Experiencia fantástica: RHI facility is amazing! Mom had a stroke and the PT, OT and ST and nursing staff were all fantastic. Hopefully we never have to visit again but if it should happen I will feel confident my Mom is getting the best care possible. Thank you!!

Experiencia fantástica: I have nothing but great things to say about rhi. When I came in after a recent horrific truck accident I was in pretty bad shape. I couldn't walk or really even function due to having a broken femur with a rod placed,tbi and a laundry list of other injuries. Thanks to primary help from Bill in physical therapy and Wendy in occupational along with the other amazing staff I was able to sit back up and start my journey to walking again amongst other things. I can't thank you all enough.

Experiencia fantástica: I spent 3 weeks there in February of 2022. I was in the Spinal Cord Unit. From PT,OT, DOCTORS,NURSES,And all others working the unit were AMAZING!!!! Hands down the BEST care,I've EVER received from any hospital. KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is very good. Everyone has been so nice and caring. Motovating you to get to the next level. Failure is not an option at this facility. If you are willing to work they will take great pride in getting you better. The food is good the rooms are clean. The staff is what makes this place remarkable. No one wants to be here as they have been through trauma, but there is nowhere else I would want to be in the event that rehabilitation is needed. Plus the grounds are super nice and the flowers in the summer would be gorgeous.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough wonderful things about the Doctors, Therapists and Nurses and Techs and support staff. The attitudes are exceptionally positive and caring. I’ve had the opportunity to receive care there twice this year and each time have progressed. Yes, not everything is perfect but the place is very clean, bright, comfortable, they serve good healthy food and snacks and have the best therapy and Doctors care. They are on time and accurate with your medications and personal care. The Best thing about RHI is they challenge you each day in therapy to succeed and they really put their all into helping you be successful at a very challenging time in your life. These people are called to help others and do an amazing job! Thank you RHI

Experiencia fantástica: My husband came here for rehab and stroke recovery on January 31,2022. I've never seen so much kindness and compassion from so many people in one place! After three and a half weeks, he's well enough to come home! His nurses were great; especially Becky and Wes! And his therapists Derek (PT), Kim (ST), and Wendy (OT)... absolutely phenomenal!! We will be continuing out patient therapy through this facility, for sure!

Experiencia fantástica: I was a patient here about 6 years ago, after a motorcycle accident left me with over 30 fractures and a mild brain injury. I fully recovered because of the excellent care I received. I’ve since returned and have been an employee now for 2 years to “pay it back” and be a part of the excellent care that is given there. Experiencia fantástica: Did 3 weeks of therapy there, the place and people are GREAT there, be prepared to work hard but they will get you to the best shape/place you can be in the time frame you have with them, the hard work paid of for me

Experiencia fantástica: I was sent here after having spinal cord surgery at IU Methodist Hospital. The doctors, nurses, aides, physical and occupational therapists were GREAT!! After spending 2 weeks there I was able to go home and continue my therapy at home. Thank you so much for the attention and medical care you gave me.

Experiencia fantástica: The therapists here are AMAZING! They have so many a day that are back to back it’s amazing. You get the impression that they generally want you to improve and get better which is very well appreciated. The doctor assigned to you is always around and stops by daily so you’re very knowledgeable of your situation and progress. When you’re an outpatient it’s hard to be positive if you’d been in a near tragic accident causing to be at this facility but they are still amazing in this case. Questions, bill pay, etc the calls are answered or they respond quickly so you don’t feel detached at all. And the therapists at NRC that they assigned me too are equally amazinh as the inpatient facility!

Experiencia positiva: I was here for vestibular rehab and Julie & Lynne were AMAZING! They were wonderful to work with during a really difficult time in my life. The male vestibular rehab therapist is incredibly obtuse and made my condition worse. Once I got put back with Julie & Lynne, I got back on track and did really well. The scheduling/front desk personnel were just...clueless. It was like trying to talk to a beanstalk. Good luck getting them to understand anything. Fortunately if you have to pull a “can I speak to the manager?”, the managers are very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been an in-patient there three different times, since June of 2015. First, because of a stroke, then because of a severely herniated disk. All of my stay were amazing and I won’t go anywhere else for therapy, doing my outpatient therapy there as well. Drs Carbone and Paul are fantastic and PA Rachel is as sweet as can be. Although the nursing staff in unit three was often short staffed, they were extremely caring. I can’t say enough good about the therapists. I loved how they really pushed me after my stroke but were so gentle with the herniated disk. They were ALWAYS kind. The food for patients is really good and the cafeteria food has always been excellent. I have had excellent experiences with RHI and I am always recommending it to others who need therapy. A top notch facility all the way around.

Experiencia fantástica: This place is great! I was paralyed on one side from the waist down. It was from spinal cord surgery. They said they'd have me out in 21 days. I walked out 8 days later with a walker. They work you hard and if you want to get better this is the place to go.
