Experiencia fantástica: My brother recommended Green Physical Therapy for my back injury. After some research, I chose GPT because I felt they could provide the personal focus I was looking for. I am very happy with their service. Tom, Caitlyn, and Susan are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated to their patients well being and recovery. Over the 6 weeks I attended PT, I watched them work with patients of all ages and various injuries. Their dedication and commitment to the patient's recovery is truly admirable. They help patient's identify goals, create a recovery plan, then continue to check in and modify the patient's recovery to meet these goals. Personally, I felt heard and felt my goals were known. Following the plan they developed got me back to normal in a short 6 week period. I was even able to return to the gym during PT with some minor limitations. I highly recommend Green Physical Therapy. With Tom's and Caitlyn's guidance and some hardwork, you will become the best version you can physically be. Susan is excellent at answering questions, getting your sessions booked, and helping with insurance/billing questions. Great group of people.

After a couple of months working with Caitlin and Tom, I am walking without any assistance and taking the stairs for fun. I feel so hopeful for my future. Following my knee replacement I felt like I would spend the remainder of my life looking in from the outside, well I was wrong. Today I graduated, and for several weeks now I am back in the world thanks to Tom and staff, running errands shopping, etc. Highly recommend this group for your PT needs. Experiencia fantástica: After a severe shoulder and bicep tendon tear,I had surgery. I started rehab with Green Therapy. The head of Green Therapy Tom Adam's did some research on my condition and gave me an honest and straightforward assessment. He said this will be along road to recovery but can be done with a lot of hard work. After three months I went from very little movement to full movement and no pain. Green Therapy has been one of the best medical decisions I ever made. This small staff truly cares and as employer myself I find this to be rare. Thank you Tom ,Jess ,Emily and Susan.

Tom painstakingly proved me wrong! The level of individual attention myself and everyone else I witnessed received could only be a source of their personal pride! Experiencia fantástica: I have had a lot of experience with many physical therapists and therapies from a life of sports to include boxing, jiu-jitsu, mountain climbing, backpacking, etc. I'm somewhat of an older guy still seeking life in an adventurous style. However, this year in late spring I threw my back out worse than I ever had in my life. I already had plans for this summer to backpack and summit 5 of the tallest mountains in the east with others. I felt it may be impossible to do that now this year with my back in such poor condition. My doctor referred me to Tom Adams, the best back therapist that he knew of. And he was correct. The knowledge and techniques of Tom and his staff had me gaining mobility and functions in my back starting from the very first visit. I was absolutely amazed. Within a week of therapy I had a hope that I just might get better fast enough to get to those mountains. (And I was coming from a back injury that I needed assisted walking just to get into my home when it first happened.) A few weeks later, there I was, backpacking the Black Mountain Crest Trail in North Carolina, summiting 5 mountains. I do not know of a better therapist than Tom, nor a better team of physical therapy assistants to include Jessica, Emily, Autumn. Professional, knowledgeable, caring, and thoughtful. And a very nice front desk staff always willing to accommodate your schedule. Thank you!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I went for 15 physical therapy visits. I was having excruciating pain in my shoulder with numbess and tingling. I am at least 90% better now. I couldn't stay for the full 25 visits my insurance allowed because I had to have an unrelated surgery and needed the PT visits for post op. I would definitely say try out Tom and his team before going under the knife. It ended up being discs in my neck compressing. I am so glad I didn't have spine surgery.

In 2023, I had multiple foot surgeries and they helped restore my mobility. Now, they are helping with bilateral bursitis in my hips. They made me feel relaxed and comfortable in figuring out what type of therapy would best benefit me, and showed patience and understanding when I had some difficulty in doing some of the exercises. I started in early August for treatment for my back issues and am happy to say that I completed my therapy on Sept 20th 2023..I'm soooo much better and able to do chores around my house without having to take a break every 15 minutes. I have had reoccurring pain that I had learned to live with it ever since even though it could be severe at times. When I had the last episode over the holidays last year, it never felt better afterwards. My husband convinced me to try Green Physical Therapy this past June since he had experienced great success there a few years ago. I can’t describe how happy I am that I took his advice. Tom and the whole staff are always so kind and sincerely care about their patients. I came to feel like part of the GPT family. It took a couple of months, but my back pain is for the most part gone. Tom taught me what I can do if/when I feel discomfort and what exercises will keep it from happening in the future. If I had known about the care I would receive from them, I would’ve gone to GPT years ago. It was truly life-changing!

My experience was amazing and the process helped me learn a lot about my body. I HIGHLY recommend Tom if you want a personal experience with a very kind and professional physical therapist. My back pain is completely gone now and if I do get a flare up, I have the take home exercises that I used from before. I had pain, headaches and extremely limited neck movement and all of those issues have been successfully resolved.
