Experiencia fantástica: I started going to RA Physical Therapy after I had undergone 2 lower back/spinal surgeries, due to a spinal disk rupture at L3-L4. Jenni & Cindy developed a PT plan (regimen of exercises) that was tailored specifically to me and focused on what I needed to heal in the most effective and efficient way. They’re both truly skilled manual therapist; my progress has been directly aided by their commitment. They are always introducing new exercises and techniques that continue to challenge me. I love that they stay up-to-date with all the latest trends and development in the PT field! In conjunction with traditional PT, I also take private pilates classes with Seong. She is highly trained X-ballerina/ballet instructor; she is very welcoming and warm (and very funny), but she is also firm and extremely focused on proper technique/form. Her program has taught me to be aware of my movements and habits that caused the stress on my spine. She has helped me change these habits into those that preserve neutral alignment. I am so very thankful to the whole team at RA Physical Therapy, they have the SWEETEST front office staff, Sara and Alida. The team’s compassion and kindness during this healing process puts RA Physical Therapy among the elite in the PT and Pilates profession. Through the rehab process, I gained more strength and mobility than even before my injury! I’d be remiss if I didn’t single out Susy for a special thank you. She always helping me through the daily grind of my exercises. She is patient, knowledgeable, and always encouraging, not to mention she has just the sweetest disposition!

The employees are compassionate, empathic, and show understanding that you had just been through an accident, and are in pain. R. A. was my first stop on my path to recovery after a car accident. Experiencia fantástica: Last year, the ripe age of 36, I thought it'd be a great idea to spontaneously try my hand at monkey bars despite never performing anything remotely like that in my adult life. My rotator cuff, however, didn't think it was a great idea. In three months, I went from not being able to raise my left arm above shoulder height to full functionality thanks to RA Physical Therapy. They're attentive, flexible, and communicable. 5/5 would return and, in fact, have returned to address a different problem. So far, so good! Thank you, Dr. Ellen and team!

Experiencia fantástica: I got to work with Ray, John, Daniel and Miguel over the course of a few months. They were all fantastic. They helped me rehab my knee back to full strength. They were all extremely passionate about the work, nice and knowledgeable about exercises to help my sports injury. They cared just as much about me as a person as they did about getting my knee back to normal. Nice facilities. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who needs PT.

Experiencia fantástica: Came here for some back pain I’d been having after moving. John was quick to identify the problem muscles and help me target them with stretches and exercises. Everyone was very kind and visits were always pleasant!

Within 10 visits, John helped me fix the pain and set me up with exercises to prevent it from happening again. Paula was very helpful in setting up appointments and answering questions. Experiencia fantástica: The team here saved me! I had been dealing with major tension headaches and neck pain. I could not figure out the cause. Over a year-long incredible time with this team we figured out all the imbalences in my body, strengethening the right muscles, changing my posture, learning new stretches, and of course leveraging the massage therapy. Thank you to Dr. Ray, Dr. John and the team!! My life is now vastly improved because of you all.

Experiencia fantástica: I've had on-going issues with my back and knees for many years and have tried many different PT places but RA physical therapy was hands down the best one I've been to. I was lucky enough to find out about them a few years ago and wouldn't go anywhere else since. I recommend this place to everyone I know. Not only is the staff super sweet and helpful, but I walk out feeling good and I can see the difference they make. Seriously, best place!

Experiencia fantástica: A gem amongst PT choices. Everyone is welcoming. My treatment was customized to take my preferences into account. Dr. Ellen and Daniel are each knowledgeable and bring a lot to the table. I have been to other PT’s and RA o keeps me coming back as I life continues. I chose to continue with them even though they were out of network - they are worth it.

Experiencia fantástica: THE BEST! I have been going to P/T at RA Physical Therapy for 6 months now and have found each employee to be professional, friendly and caring. The gym is always clean and the therapists are always on time for my treatment. The P/T doctors discuss my case together to help figure out the right treatment plan for me. P/T can be tough and everyone at RA P/T makes it not only bearable but we have fun. Dr. Ellen, Dr. Daniel, Dr. Ray, Veronica, Miguel and John are the best! They also have a fantastic Pilates instructor and a massage therapist who share the back room.

Experiencia fantástica: RA PT is a great place to recover from any injuries. The staff is hands on and provides one on one care, which in my opinion is ideal. They are patient and makes sure you complete your exercises correctly. The space is clean and they work hard to keep the place covid safe. 5 out of 5, would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: The staff at RA physical therapy are amazing and super helpful this includes their administrative staff as well as the treatment team.. They have helped me heal from 3 various surgeries. My favorite thing about RA is there one on one pilates as part of treatment. Erica is my favorite pilates instructor. I highly recommend RA physical therapy.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely agree with the statements made in the previous reviews about RA Physical Therapy. It is a positive atmosphere with a professional, informed, friendly, and caring staff who actively listen and provide a treatment plan tailored for what YOUR body currently needs. You won't get a "cookie cutter" treatment plan here folks! RA PT is treating me for injuries to my neck and back which has been the cause of chronic pain for many years. I was so impressed with RA PTs treatment of my neck and back that they are now also helping me to properly recover from arthroscopic meniscus surgery. The staff goes above and beyond. They were even willing to assist me with keeping a video log of myself doing the exercises as instructed so that I could stay on track at home. I can't emphasize enough how valuable this extra measure is to me. And Kelly, her massages are amazing. I wish I could stay on her table forever. My neck and back is steadily healing and getting stronger, I'm jogging again, and returning to a better quality of life. Thank you RA Physical Therapy! You are a godsent.

Experiencia fantástica: RA Physical Therapy helped me get back to my routine after a horrible back injury. In mid-February, I suffered from a gym related acute lumbar strain to the left side of my lower back. I was unable to walk - the pain was unbearable and sent what felt like electric shockwaves up my spine and down my legs with the smallest of movements. Urgent Care (Cedars) had no idea what to do with me and referred me to an Ortho, who then prescribed PT. I did extensive research on different PT spots but RA Physical Therapy had the nicest and cleanest facility + great reviews. From the moment I called for an appointment, the staff has really laid out the red carpet. I was confirmed for an appointment with 24 hours, they worked with me and my insurance, and were clear in communicating all costs from the get go so there were no surprises (shoutout to Henna! Thank you for EVERYTHING!!) Although the entire staff should be bragged about (John, Ivan, Jean), I am eternally grateful for my physical therapist, Cyndi. When the injury happened, I was terrified I would never have full mobility again. Being that working out and fitness play a significant role in my life, this injury totally flipped my world upside down. Cyndi is empathetic, patient, kind, and a master of her craft. She started every session asking how I felt and listened to my concerns as a way to accurately evaluate and plan methods of treatment. Although similar, no two sessions were ever the same. Cyndi was always introducing new exercises to help me strengthen the muscles surrounding my back for injury prevention all while rehabbing the injury, itself. I am so beyond thankful for Cyndi, as I'm now back to exercising six days a week as I did pre-injury, this time with a better understanding and awareness of my body. The entire RA Physical Therapy staff was a joy to be around and although I'm grateful I've graduated from PT, I'm going to miss these wonderful people.

Experiencia fantástica: 5.0 star rating 4/3/2019 I can only reiterate all the good things I read on other reviews about this center. I initially picked it just based on distance and ratings, and I am now thrilled I did. Dr. Ray has been taking care of me, and my back pain, definitely severe when we started working on it, has visibly decreased. I was struggling day and night, and my quality of life had significantly deteriorated. Dr. Ray gave me hope back, by listening to me, trying different approaches, showing me a wide range of exercises, and it's all paid off. No need for pain killers, just consistency and diligence. I am so grateful I found him! Then, the whole staff is kind, friendly and caring. Physical therapy is not exactly fun, as it can be painful and boring, but they all manage to make you want to go again. I literally can't wait for my next appointments with Dr. Ray, knowing how much better I will feel afterwards.
