Experiencia positiva: Place to go for Rehab and physical Therapy. Parking difficult. Prefer Methodist Pin Oak location. After 4 back surgeries I have tried them all.

Experiencia fantástica: Deeply grateful Memorial Hermann PT Greenway location. After a horrible injury, the staff worked with me to learn to walk again and beyond, always with patience and encouragement, and mostly importantly the displayed knowledge and experience to help get me healthy.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is clean, people are friendly and the results are great. Qui is helping me with my ACL surgery recovery and he had me walking without crutches in 10 days after surgery. I'm now about 18 days in and able to drive. I was apprehensive about starting PT here due to the Google reviews, but I'm glad I went with my doctor's recommendation. If you're needing ACL surgery, read my review on Dr. Sanders who really set me up for success.

Experiencia fantástica: Physical therapist are very well trained. My therapy sessions are a full hour of movements aimed at getting my body back to 100%.

Experiencia positiva: Some fairly good PTs. Treated for lumbar radiculopathy. First time, it worked. Second time, it worked. Third time was a disaster! Can’t walk after 4 months of therapy - before therapy I was walking 4-5 miles, after therapy I couldn’t walk out of the house.

Experiencia positiva: I enjoyed working with the therapist and got a lot out of my sessions. However I was unhappy with the way billing was communicated. Sometimes I was asked to pay at my next session without being told how much I would need to pay. This resulted in confusion and me not knowing how much money to bring. I was also not informed that hospital rates differ from free standing rates and that the rates this clinic charges are significantly higher (like close to $1,000) than any other clinic. For two days I was bounced from the front desk to the billing department and the pre-certification office, back to the desk, until I finally was able to reach the office manager, who was very kind and professional and explained the entire situation. So, while I was very happy with my PT, I had to cancel all of my visits. The co-insurance was close to $100/half hour visit and I also did not feel right knowing that my insurance was being sent such a high bill. So, buyer beware. You will get good therapy but it is extremely expensive.

Experiencia positiva: Facility is clean. Therapists are friendly. However, I was assigned a PT student for all except 2 of my sessions and the main therapist was working with other patients during the whole time in 2 of my scheduled appointments. They really should not bill me for those 2 appointments when my assigned therapist was actually working with another patient. It is fraud when you’re claiming to be supervising the student working on a patient when you’re working one on one with another patient across the room and bill both me and other patient for the same full hour. On top of that, after a couple months of graduating from therapy, I got a letter from Memorial Hermann that the front desk clerk of this facility may have stolen patients’ financial information and I am at risk. That’s just terrible!!

Experiencia fantástica: Broke my Collar bone in 3 pieces. Had painful surgery and needed PT. They took good care of me even when being late a couple of times and showing up once with no appointment at all. They definitely know what they are doing. It took time and a lot of work but I was able to heal, recover and get back to my normal activities. My insurance covered 100% since all my deductible was covered at the hospital/doctors bills.

Experiencia positiva: Everyone was friendly, got lost and the receptionist took the time to give me directions. Went in for hand therapy, they will get you better.
