Experiencia negativa: Very ugly place

Experiencia fantástica: From day 1, Ani and Blake were AMAZING. I’m beyond ecstatic that I had the opportunity to work with them throughout this journey. Throughout the ups and downs of my personal journey, they made this process fun and challenging which helped me. I’m forever grateful for those two and the whole facility.

Experiencia fantástica: Staff is warm and friendly.. I enjoyed my time here And I feel the treatment is helpful. I will take it with me in my everyday life. I would suggest adding an appointment confirmation system, to remind us of appointments:)

Experiencia fantástica: I’m so thankful for Dr. Truong, Dominick, David, Blake, Blanca, Christian, Stella and Michelle. They have truly helped me with my recovery. I was in so much pain when I initially started and now, a month in, I’m feeling great. You all have made a huge impact on my health and I’m so truly grateful for you.

Experiencia negativa: Worse experience ever. The director spoke to me for 5 minutes and told me to do a specific exercise and I asked away. The exercise only took 2 minutes. 10 minutes passed and the receptionist came over and said to do 20 more. There is no way he could have figured out my problems within that time! So I did a few more and got off the bed. Then the director rushed over when he heard me complaining to the receptionist. I told him that having beds only 3 feet apart from each other when people are exercising does not comply with the COVID rules. Then he told me that I saw the setup when I came in so I should have spoken up about it. Then he offered to close the curtains in between the beds. Long story short I left and would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. It’s perfect though if you just want to do an insurance scam.

Experiencia fantástica: Came here for about a month of physical therapy for my right knee and the treatments I got from this facility was awesome. The Dr. And the staff and especially my therapist Monica was very encouraging in getting my knee better I keep doing my daily exercise routines I got from this facility to gain more of my strength momentum to 100% thanks WestStar Therapy
