Experiencia fantástica: My shoulder was a wreck and I needed surgery. I wanted to get back into Brazilian Jiu Jitsu as quickly as possible and yet keep my shoulder safe - I don't really want to ever have to do the shoulder surgery thing again. Mark listened and took the time to understand what I felt I needed from my recovery. He was also very honest and straight forward about my care. Long story short, I am back on the mats and considering competition again. Thanks Mark!

You will be working with physical therapists, not PT aids. The office staff is professional, efficient, and friendly. As an extremely well managed practice, one can be assured of top-notch care with a positive environment.

Experiencia fantástica: I had a bad knot in my neck and shoulder for months that was giving me headaches and a lot of pain. I went to the chiropractor and that helped some, but after two sessions of dry needling with Lauren, the knot was gone! I highly recommend dry needling and Lauren!

Experiencia fantástica: Anytime a friend asks for a PT recommendation, I give them the names of Coltman and Baughman. I’ve been to the Jacksonville Beach firm for a few different corrections and worked with Rob, Mark, and Jess. They’re all very thorough when it comes to diagnosing even if I’ve arrived with an orthopedic diagnosis and proposed treatment. I am very active and I appreciate the fact that they ask me what my goals are aside from fixing the issue at hand. They also do not pressure me to come more frequently than I prefer and understand that I do the prescribed exercises at home in between visits. I went twice a month so that I could tweak my exercises and progress on getting back to my normal routine. After 8 sessions, we “put a bow on it” as Mark said and I was discharged. I am now armed with many exercises and work arounds in case I have any pain or discomfort that may return.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been having some ongoing back issues for the last 10 years and since my girlfriend was doing physical therapy here with Sydney she recommended I try it as well. I've been regularly doing PT with Sydney for the last few months now and my back issue has greatly diminished so much that it's almost a non issue. I cannot recommend her enough, she's very thorough and pays attention to many small details.

Experiencia fantástica: Not only are the owners Rob and Mark amazing at what they do, the physical therapist they hire to work with them are just as amazing. I’m a triathlete and do CrossFit so I’ve worked with Rob several times over the last few years for different injuries. Today, I got a chance to work with Jake for the first time to help me with my left shoulder that I injured in a bike wreck. Within the first 15-20 mins of my PT session, he identified the trouble spot in my left scapula area that was giving me issues over the last few days and he was able to get the knot/trouble spot to release and pop. It felt amazing and the rest of my session with him was awesome. Jake was very knowledgeable, personable, and professional. I recommend this group to everyone I meet who is looking for a Physical Therapist!

He recovered faster than our surgeon expected he would. We are so lucky to have found Mark and his team. They are true experts in their field. I highly recommend them!

Experiencia fantástica: This is an easy to locate, clean, very friendly clinic. Rob Coltman is a seasoned athlete (numerous Ironman triathalons) as well as highly skilled PT. For me this was important as he was able to relate deeply to the desire for me to be running again. And he was able to identify specific aches and pains I experienced during my runs. I am so grateful he was able to get me back to running quickly, pain free, and enabled me with all kinds of education and exercises to keep me running for years to come. Truly grateful and highly recommend this practice.

Experiencia fantástica: I limped through the door with a herniated disc injury. After my consultation with Lauren I instantly began to feel relief and increased mobility. I was hesitant to try the dry needling technique, but it proved to be an instant pain relief. That combined with the right exercise program and I was back to 100% far more quickly than I ever expected. 5 stars all around.

Experiencia fantástica: I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis 20 years ago. I am doing well because I have an excellent care giver, Megan Weigel. She is the one who sent me to this practice. My concern was pain in all parts of my right leg and balance issues. Twice now over the last few years I have been blessed by Jess , PT In your practice. Different issues. She is totally AMAZING. She truly listens and observes everything! Plus the fact that she is very kind and works so hard to discover the correct treatment. At every session she would adjust my home program to help alleviate my pain and poor balance. My goal was to walk the beach with my dog. I am happy to report that Herb and I are on the beach everyday. The office staff are very friendly, efficient and helpful. They all were excellent in following Covid 19 CDC rules exactly. In about a month, PT has substantially improved my knee , and since then I have been on home exercises. I appreciated the detailed home exercise instructions that Mark provided.
