A real person answers the phone every time I’ve called and they are quick to schedule and extremely efficient during appointments. The staff is extremely helpful and I can’t say enough good about them.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a total knee replacement and have been receiving my PT with Dr. Brett B and his team Jason, Alfred and Ms. Minerva are ( I have to say every time I go 3x’s a week) very uplifting! Very supportive, positive motivators, and great energy! Everyone here; from the front desk to the back, is just AMAZING!!! Still have a process to go and looking forward to it with this establishment. Highly recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been visiting Cypress Spine & Rehab for several weeks. I work with Alfred and Jason in the gym doing multiple exercises then move on to Dr. Brett Baer. Brett is incredible. I've had good physical therapists, but never one who would take as deep an interest in my specific concerns and be willing to treat my issues as aggressively as Dr. Brett Baer. By using multiple treatment modalities, he has succeeded in resolving massive amounts of muscle tension and pain that have tormented me for many years. There is simply not a positive enough comment I can make to adequately describe my experience with Cypress Spine & Rehab and Dr. Brett Baer. If a person has a need for physical therapy, I believe you can go to them with full confidence that you will be treated in a way that leaves you well satisfied. Professionalism, expertise, integrity. They're the whole package.

I expect a great deal from my body every day and, as such, my expectations in a physical therapist are likely more nuanced than most... (After all, I'm not here to regain my basic functionality; I'm here to regain a high level of performance.) Every single staff member I've worked with has been an absolute pleasure every time I've been in, from front desk to back room. (Special shout outs to Dr. Brett, Minerva, and Alfred, whom I interact with the most!) The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The different aspects of care are thoughtful, personalized, ever-evolving based on my needs, and well-coordinated. And I never fail to feel a constant sense of improvement and optimism from this facility after each session. These people care about me, and despite trying multiple other locations before landing here, I would never recommend anyone else! Thanks so much everyone.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been seeing Dr. Baer for a cervical disc herniation PT for 9 weeks now. I started out with immense nerve pain and now I am pain free (only going once a week)! He is very knowledgeable and takes his time to get to know you and your situation, which is what I look for in a medical professional. The staff is amazing as well, always on top of it and will work with your needs while having a smile on their face. Highly recommend seeing Dr. Baer for any physical therapy needs!

Minerva who works at the front desk was extremely polite, welcoming, and helpful. Alfred who is another gem in the office was just as sweet and helpful! I highly recommend this office to anyone experience any pain or discomfort.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at Cypress Spine & Rehab is always nice and friendly. I was referred to them after going to another PT place that was no help. Brett and Jason are very helpful and have actually crafted a PT plan that is focusing on the area that I’m having issues with. Overall great place and friendly staff!

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly, personable Welcoming to patients. Remember patients names. Therapy is at your level. Pushes you but not to the point of overdoing it. Listens attentively when I say something hurts or I can’t do that exercise again. Has alternate exercises to the ones I can’t do. Always checks to see how I am doing or if anything hurts. Therapist and staff are professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this rehab office. I love coming here.
