Experiencia fantástica: I have been visiting CORA Riverside for approximately one year, and highly recommend them. Their staff is truly the best - always very accommodating, incredibly friendly, and genuinely happy to help. I have seen Ronnie and Cameron for some serious stuff, regular tune-up stuff, as well as cross-training on the Alter-G (which I'm so grateful to have in Jacksonville). It's nice to have CORA as part of my "keep healthy" team. Always a positive experience and good to sense when your care providers genuinely love their jobs.

I've been going to CORA for about 2 years, and they are my go-to for injury rehab. Ronnie and Cameron are knowledgeable and take time to assess injuries properly.

Experiencia fantástica: Cora covers the whole spectrum of rehabilitation. From prevention to treatment and in both a physical and mental aspect. I've been with Cora Rehab Riverside for close to two years. I've seen them for both prophylactic treatment and for acute injuries. What I've encountered is immediate evaluation, compassion and planned treatment. I've seen first hand the heartfelt desire of the practitioners to get athletes back in the game. I cannot recommend a better place for a patient to seek first class rehabilitative treatment.

Experiencia fantástica: A few years back, I was having trouble recovering after a meniscus scope surgery. I really couldn’t comfortable run more than one mile at a really slow pace. A friend from my running club suggested I try the AlterG at Cora Rehab. During my first visit, I was evaluated by Ronnie Cosse who recommended a schedule of Physical Therapy and AlterG sessions. These sessions did improve my performance. Over time I began running 5ks again longer races like the River Run and recently a half marathon. During my regular visits to Cora Riverside, I have enjoyed the camaraderie shared by all Cora staff. I have come to think or Ronnie and Cameron as family and continue to be thankful for the improvement that they have helped me achieve. When anybody mentions any ache or pain in my presence I enthusiastically encourage them to reach out to Cora for help. Because I believe they can and will help. My whole family goes to Cora now. In fact when my daughter visits from college, we visit Cora for ASTYM treatments together. I am thankful for the expertise, professionalism and friendship that Cora provides, but I am also thankful for the continued improvements I see in my performance as a result of my visits to Cora.

Experiencia fantástica: I was referred by my VA provider as part of assessing and treating my painful hip. I am very grateful for the helpful attitude, attention coaching with therapeutic interventions and steady support. Dr. Dylan Kane and the team challenged and encouraged me. I observed them doing the same with others. I got 7 am appointments when requested. Very pleased with the outcome after about seven or eight weeks. Thanks!

Experiencia fantástica: Dillon, Joel, Andrew , and Mary are the coolest therapists in Jacksonville!! They always greet you with a smile! They are super knowledgeable, and they always treat you with respect. They make therapy fun! Let me not forget the glue that holds them all together though!!! Miss Brittany and Miss Ashley!! They are just the sweetest ever!! They run a tight ship, and keep the boys in line! LOL All jokes aside, I highly recommend CORA physical therapy! The therapists work tirelessly to make sure you are progressing at an appropriate rate without further injuring yourself. They listen. They hear you. They care.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a very good experience here for the time I’ve spent here. Everyday I’ve progressively gotten better and have increased my shoulder movement since surgery. Andrew the physical therapist that was working on me had put me to work since the first day of PT. If it wasn’t for him I wouldn’t have progressed so quickly and wouldn’t be ahead of the recovery process. I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else working on me and the rest of the physical therapist are great to and show care towards all there patients.

They are professional, courteous and very caring when providing weekly therapy on behalf of my husband who had rotator cuff surgery a month ago! Compared to other therapy facilities we have used in the past, CORA exceeds our expectations in the quality of care my husband receives! Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about this place. They are the most fun, caring group of people and I cannot recommend them enough. I dislocated and broke my ankle in 2 places, so obviously I couldn’t even walk when I first came to them. In addition to making my recovery a truly fun experience, I looked forward to every session, they paid attention to the details of my injury and my progress and were incredibly flexible to make sure that my recovery was meeting my individual goals. “I needed to be able to jump off a moving boat into a marsh with a net in my hands.” No problem we’ll get you there. And they 100% did. I am extremely grateful for my time with this team, Joel, Dylan and Andrew are the best and Brittany and Ashley at the front desk are absolute angels. I literally cannot recommend this place enough!

Experiencia fantástica: The TEAM at this location is amazing. They hold high expectations, yet they are very accommodating. When I began treatment I had chronic difficulty making it from the parking lot to the office, couldn’t attend social events, and had difficulty doing house duties. By my last treatment day I was able to walk multiple blocks and attend social events. I even started taking boxing lessons!

Experiencia fantástica: Cora Physical Therapy is really good. Very personalized. The therapist all really listen to what I am telling them. Joel is my therapist and he has really worked hard to get my knee mobilized. But he listens when I tell him something is off or doesn't feel right.

Due to my schedule I’ve met with each one and they definitely have their own styles but they all work together to get what’s best for you. ASTYM and the conversations are the highlight of the sessions.

Their team was incredibly thorough and actual made my time there enjoyable. Never would have thought I would look forward to PT! Experiencia fantástica: This is my second time coming here to CORA Physical Therapy. I came before shoulder surgery and now I’m back here again after surgery. Everyone here is so wonderful to work with and be around. The therapist here , Andrew , Dylan , and Joel are always a pleasure to work with . They are always checking to make sure you’re doing good and that you aren’t uncomfortable or in pain while doing the exercises they have you do . They’re always in such happy , upbeat moods that you can’t help but have an enjoyable time while you’re here . And the receptionists are both very wonderful as well. I’m so glad I started coming here to Cora because everyone is wonderful and I can definitely see improvement in my shoulder since being here. 10/10 highly recommend them to everyone. Update : I’m sad to have to leave this wonderful group of people I’ve spent over a year with during my journey to work on my shoulder. They were there for me before I had shoulder surgery and they were there for me when I came back after surgery and I must say, they are absolutely amazing ! Each and everyone of them are so knowledgeable and care so much about each patient that came into the clinic ! They did everything they could to help me get back to normal and I am so thankful for every one of them !❤️ I’m sad I graduated out of PT but I am so thankful to move on with my life ! I’ll miss everyone of these lovely people !❤️

I am a physical therapist working in a hospital setting and needed someone to guide me through recovery of a knee injury. This team built a plan specific to my needs and lead me through a program that prepared me for surgery and brought me back to my full potential after surgery. I'm so incredibly grateful! I enjoyed coming into the clinic because every member of the team is friendly, compassionate and engaged in your care. The front office staff is phenomenal and made sure my appointments worked with my busy schedule. Andrew is a fantastic physical therapist, he cared about my success and made sure I met all of my goals. The whole team promotes a welcoming and relaxed environment. I was able to talk and laugh with everyone in the clinic each time I came in which made the work a little bit easier to manage. Highly highly highly recommend for your outpatient physical therapy needs!

Experiencia fantástica: Dr. Ralph Rizk referred me to Cora, in his words, I was mess. I got pretty banged up in College, I had two major knee surgeries in the span of four years. The pandemic interrupted the recovery after my first surgery (ACL and meniscus repair) and it led to the second (meniscectomy). I have about 25% of my meniscus left in my right knee. My surgeon (not Dr. Rizk) told me never to run or play competitive sports again. With sport being such an important part of my life, I was devastated, and my mental and physical health declined. Until I started therapy at Cora. Dylan did my intake, he listened carefully to my injury journey, took measurements and we immediately got to work. Dylan is definitely in the running for most chilled-out man in Florida, I feel so safe when I’m working with him. He is always asking me how I feel during an exercise and makes sure I am getting the most out of the exercises through proper tempo and technique. One of the many cool things about Cora is that when you’re a patient there you don’t just get one PT, you get them all. The team dynamic that Cora has is what makes it so special and effective. After Brittany or Ashley buzzes you into the workout room you are met by the friendliest most motivating faces and personalities that I’ve ever experienced in life, let alone a PT practice. Andrew is the epitome of Cora’s vibe. What a guy, dude, hype man, legend, genius, sweetheart, savior, and a bunch of other endearing terms which he uses equally often to get you going and healing. And with the guys, healing is what I did, I biked to Cora 2 to 3 times a week at the crack of dawn. After 2 to 3 months of expertly selected exercises that targeted imbalance and weakness, all my knee pain was gone. I am running again, playing sports and even playing competitive soccer without hesitation from pain or fears of injury. My physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing is truly the best it has ever been. I am confident that I can handle any of life’s physical challenges with the support of the Cora team. Thank you for everything Cora, even if I get discharged next week you’ve made PT a part of my lifestyle that I love doing every single day. Experiencia fantástica: Not enough good things I can say about this clinic. I tore my rotator cuff and went to Cora to rehab it. I specifically worked with Andrew who immediately made me feel comfortable and confident in the recovery ahead. I am now completely healed with full motion and no limitations. I can't thank Andrew and the whole Cora staff enough for a pleasant experience through an unpleasant time.

Experiencia fantástica: Cora Has been great to me since my first day! They’re very professional and welcoming. They treat everyone like family. Miss Ashley is very sweet to me every time she greats me when I walk in the door. I love that she does the dad jokes everyday. Everyday I work with someone different but they all strive to make me better. The one that works me out the hardest is Joel! But that’s his way of showing tough love. Andrew very reserved but he caters to every need and doesn’t over work you. Mrs.Tasha is very sweet and funny and is always concerned about the needs of her patients. I have continued to return to this clinic because of the uplifting environment and accommodating physical therapists. I have had the privilege of working with Andrew Joel and Lane throughout my time at Cora; each of these people has shown that they truly care about helping me get back to my sport and preventing injuries to come.

After sustaining a knee injury and requiring surgery my hope for a full recovery was bleak. That was until I was referred to Cora Physical Therapy. From the first phone call to several visits after that my experience here has been nothing short of amazing. The therapists Andrew, Joel, Lindsey, Dylan and Lane are passionate about what they do and really care about your success and wellbeing. Everyone there is super friendly and the little things like the dad jokes and the trivia questions just add to your visit! They gave me the tools to strengthen my hip and keep it in running shape. Victoria and the others made a plan to get me back in shape and executed in a short period of time. I had some questions and not only did he answer them, he took out a prop to show me exactly what he was telling me, which made it much more clear. The staff is very friendly and was good about staying in touch with me through the issues of getting my insurance to cooperate. I have just started therapy, but so far I like it here!!

I was behind in my progress when I got here and they have motivated me to push forward and help me not get discouraged. I am now almost back to where I should be. Experiencia fantástica: I had physical therapy at CORA on Riverside for many months following two challenging foot surgeries. My goal from day one was to be able to return to running. I am happy to say I've achieved that goal. Today I ran 4.5 miles and I attribute my ability to get back to running to the physical therapy I received from Abi and the team at Cora. They were very professional, polite and caring during every session (and I had A LOT of sessions). I can't say enough good things about team at Cora on Riverside.

Both times we’ve taken her here and Cameron has custom tailored a routine for her to get back into the shape she needs as a dancer. Three weeks out from recital she slipped and sprained her ankle and after three weeks of PT she is back and ready for the recital! I was welcomed into this office with immediate compassion and a genuine desire to help. Experiencia fantástica: First time experience with physical therapy -- after falling off my bicycle and breaking my foot -- and it was nothing like I expected! What a great group of professionals. The manager, Cam Juneau, really knows his stuff and explains what's happening with the injury -- and the recovery -- in as much detail as you want. Rather than dreading the 8 a.m. appointments twice a week, I really looked forward to going...I think I may have drawn out my time a little just to have one more session or two! Can't recommend highly enough!

Tommy, Cameron and Carlton have taken every step to ensure that I rebuild and recover better than before the injury. The entire staff is warm and pleasant. They know what they're doing, and it shows. I have complete trust in this team and will recommend them to everyone!

The pain was unimaginable and it left me unable to walk on my own for weeks. After just 2 weeks with the Physical Therapists at this location, not only was I walking, but I could actually handle the stairs in my own home! Their kindness and genuine concern for your well-being means the world to me! And the ladies who run the front desk are not only kind and professional, but when it comes to scheduling appointments, they work beautifully around your life. Experiencia fantástica: My Mayo Clinic doctor ordered me to PT when I went in complaining of knee pain. Instead of waiting for an opening at the MC, I had always heard people like Brittany S. at group runs talking about Cora for other runners needs & so when I asked my fellow runners in all different running communities, they all recommended Cora. I had seen how fast they returned to the pavement, so I decided to give them a shot! I started going to Cora 2 months before the Gate River Run in 2017. As a runner I went to my initial appointment telling them I was running the gate.... well Cameron said “give us 5 weeks of no running and committing to your stretching and at home excersises, & we’ll evaluate along the way”. Not only was I back running with the blessing of the staff from Cora, I was stronger than ever before and ran my fastest 5k and made top 10% at the Gate river run! Thanks to the staffs willingness to work with me and my work schedule! Not many places have the wide variety of hours open like they do! Now, when asked if I have any recommendations for PT.... I hands down say Cora!
