Experiencia fantástica: I want to thank you again for all you have done for me. It is truly a pleasure to be with people who really care and push me towards my limits. So many times your joy and your encouragement have lifted me out of the stress and burden of this season of testing. Thank You to Paulo, Carolee, Rebecca, for taking the time to explain things, the atmosphere of kindness and joy ministered to my spirit and helped me heal emotionally as well. It was a blessing for me to have worked through my therapy with all of the staff!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the best out-patient rehabilitation clinic that my mother has been referred to. The desk staff is very professional and we have never had a problem with scheduling and the physical therapy staff is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. What I really liked the most was the initial consultation. Melissa, her physical therapist, was so patient, polite and genuine. She was also thorough when examining her symptoms and she asked a lot of questions. She didn't assume anything as often times you'll notice with physical therapist, sometimes they tend to treat each client the same. My mother also was referred for an occupational therapist at the same location. She was very pleased with her initial visit with Alexandria. She expressed how thorough and polite she was. I also like the fact that if your appointment is for an hour, you will stay for an entire hour not 50 or 55 minutes. You will be receiving therapy for the entire hour. I am looking forward to my mom having a fast recovery. I would recommend this location for your out-patient needs.

Experiencia fantástica: I highly recommend coming to this Brooks Rehab Westside site. The staff is friendly and helpful. My OT Sylvie did a great job on getting my elbow out of pain and working right. She genuinely cares about her patients.

Experiencia positiva: PT Shane was very helpful, understanding, knowledgeable, and professional. Very clean and welcoming environment at the Normandy location. The manager is very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend this location to any new patients.

Experiencia positiva: I have had therapy at this location several times and everyone is so friendly and caring. There is one person that goes above and beyond her job. Antionette Hillary is always helping the therapist when they need help with clients. She has helped me several times when I needed and the therapist was busy. She is there for everyone and I don't think she gets enough recognition. She is the sweetest!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Went to Brooks Rehab for postpartum pelvic floor therapy. Dr. Pena and Alexia were and are awesome people to work with. They have treated me well and helped me recover from my pregnancy. I feel stronger and more confident in my health! They are fantastic! Highly recommend! :)

Experiencia fantástica: My son Jack goes for st ot and put all of his therapists are great but I have to give extra props to ms.katie she goes above and beyond and his speech has improved more with her than it did the 4 years he didn't have her and was bounced between therapists

Yes, your pelvic floor has muscles that, when dysfunctional, can be rehabilitated. With such a sensitive topic, Jacqueline exhibits the upmost professionalism and provides exceptional care. Throughout my treatment, she lent a listening ear, provided encouragement, and empowered me to take control of a condition that for the last two years controlled me. If you're ready for change, to stop living in pain, and to take control of your health, go see Jacqueline. She might end up changing your life too...

Experiencia fantástica: My name is Mr. Harris. I wanted to personally thank Jackie Sineway. Jackie has given me great customer service. She thoroughly explained every step of the process. I was a hot mess and ready to give up on life because I was in so much pain. Doctors just gave me a bunch of creams, muscle relaxers, and injections that did not work. I am here to tell you that rehabilitation from Jackie Sineway has giving me a whole new outlook on getting well and getting back to living a normal life. Thank you, Mr. Harris

Experiencia fantástica: I just completed 12 weeks of physical therapy after rotator cuff/ labrum surgery. I feel great now. The therapy wasn't easy, but if it was no one would need it. My therapist was Ashley and she is amazing. She was always on time, which is important to me. Most of all she really cares about her patients. She motivated me to really do what I needed to do to get better. Ashley always was very aware of my progress and would remove exercises and stretches that weren't getting the desired results and adding new ones until we got something that worked. I still have some work to do to get my strength. I still have a few more appointments that are stretched out to make sure I get back to 100%. Thanks Ashley. You are AWESOME!!! John R.

Experiencia fantástica: I was at brooks for roughly 4 months. At first I didn’t know what to expect I was an athlete and tore my acl this was the first injury I had in all my years of competitive cheerleading so I was mentally out of it. When I entered brooks for the second time I didn’t want to be there at all but Jackie Sineway changed my point of view on this injury she helped me gain confidence and worked all my exercises around what i’d be doing once I was cleared she helped me understand that this injury couldn’t hold me back from my dreams! She truly was an inspiration to me in the whole recovering process she continued to turn anything negative I said into positivity and took all my doubt away about ever being able to preform! Through her believing in me and all her hard work I was able to finish pt 2 months early and return to sports earlier then I ever expected!! I’ll forever be thankful for this staff who welcomed me in and truly cared about me and especially for understanding my love and passion for cheerleading! Jackie was the best thing that happened to me in this whole process and for that i’ll forever be grateful for brooks!!
