and made sure I was comfortable during the session. (I suffer from horrid chronic pain). After leaving his office, I got in my car with relief which hadn’t been done in almost a year. There’s no reason to look around for another PT, Jason is amazing and I can’t recommend R3 Physio enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I started working with Jason at R3 Physio about 4 months ago for chronic low back pain and numbness in my leg. I had tried more “traditional” physical therapy at the time of the initial injury with minimal relief and learned how to live with the pain. However, in just 4 short months, Jason has been able to help tremendously through his vast knowledge and experience. The pain has subsided and the numbness has significantly decrease. R3 Physio provides many services such as visceral manipulation, dry needling, cupping and more. Jason is a true expert in the field of physical therapy and visceral manipulation. He looks at the body as a whole, instead of just the area of injury and pain. I truly cannot speak highly enough of Jason and his practice at R3 Physio. He embodies professionalism, respect and takes the time to truly determine the cause of pain and give you treatment options.

After being referred by an associate to R3 Physio, we learned of some restrictions in his abdominal area that were contributing to some of his issues. After two sessions, we noticed a huge difference in the time he was spending in the bathroom to eliminate his colon - it went from TWO HOURS to 15 minutes! We are so grateful to R3 Physio for their care, getting to the root cause of my son's issue without having to change anything else or taking drastic measures. Experiencia fantástica: I have been dealing with lower back discomfort for many months, and was traveling to TX for a short trip. R3 was highly recommended as many different therapies had brought relief, but I could never seem to get over the hump to 100% healing. I contacted R3, with very short notice, but the therapist was able to work me in to his schedule at an ideal time, even with a busy travel schedule for myself. At the appointment, he listened very intently as we went over my history and the discomforts I had been experiencing. The scope of the work performed by the therapist was very much outside of the realm of any treatment I had received, and it was very effective. Just hours before walking into R3 I could hardly sit in one position for an hour without a lot of discomfort, yet after leaving his office sitting was no longer an issue. Because of the depth of his knowledge, he worked on things that I believe have been out of alignment in my body for years and my recent injury was due to a snowball effect of injuries that continued to build on each other. The relief I have had since visiting R3 is beyond what I could have imagined, but even more so is the above and beyond that the therapist goes to make recovery ideal. Since I am out of state and working with other therapists, the therapist at R3 has checked in and made sure my online portal details my visit to help my local therapists help continue the progress that he began. I am forever grateful to R3!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I were both working two jobs and it took a toll on our bodies. We were seeking alternate remedies instead of big pharmaceutical remedies. We believe the body can heal itself given the right environment and therapy. We have been going to Jason now for two months.He will challenge you but it is for your own good. If you also believe in alternate methods of healing look up Jason. He is your best bet for long term healing .

Experiencia fantástica: Thanks to Jason, my therapist at R3 he has helped me tremendously! I came in with a dull pain on my right ribs, my doctor couldn't tell me the source of the pain, after getting X rays and a CT scan they said they couldn't find anything and might need more scans to figure it out, the scans are not cheap and was not helpful. My wife introduced me to Jason after she was there for a heel spur pain on her foot and had great results after one visit. Now back to my pain, Jason has been working on me for a couple of weeks and I'm feeling so much better, my ribs are not tender to the touch and I have a better sleep now without tossing and turning at night. I recommend Jason and R3 physio to anyone with aches and pains.

Experiencia fantástica: I started going to R3 Physio at the very beginning of my pregnancy. I had thrown my back out twice while doing the simplest movements. Now that I am approaching the end of the pregnancy, I am so glad I stuck with it! I was much more mobile, baby had more room, and I had far less pain. My therapist would listen to what I had to say about my body and treat me as an individual at each appointment. I couldn’t be more happy with my experience!

Experiencia fantástica: I took my son for some very specific physical therapy as he is a Musical theatre kid and had some throat tension. I was also attending a different PT facility for my hip. I was so pleased with the therapy my son was getting and not really loving my PT experience. I switched over to my sons therapist at R3 physio. He has been fantastic for both of us and I can not recommend this company enough. We both are feeling better and can see improvement each time
